When the steering gear shell is fixed on the fixing seat 15, the first detection rod 20 is coaxial with the steering gear shell main body part 1, the first detection rod 20 is driven by the first driving piece to slide along the axis of the first detection rod 20, penetrates into the steering gear shell from one end of the steering gear shell, and can penetrate out from the other end of the steering gear shell according to the fact that whether the first detection rod 20 can penetrate out from the other end of the steering gear shell or not, the straightness of the steering gear shell main body part 1 is judged, and the straightness of the steering gear shell can be judged visually, so that defective products can be picked out conveniently, and the overall quality of products is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, in this embodiment, the first driving member is a first cylinder 21, a piston rod of the first cylinder 21 is coaxial with the first detection rod 20, the piston rod of the first cylinder 21 is disposed toward the fixing base 15, the first detection rod 20 is coaxially fixed to an end of the piston rod of the first cylinder 21, an installation plate 22 for installing the first cylinder 21 is fixedly disposed on the workbench 14, and the installation plate 22 is vertically disposed. The first detection rod 20 is driven to slide by the first air cylinder 21, and the structure is simple and easy to implement.

Referring to fig. 4, the detecting assembly further includes a second detecting rod 23, a diameter of the second detecting rod 23 is consistent with an inner diameter of the fourth mounting tube 8, an axis of the second detecting rod 23 is perpendicular to and intersects with an axis of the first detecting rod 20, and when the steering gear housing is fixed on the fixing seat 15, the second detecting rod 23 is coaxial with the fourth mounting tube 8, the second detecting rod 23 is slidably disposed on the workbench 14 along the axis thereof, the workbench 14 is further provided with a second driving member for driving the second detecting rod 23 to slide, in this embodiment, the second detecting rod 23 is vertically disposed. When the steering gear shell is fixed on the fixed seat 15, the second detection rod 23 is coaxial with the fourth mounting tube 8, the open end of the fourth mounting tube 8 faces the second detection rod 23, the second driving piece drives the second detection rod 23 to slide along the axis of the second detection rod, whether the second detection rod 23 can be inserted into the fourth mounting tube 8 or not is observed, and therefore the straightness of the fourth mounting tube 8 is judged.
Referring to fig. 4, a horizontal support plate 25 is fixedly disposed at the upper end of the mounting plate 22, the length direction of the support plate 25 is consistent with the axial direction of the first detection rod 20, the second driving member is a second cylinder 24 fixed on the support plate 25, the piston rod of the second cylinder 24 is vertically disposed downward, and the second detection rod 23 is coaxially and fixedly disposed at the end of the piston rod of the second cylinder 24. The second detection rod 23 is driven to slide by the second air cylinder 24, the structure is simple, the implementation is easy, and the control is convenient and stable.
