Abstract

3. When the fire-proof grade of the heat-insulating plate of the UHPC panel heat-insulating decorative plate is B1 grade and the requirement of an external heat-insulating system on fire resistance is high, a heat-insulating strip with the fire-proof grade of A grade is arranged at a proper position in the B1 grade heat-insulating plate, and the A-grade heat-insulating strip forms a continuous horizontal fire-proof partition after construction and installation.
4. (5) the grooves of the horizontal joint and the vertical joint are fully filled with sealant, and the counter bores of the screw caps of the metal self-tapping screws are sealed by polymer mortar.
The invention mainly has the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention changes the traditional board side anchoring into board decorative groove anchoring, because the metal self-tapping screw is screwed in the special round wooden plug which is a material with poor heat conduction, the heat bridge is blocked, and the heat insulation effect of the external heat insulation system can be obviously improved.
2. 4. Compared with the plate side anchoring, the construction operation, supervision and quality control of the plate side decorative groove anchoring are more convenient, so that the construction quality is easier to ensure.
5. If the metal pressing plate, the special anchor bolt and the metal self-tapping screw are all made of stainless steel materials, the special round wooden plug is made of high-quality anticorrosive wood and coated with fireproof paint, and the A-level heat-insulating strip is made of foam glass or foam ceramic, the anchoring connection mode of the invention forms a skeleton structure with service life of hundreds of years in the external heat-insulating system, and fundamentally solves the problem that various external heat-insulating systems of the prior external wall generally drop off.
