Abstract
The invention relates to a movable lifting truss vehicle which structurally comprises a movable lifting platform and a supporting platform supported below the lifting platform, wherein the upper end of the supporting platform is provided with a track for the lifting platform to move horizontally; the supporting platform is horizontally arranged, and a supporting column for supporting the supporting platform is arranged at the lower end of the supporting platform; the bottom of the supporting column is provided with wheels for supporting the platform to move; one end of the support column close to the wheel is also provided with a braking device for limiting the rotation of the wheel. The movable lifting truss vehicle can be moved to a designated area as required, high-altitude operation is realized in the designated area, and support is provided for the high-altitude operation; and the horizontal movement can be realized within the range of the supporting platform, so that the movement in the same height and horizontal direction is facilitated.

In high-altitude operations such as building construction and architectural decoration, a scaffold is generally erected on a construction site, and an operator performs the relevant operation on the scaffold.

The braking device 6 comprises a connecting arm 61, a column 62 provided with internal threads and a screw 63 in threaded fit with the internal threads, and the column 62 is fixed on one side of the lower end of the supporting column 3 through the connecting arm 61; the screw 63 penetrates through the upper end and the lower end of the column 62, a support part 64 is further arranged at one end of the screw 63 penetrating through the lower end of the column 62, and a rotating part 65 for rotating the screw is further arranged at one end of the screw 63 penetrating through the upper end of the column 62.
When the braking device is used, after the whole lifting truss vehicle moves to a specified position, the rotating part 65 is rotated to prevent movement, so that the screw 63 moves upwards relative to the column 62, the supporting part 64 is supported on the ground to play a braking role, and the braking device can also be a locking device integrated with wheels, such as universal wheels with a self-locking function.
The lifting platform 1 comprises a bearing platform 11, a scissor arm 12, a linear telescopic mechanism 13 and a base 14, and the upper end of the bearing platform 11 is also provided with a guardrail 7; the bearing table 11 is arranged above the base 14 through the scissor arms 12; one end of a linear telescopic mechanism 13 is hinged to the upper end of the base 14, the other end of the linear telescopic mechanism 13 is hinged to the scissor arm 12, the scissor arm 12 is driven to move and expand or contract through the linear telescopic mechanism 13, and the linear telescopic mechanism 13 is a hydraulic cylinder, a linear motor and the like; the base 14 is matched with the track 8 to move along the supporting platform 2, and when the person needs to move, the person stands on the supporting platform 2 to push the lifting platform.
The base 14 is provided with rollers 15 on both sides, the rail 8 is two parallel rails, the inside of the rail 8 is provided with a guide groove 81 for limiting the position of the rollers 15, and the rollers 15 on both sides of the base 14 are respectively clamped into the guide groove 81 from the end of the rail 8.
Supporting platform 2 includes two sections at least, and the concatenation is connected between the supporting platform, and the both ends supporting platform's of concatenation tip is equipped with connecting plate 21 respectively, and the both ends supporting platform's of concatenation connecting plate 21 aligns the laminating, connects fixedly through connecting piece 22 between the connecting plate 21, and the connecting piece is the bolt in this embodiment, and the connecting plate that will align the laminating through the bolt is together fixed.
Specifically, the supporting platform in this embodiment includes three segments, as shown in fig. 6-7, including an end platform 23 and a middle platform 24, the middle platform 24 is received between the end platforms 23 at two sides, wherein each of the end platform 23 and the middle platform 24 is composed of a platform bottom plate 25, a platform guard rail 26, and a platform reinforcing support 27, the platform guard rail 26 is fixed at two sides of the upper end of the platform bottom plate 25, the platform reinforcing support 27 is fixed at the lower end of the platform bottom plate 25, the end of the platform guard rail 26 of the end platform 23, the end of the platform bottom plate 25, and the same end of the platform reinforcing support 27 are all fixed on the connecting plate 21, the end of the platform guard rail 26 of the middle platform 24, the end of the platform bottom plate 25, and the two ends of the platform reinforcing support 27 are respectively connected and fixed on the connecting plate 21, when assembling, the two end platforms can be butted, or the middle platform can be butted between the two end platforms, the length of the support platforms can be increased by increasing the number of intermediate platforms, the corresponding track 8 comprising several sections being mounted on the platform floor of the corresponding end platform or intermediate platform.

The movable lifting truss vehicle of claim 1 wherein the lifting platform comprises a load carrying platform, a scissor arm, a linear telescoping mechanism, a base, the load carrying platform being mounted above the base by the scissor arm; one end of the linear telescopic mechanism is hinged to the upper end of the base, the other end of the linear telescopic mechanism is hinged to the scissor arm, and the scissor arm is driven to move and expand or contract through the linear telescopic mechanism; the base cooperates with the track to move along the support platform.

The movable lifting truss vehicle as claimed in claim 3, wherein the base is provided with rollers at two sides, the rails are two parallel rails, the inner side of the rails is provided with a guide groove for limiting the position of the rollers, and the rollers at two sides of the base are respectively clamped into the guide groove from the end of the rail.
5. A mobile lifting truss vehicle as defined in claim 3 wherein said platform is further provided with a guardrail at an upper end thereof.
6. A mobile lifting truss vehicle as defined in claim 1 wherein said support platform is further provided with a ladder on the side thereof.
7. A mobile lifting truss vehicle as claimed in claim 6 wherein said support platform comprises at least two sections, said support platforms being connected by a splice.

The movable lifting truss vehicle as claimed in claim 7, wherein the splicing ends of the spliced two-end supporting platforms are respectively provided with a connecting plate, the connecting plates of the spliced two-end supporting platforms are aligned and attached, and the connecting plates are connected and fixed through a connecting piece.
