Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in some embodiments of the container washing apparatus provided by the present invention, the container washing apparatus includes a primary washing apparatus 10, a brushing apparatus 20 and a drying apparatus 40, the primary washing apparatus 10 is configured to perform primary washing on a container 60, the brushing apparatus 20 is disposed downstream of the primary washing apparatus 10, the brushing apparatus 20 includes a driving apparatus and a cleaning brush 21, the driving apparatus is drivingly connected to the cleaning brush 21, the driving apparatus is configured to drive the cleaning brush 21 into an interior of the container 60 and to drive the cleaning brush 21 to move relative to the container 60 in the interior of the container 60, the cleaning brush 21 is configured to brush the interior of the container 60, the drying apparatus 40 is disposed downstream of the brushing apparatus 20, and the drying apparatus 40 is configured to dry the container 60.
The initial washing device 10 can perform initial washing on the container 60, so that dirt which is easier to wash in the container 60 is washed away, and the washing pressure in the subsequent links is reduced.
The brush device 20 includes the cleaning brush 21, and can clean the dirt with strong adhesion in the container 60, and the cleaning effect is remarkable.
When the container cleaning device provided by the embodiment is used for cleaning the container 60, manual cleaning can be replaced, and the cleaning efficiency is greatly improved. Moreover, the cleaning process will go through at least two cleaning steps of the primary cleaning device 10 and the brushing of the brushing device 20, which can obviously improve the cleaning effect; the brushing device 20 can brush the inside of the container 60, so that the container can be cleaned more cleanly and more thoroughly; moreover, the cleaning device also comprises a drying device 40 which can dry the container 60 in time after cleaning is finished, so that the air drying speed can be increased, the container 60 can be put into use as soon as possible, the cleaning agent can be prevented from remaining in the container 60, and the marks of the cleaning agent left on the surface of the container 60 due to natural air drying can be reduced.
As shown in fig. 1, in some embodiments, the container washing apparatus further includes a rinsing apparatus 30 disposed between the brushing apparatus 20 and the drying apparatus 40, the rinsing apparatus 30 being configured to rinse the inside and/or outside of the container 60.
Through the washing device 30, the washed dirt can be washed away after the brushing is finished, the dirt can be further removed, and the cleaning degree of the washed container 60 can be improved.
The container cleaning device provided by the embodiment of the invention can realize primary washing through the primary cleaning device 10; deep cleaning can be achieved by the cleaning brush 21 through the brushing device 20; through the washing device 30, the dirt still adhered to the surface of the container 60 after being washed can be washed, and the dirt is washed off by using impact force; finally, the container 60 can be quickly air-dried by the drying device 40, so that the container 60 can be put into use as soon as possible, and the waiting time cost is saved.
As shown in fig. 1, in some embodiments, the container cleaning device further includes a base 50, the base 50 includes a first working position, a second working position, a third working position and a fourth working position, the initial cleaning device 10 is disposed in the first working position, the brushing device 20 is disposed in the second working position, the washing device 30 is disposed in the third working position, and the drying device 40 is disposed in the fourth working position.
Through setting up base 50, can concentrate primary washing device 10, brushing device 20, washing unit 30 and drying device 40 among the container cleaning device and set up on same base 50, through the switching of station, realize different washing steps, can effectively save belt cleaning device's whole area.
In some embodiments, the base 50 can rotate relative to a fixed component (such as the floor), so as to rotate the primary washing device 10, the brushing device 20, the washing device 30 and the drying device 40, thereby switching between different devices, and the container 60 to be washed can be kept still.
In another embodiment, the base 50 is held stationary and the container 60 being cleaned is rotated relative to the base 50 to be rotated into one of the cleaning stages after the other cleaning stage.
Of course, in some embodiments, the base 50 may be omitted from the washing device, and the initial washing device 10, the brushing device 20, the washing device 30 and the drying device 40 may be arranged in a circular shape at intervals, or may be arranged in a straight shape in sequence.
As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, the initial washing device 10 includes an adding device 11, a first conveyor belt 12 and a second conveyor belt 13, the adding device 11 is used for adding the cleaning agent into the container 60, the first conveyor belt 12 and the second conveyor belt 13 are respectively used for conveying the container 60, and the conveying start end and the conveying end of the second conveyor belt 13 are respectively connected to the first conveyor belt 12.
Through setting up these two conveyer belts of first conveyer belt 12 and second conveyer belt 13, can increase transport length to increase the dwell time of cleaner in container 60, reach the effect of soaking, be favorable to softening the dirt, reduce the washing degree of difficulty in the follow-up washing link.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the second conveyor belt 13 is endless; in other embodiments, the second conveyor belt 13 may have a triangular, quadrangular or S-shaped shape.
The containers 60 can be selectively passed through the second conveyor belt 13 by connecting the conveyance starting end and the conveyance ending end of the second conveyor belt 13 to the first conveyor belt 12, respectively. For example, for some containers 60 with less dirt and easy cleaning, the second conveyor 13 can be avoided and the containers can be directly conveyed to the next link through the first conveyor 12 without soaking for a long time. For some containers 60 with more dirt and more difficult cleaning, the containers 60 can enter the second conveyor belt 13 from the first conveyor belt 12 and then return to the first conveyor belt 12, and the increased conveying distance of the second conveyor belt 13 increases the soaking time, thereby reducing the difficulty of subsequent cleaning.
In some embodiments, the drive means comprises height adjustment means configured to adjust the length of the cleaning brush 21 projecting into the interior of the receptacle 60.
Through setting up height adjusting device, can adjust the inside length that cleaning brush 21 stretched into container 60 to avoid cleaning brush 21 only to clean certain position of container 60, can realize comprehensive cleanness, improve clean effect.
In some embodiments, the drive means comprises a first drive member configured to drive the container 60 in motion, and the height adjustment means is configured to adjust the length of the cleaning brush 21 that protrudes into the interior of the container 60 during the movement of the container 60.
