When the steering gear housing is fixed on the fixing seat 15, the first detection rod 20 is coaxial with the steering gear housing main body part 1, the first detection rod 20 is driven to slide along the axis of the first detection rod through the first driving piece, the first detection rod penetrates from one end of the steering gear housing, the straightness of the steering gear housing main body part 1 is judged according to whether the first detection rod 20 can penetrate from the other end of the steering gear housing, the straightness of the steering gear housing can be intuitively judged, and accordingly defective products can be conveniently picked out, and the overall quality of products is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, in this embodiment, the first driving member is a first cylinder 21, a piston rod of the first cylinder 21 is coaxial with a first detection rod 20, the piston rod of the first cylinder 21 is disposed towards the fixed seat 15, the first detection rod 20 is coaxially fixed to an end of the piston rod of the first cylinder 21, a mounting plate 22 for mounting the first cylinder 21 is fixedly disposed on the table 14, and the mounting plate 22 is vertically disposed. The first detection rod 20 is driven to slide by the first cylinder 21, and the structure is simple and easy to implement.
Referring to fig. 4, the workbench 14 is further provided with a vertical baffle 26, the baffle 26 is located at one end of the fixing seat 15 far away from the first cylinder 21, a plane where the baffle 26 is located is perpendicular to an axis of the horizontal detection rod, a proximity switch 27 is arranged at one side of the baffle 26 close to the fixing seat 15, the proximity switch 27 is located on the axis of the first detection rod 20, the workbench 14 is provided with an indicator lamp 28 electrically connected with the proximity switch 27, and the proximity switch 27 is used for controlling the indicator lamp 28 to be turned off and on. Through proximity switch 27 and pilot lamp 28's setting, when first measuring stick 20 wears out the steering gear casing from first mounting tube 5 one end, then trigger proximity switch 27, pilot lamp 28 lights, then indicate that steering gear casing main part straightness accuracy is qualified, otherwise, if first measuring stick 20 does not wear out from first mounting tube 5 one end, pilot lamp 28 does not light, then steering gear casing straightness accuracy is unqualified, and convenience operator judges whether steering gear casing straightness accuracy is qualified, improves the efficiency of detection work.
Referring to fig. 4, the detecting assembly further includes a second detecting rod 23, the diameter of the second detecting rod 23 is consistent with the inner diameter of the fourth mounting tube 8, the axis of the second detecting rod 23 is perpendicular to and intersects with the axis of the first detecting rod 20, and when the steering gear housing is fixed on the fixing base 15, the second detecting rod 23 is coaxial with the fourth mounting tube 8, the second detecting rod 23 is slidably disposed on the workbench 14 along the axis thereof, a second driving member for driving the second detecting rod 23 to slide is further disposed on the workbench 14, and in this embodiment, the second detecting rod 23 is vertically disposed. When the steering gear housing is fixed on the fixing seat 15, the second detection rod 23 is coaxial with the fourth installation tube 8, the opening end of the fourth installation tube 8 faces the second detection rod 23, the second detection rod 23 is driven to slide along the axis through the second driving piece, whether the second detection rod 23 can be inserted into the fourth installation tube 8 or not is observed, and therefore the straightness of the fourth installation tube 8 is judged.
Referring to fig. 4, a horizontal support plate 25 is fixedly provided at the upper end of the mounting plate 22, the length direction of the support plate 25 is identical to the axial direction of the first detection rod 20, the second driving member is a second cylinder 24 fixed to the support plate 25, the piston rod of the second cylinder 24 is vertically downward, and the second detection rod 23 is coaxially and fixedly provided at the end of the piston rod of the second cylinder 24. The second detection rod 23 is driven to slide through the second air cylinder 24, so that the structure is simple and easy to implement, and the control is convenient and stable.
The implementation principle of the steering gear shell straightness detection tool in the embodiment of the application is as follows: when the steering gear housing is detected, the steering gear housing is embedded in the fixing groove 16, the second installation part on the steering gear housing faces the detection assembly, the opening of the fourth installation tube 8 faces upwards, then the retaining ring 17 is buckled on the steering gear housing, the retaining ring 17 is fixedly connected with the fixing seat 15 through the locking bolt 19, the first air cylinder 21 and the second air cylinder 24 are started at the moment, the first air cylinder 21 enables the first detection rod 20 to penetrate out of the steering gear housing from one end of the third installation tube 7, if the first detection rod 20 penetrates out of one end of the first installation tube 5, the proximity switch 27 is triggered, the indicator lamp 28 is lightened, the straightness of the steering gear housing body meets the requirement, otherwise, the straightness of the steering gear housing body 1 is not met if the indicator lamp 28 is not lightened, the second detection rod 23 is driven to penetrate from the opening of the fourth installation tube 8, if the second detection rod 23 can penetrate into the fourth installation tube 8, the straightness of the fourth installation tube 8 meets the straightness requirement, and otherwise, the straightness of the fourth installation tube is not met.
