Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, a cold-stretching film covering apparatus 10, the cold-stretching film covering apparatus 10 includes a bagging device 100 and a first driver 200. The bagging apparatus 100 includes an adjusting member 110, a stretching mechanism 120, and a frame 130 sleeved outside the stretching mechanism 120. The stretching mechanism 120 has an opening 150 with an adjustable size. Stretching mechanism 120 is adapted to be attached to one end of a cold-drawn film-covered bag and opening 150 is adapted to be opposite the mouth of the cold-drawn film-covered bag. The adjusting member 110 is movably disposed on the frame 130 and connected to the stretching mechanism 120. The adjusting member 110 can adjust the state of the opening 150 of the stretching mechanism 120 by action, so that the mouth of the cold-stretching film-covering bag can be opened and covered with the material. The first driver 200 is connected to the stretching mechanism 120 and is used to drive the stretching mechanism 120 to move so as to drive the cold-stretching film-covering bag to be sleeved in or separated from the material.
In the cold-stretching film covering apparatus 10, the opening 150 of the stretching mechanism 120 is connected to the bag opening of the cold-stretching film covering bag, and the state of the opening 150 of the stretching mechanism 120 is adjusted by the adjusting member 110, so that the material can be sleeved into the bag opening of the cold-stretching film covering bag. In addition, the first driver 200 drives the stretching mechanism 120 to move, so that the material is sleeved in or away from the cold stretching film covering bag, and the film covering of the material is completed.
It should be noted that the cold-stretched film-covered bags may be independent of each other. Therefore, after the materials are sleeved in the cold-stretching film covering bag, the cold-stretching film covering bag and the materials in the cold-stretching film covering bag can be directly conveyed away, and the bag covering action that other materials are sleeved in the cold-stretching film covering bag is convenient to carry out.
It should be further noted that the cold-drawn film-covering bag can be connected to the drawing mechanism 120 in various ways, such as: the edge of the bag mouth of the cold-stretching film covering bag is arranged on the stretching mechanism 120 in the modes of sleeve joint, clamping, hooking and the like. In this embodiment, the bag opening of the film-covered bag is not particularly limited, and the bag opening can be opened only by cold stretching the bag opening of the film-covered bag opposite to the opening 150 and adjusting the size of the opening 150.
Meanwhile, the "connection" between the first driver 200 and the stretching mechanism 120 may be a direct connection or an indirect connection. When the first driver 200 is directly connected with the stretching mechanism 120, the first driver 200 is a device having a telescopic shaft, such as an air cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, an electric cylinder, or the like; when the first driver 200 is indirectly connected to the stretching mechanism 120, a gear set, a belt structure, a chain structure, etc. may be disposed between the first driver 200 and the stretching mechanism 120 to indirectly drive the stretching mechanism 120 to move. In addition, the stretching mechanism 120 can move close to or away from the material to complete the film covering operation of the material, and the specific direction of the movement can be determined according to the placing position between the stretching mechanism 120 and the material, for example: when the stretching mechanism 120 is located above the material, the moving direction of the stretching mechanism 120 is from top to bottom; when the stretching mechanism 120 is located below the material, the moving direction of the stretching mechanism 120 is from bottom to top, and the like. Of course, during film covering, the material may also be provided with a driving device, so that the material and the stretching mechanism 120 can move in opposite directions to ensure more stable film covering action.
In addition, when adjusting the size of the opening 150, the adjusting member 110 can mechanically control the movement of the stretching mechanism 120 to change the size of the opening 150, such as: the adjusting member 110 is a screw or a bolt, and the rotation drives the stretching mechanism 120 to be adjusted as a whole. Alternatively, the adjusting member 110 actuates the stretching mechanism 120 in an electrically controlled manner, such as: the adjusting member 110 is an electrically controlled switch, and when closed, the adjusting member can drive the circuit of the stretching mechanism 120 to be turned on, so that the stretching mechanism 120 itself can be automatically adjusted (for example, a motor or an electric cylinder is arranged in the stretching mechanism 120).
Further, referring to fig. 1, the stretching mechanism 120 includes at least two stretching rods 121. At least two stretching rods 121 are articulated end to end in sequence to form an opening 150. The adjusting member 110 is connected to the stretching rod 121 and can drive the stretching rod 121 to move so as to adjust the size of the opening 150. The stretching rod 121 is used for connecting one end of the cold-stretching sleeve bag.
Therefore, when the stretching rods 121 are mutually closed, the bag opening of the cold-stretching film bag is in a closed or semi-closed state; when the stretching rods 121 are separated from each other, the bag opening of the cold stretching film bag is in an open state, so that the cold stretching film sleeve can be sleeved with a material. Further, the farther the distance between the stretching rods 121 is, the larger the mouth of the cold-stretched film bag is.
It should be noted that the number of the stretching rods 121 may be two, three or more. When the number of the stretching rods 121 is two, the two stretching rods 121 are mutually closed, and the bag opening of the cold-stretching film covering bag is in a closed state; when the two stretching rods 121 are separated, the mouth of the cold-stretched film bag is in an open state, and further, the farther the distance between the two stretching rods 121 is, the larger the mouth of the stretched film bag is.
It should also be noted that "movably connected" may include a rotatable connection, and may also include a slidable snap connection, etc. When the movable connection positions are connected in a slidable buckling manner, the connecting end of one stretching rod 121 is provided with a bayonet; two ends of the other stretching rod 121 correspond to the two bayonets respectively. In adjusting the size of the opening 150, one stretch rod 121 may be pulled out from the other stretch rod 121 one by one, etc., to increase the size of the opening 150 therebetween.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the number of the stretching rods 121 is four. The four stretch rods 121 are pivotally connected end to form an opening 150.
Therefore, by rotating the stretching rods 121, the position relationship among the four end-to-end stretching rods 121 is adjusted to change the size of the opening 150 of the stretching mechanism 120, and further adjust the size of the mouth of the cold-stretched film bagging bag. Wherein, the stretching rod 121 is arranged opposite to the mouth of the cold stretching film bag, and the size of the mouth of the bag can be effectively adjusted.
It should be noted that four end-to-end stretching rods 121 enclose a quadrilateral. When the length difference of two diagonal lines of a quadrangle formed by the stretching rod 121 is reduced, the area of the quadrangle is increased, the area of the opening 150 of the stretching mechanism 120 is increased, and the opening mouth of the cold-stretched film bagging is enlarged, so that the cold-stretched film bagging is suitable for being sleeved with a material with a larger cross section; when the length difference of two diagonal lines of the quadrangle formed by the stretching rod 121 is increased, the area of the quadrangle is reduced, the area of the opening 150 of the stretching mechanism 120 is reduced, and the opening of the cold stretching film bag is reduced, so that the cold stretching film bag is suitable for being sleeved in a material with a smaller cross section.
Further, referring to fig. 1, each stretching rod 121 is provided with at least one supporting portion 122. All of the support portions 122 are spaced around the periphery of the opening 150. The supporting portion 122 is used for sleeving the mouth of the cold-supply stretching film-sleeved bag.
Therefore, the supporting portion 122 extends into the mouth of the cold-stretching film-covering bag, and the size of the mouth of the cold-stretching film-covering bag is adjusted in the process that the adjusting member 110 adjusts the opening 150 of the stretching mechanism 120, so as to conveniently wrap the material into the cold-stretching film-covering bag.
Alternatively, the support portion 122 may be connected to the stretching rod 121 by, but not limited to, snapping, welding, bonding, riveting, screwing, integral molding, and the like. The integral molding mode can be injection molding, casting molding, cutting machining and the like.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the adjusting member 110 is connected to a connection portion between two adjacent stretching rods 121 for adjusting a position relationship between the stretching rods 121 to adjust the size of the opening 150.
Therefore, when the adjusting piece 110 is connected to the joint between two adjacent stretching rods 121, the adjusting piece 110 is driven to move, the two adjacent stretching rods 121 can be controlled to rotate simultaneously, the opening 150 can be adjusted more smoothly, the size of the bag opening of the cold stretching film bag can be adjusted stably, and the film covering efficiency of materials can be improved.
It should be noted that the number of the adjusting members 110 may be one, or may be multiple, and the specific number thereof may be adjusted according to actual needs. For example: when the number of the stretching rods 121 is two and the number of the adjusting members 110 is one, the adjusting members 110 are connected to one stretching rod 121 to adjust the positional relationship between the stretching rods 121; when the number of the stretching rods 121 is two and the number of the adjusting members 110 is two, the adjusting members 110 are respectively connected to the two stretching rods 121 to adjust the positional relationship between the stretching rods 121; when the number of the stretching rods 121 is four and the number of the adjusting members 110 is one, the adjusting members 110 are connected to the connection part of two of the stretching rods 121 to adjust the positional relationship between the stretching rods 121; when the number of the stretching rods 121 is four and the number of the adjusting members 110 is two, one adjusting member 110 is connected to a junction of two of the stretching rods 121 and the other adjusting member 110 is connected to a junction of two of the other stretching rods 121 to adjust the positional relationship of the stretching rods 121 "relatively".
It is understood that the number of the stretching rods 121 cannot be set to three when the stretching rods 121 are rotatably connected to each other. Because the three end-to-end stretching rods 121 form a triangular fixing structure, the bag opening is not easy to shrink.
Further, referring to fig. 1, adjacent stretching rods 121 are rotatably connected by a connecting member 140. The frame 130 is provided with a threaded hole (not shown). The adjustment member 110 is threaded and passes through the threaded hole. One end of the adjusting member 110 abuts against the connecting member 140 to adjust the positional relationship between the stretching rods 121.
Therefore, the adjusting member 110 is rotated to make the adjusting member 110 move back and forth in the threaded hole by using the thread force between the adjusting member 110 and the threaded hole, so as to drive the stretching rods 121 to move away from or close to each other, and thus the adjustment of the size of the opening 150 is effectively and stably performed. Meanwhile, the rotation of the adjusting member 110 to the stretching rod 121 causes structural interference, which results in the locking of the stretching mechanism 120. Wherein, the connecting member 140 can be designed into a shaft-like structure.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the cold-stretching film covering apparatus 10 further includes a second driver 300. The second driver 300 is used for connecting materials to drive the materials to be sleeved in or separated from the cold-stretching film covering bag.
Therefore, the first driver 200 and the second driver 300 respectively drive the stretching mechanism 120 and the material to move, so that the material can be conveniently sleeved into the bag opening of the cold-stretching film bagging bag, and the film sleeving of the material can be conveniently completed.
It should be noted that the first driver 200 may be a manual power mechanism or an automatic power mechanism, wherein the automatic power mechanism may be an element capable of outputting kinetic energy, such as a motor, an air cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, an electric cylinder, and the like.
Meanwhile, the second driver 300 may be a manual power mechanism or an automatic power mechanism, wherein the automatic power mechanism may be a motor, a cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, an electric cylinder, or other elements capable of outputting kinetic energy.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the cold-drawn film covering apparatus 10 further comprises a column 400. Frame 130 is slidably mounted to upright 400. The first actuator 200 drives the frame 130 to move on the upright 400 to move the stretching mechanism 120 toward or away from the material.
When the number of the stretching rods 121 is four, the number of the first actuators 200 is also four. The four first drivers 200 are respectively mounted on the four columns 400. The output of the first driver 200 is connected to the frame 130. The stretching mechanism 120 is connected to the frame 130. The first driver 200 can drive the frame 130 to move along the extending direction of the upright 400, i.e. can drive the stretching mechanism 120 to move along the extending direction of the upright 400.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, when the first driver 200 moves along the upright column 400 from bottom to top, the stretching mechanism 120 moves along the upright column 400 from top to bottom; when the first driver 200 moves along the upright 400 from top to bottom, the stretching mechanism 120 moves along the upright 400 from bottom to top.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the frame 130 is provided with a sensing element 500. When the stretching rod 121 is adjusted to be matched with the sensing piece 500, the bag mouth of the cold stretching film covering bag is expanded to be capable of being sleeved by materials.
Therefore, the sensing member 500 can sense the state of the opening 150 of the stretching mechanism 120 and cooperate with the adjusting member 110 to adjust the opening 150 of the stretching mechanism 120 to a size sufficient for the material to be placed therein. In addition, under the driving of the first driver 200 and the second driver 300, the material and the stretching mechanism 120 move towards each other, that is, the material and the cold-stretched film bag move towards each other, so as to improve the film covering efficiency.
It is understood that the sensing member 500 can sense the state of the opening 150 of the stretching mechanism 120, and the position of the sensing member 500 is not limited herein. The sensing member 500 may be an infrared sensor, a displacement sensor, a pressure sensitive sensor, etc.
It should be noted that, before the first driver 200 drives the stretching mechanism 120 to move from top to bottom, the adjusting part 110 adjusts the size of the opening 150 of the stretching mechanism 120 to adjust the size of the bag opening of the cold-stretched film bag, so that the material can be smoothly inserted into the cold-stretched film bag from the bag opening of the cold-stretched film bag.
It should be noted that, when the sensing member 500 is placed on the frame 130, and the sensing direction of the sensing member 500 is perpendicular to the direction of the opening 150 of the stretching mechanism 120, the sensing member 500 is in an optimal position. During the adjustment of the size of the opening 150 of the stretching mechanism 120 by the adjusting member 110, the stretching rod 121 of the stretching mechanism 120 adjusted by the adjusting member 110 moves to make the stretching rod 121 approach or separate from the sensing member 500, so that the sensor is beneficial to sense the position of the stretching rod 121, i.e. the size of the opening 150 and the state of the opening 150 of the stretching mechanism 120.
It is also understood that the column 400 can support the entire cold stretch film covering apparatus 10. the number of columns 400 may be one, two or more, and is not limited herein. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the number of the pillars 400 is four.
Further, the cross-section of the pillar 400 may be circular, square, triangular, etc. Specifically, in this implementation, the cross-section of the pillar 400 is circular.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the cold-stretching film covering apparatus 10 further includes a transmission mechanism (not shown). The first driver 200 is connected with the frame 130 through a transmission structure. The transmission structure comprises a first guide wheel (not shown), a second guide wheel (not shown) and a transmission member (not shown). The first guide wheels and the second guide wheels are arranged at intervals along the height direction of the upright 400. The transmission piece is wound on the first guide wheel and the second guide wheel. The transmission member is connected to the frame 130. The first driver 200 is connected to the driving member to drive.
Of course, in other embodiments, the transmission structure may also be a gear set, a belt and roller combination, a chain and gear combination, etc.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 2, a cold-stretching film covering method suitable for the cold-stretching film covering apparatus 10 of the cold-stretching film covering apparatus 10 includes the following steps:
s100, sleeving a bag opening of the cold-stretching film sleeving bag on a stretching rod 121, positioning a stretching mechanism 120 at a first initial position, and positioning a material at a second initial position;
s200, controlling the adjusting piece 110 to act, and adjusting the size of the opening 150 to open the bag mouth of the cold-stretching film covering bag;
s300, starting the first driver 200 to drive the stretching mechanism 120 to move towards the material, so that the stretched cold-stretching film covering bag is sleeved outside the material.
Therefore, the cold stretching film covering method can utilize the stretching mechanism to stretch the bag opening of the cold stretching film covering bag sleeved on the stretching rod to be enough to cover the material, and the first driver is started to drive the cold stretching film covering bag to move towards the material so as to complete the film covering of the material.
Further, referring to fig. 3, step S300, starting the first driver 200 to drive the stretching mechanism 120 to move toward the material, so that the stretched cold-stretched film-covering bag is covered outside the material, includes:
s310, starting the first driver 200 to drive the stretching mechanism 120 to move to the first position;
and S320, starting the second driver 300 to drive the material to move to a second position towards the stretching mechanism 120 so that the material is sleeved into the stretched cold stretching film covering bag.
To better explain the cold-stretch film-covering process, the sequence of operations of the cold-stretch film-covering process is now explained as follows:
firstly, the manufactured cold-stretching film bag is sleeved on the stretching rod 121 of the stretching mechanism 120, at this time, the stretching mechanism 120 is located at a first initial position, and the material is located at a second initial position. The adjusting member 110 is driven under the control of the sensing member 500 to drive the stretching rod 121 to move, so as to pull open the mouth of the cold-stretched film bag until the area of the mouth of the cold-stretched film bag is larger than the cross-sectional area of the material. The bagging apparatus 100 is driven by the first driver 200 to move from top to bottom along the extending direction of the pillar 400. While the bagging device 100 moves downwards, the material is driven by the second driver 300 to move from bottom to top along the extending direction of the upright column 400. After the material contacts the cold-stretched film bag, the cold-stretched film bag gradually separates from the stretching rod 121 of the stretching mechanism 120, at this time, the stretching mechanism 120 is located at the first position, and the material is located at the second position. And when the surplus edges of the opening of the cold-stretched film completely descend to the bottom of the product, the stretching rod 121 of the stretching mechanism 120 is also completely separated from the opening of the bag, and the cold-stretched film is wrapped at the bottom of the product under the self-rebounding action force to complete film covering.
It is understood that the sequence of the actions of the first driver 200 and the second driver 300 may be that the first driver 200 is activated to drive the stretching mechanism 120 to move towards the material, and then the second driver 300 is activated to drive the material to move towards the stretching mechanism 120; or the second driver 300 may be started to drive the material to move toward the stretching mechanism 120, and then the first driver 200 may be started to drive the stretching mechanism 120 to move toward the material; it is also possible to activate the first actuator 200 and the second actuator 300 simultaneously to move the stretching mechanism 120 and the material toward each other simultaneously.
After the film covering operation is completed, the bagging device 100 is driven by the first driver 200 to move from bottom to top along the extending direction of the upright column 400 to the first initial position. Meanwhile, the material is driven by the second driver 300 to move from top to bottom along the extending direction of the upright 400 to the second position. When the stretching mechanism 120 is lifted to the first position, the adjusting member 110 is driven under the control of the sensing member 500 to drive the stretching rod 121 to move, so that the stretching mechanism 120 is in the initial state.
