Abstract
本发明公开了一种由LVL工艺的多层胶合板再次深加工的胶合板及其工艺,涉及胶合板生产相关技术领域,包括初始胶合板,所述初始胶合板包括多个单层板,多个单层板之间设有胶合剂,初始胶合板分切形成多个胶合板条;深加工板包括两个外层板,两个外层板之间设有多个组合板层,每个组合板层均包括多个胶合板条,每两个相邻的胶合板条之间均设有胶合剂,多个所述单层板均平行设置,多个组合板层均平行设置,所述胶合板条包括多个段状板,本发明通过采用多个胶合板条进行多方向排布,再次压合深加工形成胶合板,能够有效的增加深加工后胶合板的强度,在应用家具家私重型包装机械行业时能够具备优良的承重效果,且取材方便,生产成本低。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及胶合板生产相关技术领域,具体是一种由LVL工艺的多层胶合板再次深加工的胶合板及其工艺。
背景技术
胶合板是由木段旋切成单板或由木方刨切成薄木,再用胶粘剂胶合而成的三层或多层的板状材料,通常用奇数层单板,并使相邻层单板的纤维方向互相垂直胶合而成。
胶合板是家具常用材料之一,为人造板三大板之一,亦可供飞机、船舶、火车、汽车、建筑和包装箱等作用材。一组单板通常按相邻层木纹方向互相垂直组坯胶合而成,通常其表板和内层板对称地配置在中心层或板芯的两侧。用涂胶后的单板按木纹方向纵横交错配成的板坯,在加热或不加热的条件下压制而成。层数一般为奇数,少数也有偶数。纵横方向的物理、机械性质差异较小。常用的胶合板类型有三合板、五合板等。胶合板能提高木材利用率,是节约木材的一个主要途径。
现有的胶合板静曲强度低各行业只能依靠进口实木或砍伐现有自然林的硬木质树种,,对于普通木材而已,生产出的胶合板在应用家具家私重型包装机械行业时承重能力不足,有待于进一步的改进。
发明内容
本发明提供一种由LVL工艺的多层胶合板再次深加工的胶合板及其工艺,解决了上述背景技术中所提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种由LVL工艺的多层胶合板再次深加工的胶合板及其工艺,包括初始胶合板,所述初始胶合板包括多个单层板,多个单层板之间设有胶合剂,初始胶合板分切形成多个胶合板条;
还包括深加工板,深加工板包括两个外层板,两个外层板之间设有多个组合板层,每个组合板层均包括多个胶合板条,每两个相邻的胶合板条之间均设有胶合剂。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,多个所述单层板均平行设置,多个组合板层均平行设置。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述胶合板条包括多个段状板,每两个相邻的组合板层所包含的胶合板条中的段状板垂直设置。
一种由LVL工艺的多层胶合板再次深加工的胶合板的工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:将初始胶合板分切,形成多个大小相同的胶合板条;
S2:将多个胶合板组合形成组合板层,一个组合板层内的所有胶合板条中的段状板均同为水平或竖直;
S3:将两个外层板之间填充有多个组合板层;
S4:将每两个相邻的胶合板条、胶合板条与外层板之间均涂设有胶合剂,在胶合情况下胶合板条与外层板形成一个整体,得到深加工板粗胚;
S5:将深加工板粗胚进行上下热压,然后再进行两侧热压,得到深加工胶合板成品。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,每两个相邻的组合板层之间均铺设有高强度纤维。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述胶合剂为市售胶合剂。
本发明具有以下有益之处:本发明通过采用多个胶合板条进行多方向排布,再次压合深加工形成胶合板,能够有效的增加深加工后胶合板的强度,在应用家具家私重型包装机械行业时能够具备优良的承重效果,实用性强,且取材方便,生产成本低。

以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
需要说明的是,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
请参阅图1-3,一种由LVL工艺的多层胶合板再次深加工的胶合板及其工艺,包括初始胶合板,所述初始胶合板包括多个单层板,多个单层板之间设有胶合剂,初始胶合板分切形成多个胶合板条;
还包括深加工板,深加工板包括两个外层板,两个外层板之间设有多个组合板层,每个组合板层均包括多个胶合板条,每两个相邻的胶合板条之间均设有胶合剂。
多个所述单层板均平行设置,多个组合板层均平行设置。
所述胶合板条包括多个段状板,每两个相邻的组合板层所包含的胶合板条中的段状板垂直设置。
该LVL工艺的多层胶合板再次深加工的胶合板在加工时,通过以下步骤实现:
S1:将初始胶合板分切,形成多个大小相同的胶合板条;
S2:将多个胶合板组合形成组合板层,一个组合板层内的所有胶合板条中的段状板均同为水平或竖直;
S3:将两个外层板之间填充有多个组合板层;
S4:将每两个相邻的胶合板条、胶合板条与外层板之间均涂设有胶合剂,在胶合情况下胶合板条与外层板形成一个整体,得到深加工板粗胚;
S5:将深加工板粗胚进行上下热压,然后再进行两侧热压,得到深加工胶合板成品。
在一个实施例中,每两个相邻的组合板层之间均铺设有高强度纤维。
在一个实施例中,所述胶合剂为市售胶合剂。
将市面上的普通的多层胶合板进行分切成条,然后再重新组装胶合热压,能够形成更具高强度的复合型胶合板,从而满足实际使用需求。

Claims (6)
1.一种由LVL工艺的多层胶合板再次深加工的胶合板,包括初始胶合板,其特征在于,所述初始胶合板包括多个单层板,多个单层板之间设有胶合剂,初始胶合板分切形成多个胶合板条;
还包括深加工板,深加工板包括两个外层板,两个外层板之间设有多个组合板层,每个组合板层均包括多个胶合板条,每两个相邻的胶合板条之间均设有胶合剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的由LVL工艺的多层胶合板再次深加工的胶合板,其特征在于,多个所述单层板均平行设置,多个组合板层均平行设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的由LVL工艺的多层胶合板再次深加工的胶合板,其特征在于,所述胶合板条包括多个段状板,每两个相邻的组合板层所包含的胶合板条中的段状板垂直设置。
4.一种如权利要求1-3任意一项所述的由LVL工艺的多层胶合板再次深加工的胶合板的工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将初始胶合板分切,形成多个大小相同的胶合板条;
S2:将多个胶合板组合形成组合板层,一个组合板层内的所有胶合板条中的段状板均同为水平或竖直;
S3:将两个外层板之间填充有多个组合板层;
S4:将每两个相邻的胶合板条、胶合板条与外层板之间均涂设有胶合剂,在胶合情况下胶合板条与外层板形成一个整体,得到深加工板粗胚;
S5:将深加工板粗胚进行上下热压,然后再进行两侧热压,得到深加工胶合板成品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的由LVL工艺的多层胶合板再次深加工的胶合板的工艺,其特征在于,每两个相邻的组合板层之间均铺设有高强度纤维。
6.根据权利要求4所述的由LVL工艺的多层胶合板再次深加工的胶合板的工艺,其特征在于,所述胶合剂为市售胶合剂。
