Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, a method for assembling and disassembling a fabricated ceiling decorative panel according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
step 10), installing a lifting appliance 1 and a keel 2, fixedly connecting the lifting appliance 1 with a wall body, and fixedly connecting the keel 2 with the bottom end of the lifting appliance 1;
and 20) moving the decorative plate 3 upwards to enable the movable body 304 of the decorative plate 3 to be inserted into the keel 2, so that the decorative plate 3 is installed.
In this embodiment, the decorative panel 3 is moved upward so that the movable body 304 of the decorative panel 3 is inserted into the keel 2, and the installation of the decorative panel 3 is achieved. The movable body 304 may rotate. After the movable body 304 is inserted into the keel 2, it is kept in a fixed state by the pressing sheet of the keel 2. In this embodiment, the keel 2 positions the movable body 304 by virtue of the sheeting action. This facilitates the mounting and dismounting of the decorative panel 3.
Preferably, the step 10) further comprises: after the keel 2 is installed at the bottom end of the lifting appliance 1, the keel 2 is positioned on the same plane. The keels 2 are arranged on the same plane, so that the bottom surfaces of all the decorative plates 3 are on the same horizontal plane after the decorative plates 3 are installed.
Preferably, the step 20) includes: moving the decorative panel 3 upward so that the movable body 304 exceeds the open bottom end of the body 201; then, the decorative plate 3 is inclined, so that the bottom end of the movable body 304 is abutted against the bottom surface of the inner cavity of the body 201; then, the decorative plate 3 is moved downward, so that the movable body 304 is inserted into the body 201, and the fixed body 303 naturally falls under the action of the gravity of the decorative plate 3 and the self gravity, and is in a vertical state, thereby completing the installation of the decorative plate 3.
Preferably, the method for assembling and disassembling the assembly type ceiling decorating plate further comprises the following steps: step 30) disassembling the decorative plate 3: firstly, the decorative plate 3 moves upwards, and after the movable body 304 moves out of the body 201, the decorative plate 3 stops moving upwards; the decorative board 3 falls under self action of gravity, breaks away from fossil fragments 2, realizes dismantling decorative board 3.
Upon disassembly, no external tools, such as suction cups, need be utilized. This embodiment only need move up decorative board 3, then under the decorative board 3 self action of gravity, automatic whereabouts breaks away from the fossil fragments. The whole disassembly process is very simple.
In the above embodiment or preferred embodiment, the keel 2 structure used is preferably the following: as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the keel 2 includes a body 201 with an opening at one side, and a pressing sheet 202 is disposed in the inner cavity of the body. The keel 2 is open at the side and not at the bottom. The disassembly method of this embodiment does not require pulling the trim panel 3 downward. Because the keel 2 is open at the side, the installation of the decorative plate 3 can be realized as long as the movable body 304 is lapped in the inner cavity of the body 201. The automatic disassembly of the decorative plate 3 can be realized as long as the movable body 304 is separated from the inner cavity of the body 201.
In order to facilitate the insertion of the movable body 304 into the inner cavity of the body 201, it is preferable that a height of the opening at one side of the body 201 is equal to a height of the body 201. This corresponds to the body 201 being open on all sides. Thus, when the movable body 304 is inserted into the inner cavity of the body 201, the bottom surface of the movable body 304 and the bottom surface of the inner cavity of the body 201 can be attached to each other. In this way, the entire structure is more stable.
Preferably, the width of the top plate of the body 201 is smaller than the width of the bottom plate of the body 201. Thus, when the decorative plate 3 is tilted, the bottom end of the movable body 304 can be made to face the bottom plate of the main body 201, so that the movable body 304 can be easily inserted into the main body 201.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the decorative plate 3 includes a plate body 301, a connecting piece 302 is fixedly connected to the back surface of the plate body 301, the connecting piece 302 includes a fixed body 303 and a movable body 304, the top end of the fixed body 303 is hinged to the bottom end of the movable body 304, and the bottom end of the fixed body 303 is fixedly connected to the back surface of the plate body 301; the movable body 304 is positioned in the body 201, and one end of the pressing sheet 202 is abutted against the top surface of the movable body 304; the decorative plate 3 is positioned below the keel 2.
Since it is preferable that the top of the movable body 304 exceeds the top of the body 201 when the decoration plate 3 is detached, it is preferable that the height of the fixed body 303 is greater than the height of the body 201. In this way, the removal of the decorative panel 3 is ensured to be smoothly completed.
Preferably, the fixed body 303 is provided with a through slot, the movable body 304 is opposite to the through slot, and the movable body 304 is rotatably located in the through slot. The height of the movable body 304 is smaller than that of the stationary body 303 so that the movable body 304 can be located in the through groove of the stationary body 303. A through groove is provided so that the movable body 304 can be fitted into the stationary body 303. Since the decorative panel 3 is installed, the position is determined. There is substantially no gap between the adjacent decorative panels 3. When the decoration plate 3 is disassembled, the decoration plate is disassembled in situ, namely the decoration plate 3 does not move left and right and back and moves only up and down, so that the disassembly is realized. Therefore, the movable body 304 is fitted into the fixed body 303, and the decorative panel 3 can be moved up and down. In this embodiment, when one decorative panel 3 is replaced, the other decorative panels 3 are kept unchanged in position without being detached.
Preferably, when the pressing plate 202 is in a natural state, the gap between the pressing plate 202 and the bottom surface of the inner cavity of the body 201 is smaller than the thickness of the movable body 304. This allows the wafer 202 to be pressed against the top surface of the movable body 304 with a certain pressure on the top surface of the movable body 304. The movable body 304 is inserted between the pressing sheet 202 and the body 201.
In the above embodiment, when the ceiling trim panel is mounted, the trim panel 3 is moved upward so that the movable body 304 exceeds the open bottom end of the body 201. The decorative plate 3 is then tilted so that the bottom end of the movable body 304 abuts on the bottom surface of the inner cavity of the body 201. The decorative panel 3 is then moved downward so that the movable body 304 is inserted into the body 201. When the bottom surface of the movable body 304 and the bottom surface of the inner cavity of the body 201 are brought into surface contact, the installation of the decorative panel 3 is completed. Due to the movable connection between the movable body 304 and the fixed body 303, after the position of the movable body 304 is determined, the fixed body 303 naturally falls under the gravity of the decorative plate 3 and the self gravity, and is in a vertical state.
When the ceiling decorative panel is detached, the decorative panel 3 is moved upward, so that the movable body 304 is moved upward and out of the opening. Preferably, the wafer 202 is a flexible member. Because the blade 202 is flexible, the blade 202 deforms to accommodate the movement of the movable body 304. When the movable body 304 moves out of the opening, the movable body 304 enters the inner cavity of the stationary body 303. Under the action of the gravity of the decorative plate 3, the movable body 304 and the fixed body 303, the decorative plate 3 automatically moves downwards to be separated from the keel 2. This completes the removal of the ceiling trim panel. In the whole disassembly process, the decorative plate 3 only needs to be moved upwards, and the decorative plate 3 does not need to be pulled to be separated from the keel 2 manually. The decorative panel 3 is moved upward so that the movable body 304 is detached from the body 201.
The device of this embodiment has realized that the installation is all very convenient with the dismantlement furred ceiling decorative board.
