背景技术
针刺毡是采用聚酯纤维、涤纶纤维、黏胶纤维、丙纶纤维等,经过针刺工艺制作而成,可经过烫面工艺处理针刺毡的表面平整,不起毛,可用于汽车坐垫、保温隔热产品和空气过滤等,其是利用交错排列,孔隙分布均匀的细短纤维滤气,孔隙率达70%,为机织滤布的一倍,其整体除尘效率高,气体排放浓度低,并且针刺毡表面经热轧及烧毛或涂层整理、平整光滑,不易堵塞、不变形、容易清灰,使用寿命长,但是传统针刺毡的抗拉强度较低,容易在受到外力时而变形,从而影响到针刺毡的整体过滤效果,为此,本发明提出一种具有过滤功能的耐高温针刺毡用以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有过滤功能的耐高温针刺毡,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种具有过滤功能的耐高温针刺毡,所述具有过滤功能的耐高温针刺毡包括:
阻燃层,所述阻燃层上均匀设置有阻燃层气孔;
第一过滤层,所述第一过滤层由横向编制丝、纵向下位编织丝和纵向上位编织丝编制而成,且第一过滤层为位于阻燃层的下侧进行设置;
第二过滤层,所述第二过滤层上均匀开设有第二过滤孔,所述第二过滤层为位于第一过滤层的下侧进行设置;
第三过滤层,所述第三过滤层为位于第二过滤层的下侧进行设置。

优选的,所述阻燃层的下表面一体成型有钩刺,且其钩刺为嵌入至第一过滤层之中进行设置,且钩刺与阻燃层气孔之间为错位设置。

Claims (10)

1.一种具有过滤功能的耐高温针刺毡,其特征在于:所述具有过滤功能的耐高温针刺毡包括:
阻燃层(1),所述阻燃层(1)上均匀设置有阻燃层气孔(5);
第一过滤层(2),所述第一过滤层(2)由横向编制丝(6)、纵向下位编织丝(7)和纵向上位编织丝(8)编制而成,且第一过滤层(2)为位于阻燃层(1)的下侧进行设置;
第二过滤层(3),所述第二过滤层(3)上均匀开设有第二过滤孔(12),所述第二过滤层(3)为位于第一过滤层(2)的下侧进行设置;
第三过滤层(4),所述第三过滤层(4)为位于第二过滤层(3)的下侧进行设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有过滤功能的耐高温针刺毡,其特征在于:所述阻燃层(1)选自聚酰亚胺纤维、玄武岩纤维、聚苯硫醚纤维、芳砜纶纤维和聚四氟乙烯纤维中的一种,且阻燃层(1)上的阻燃层气孔(5)的腔体形状呈六棱台结构,且阻燃层气孔(5)的大孔端为远离第一过滤层(2)进行设置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有过滤功能的耐高温针刺毡,其特征在于:所述阻燃层(1)的下表面一体成型有钩刺,且其钩刺为嵌入至第一过滤层(2)之中进行设置,且钩刺与阻燃层气孔(5)之间为错位设置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有过滤功能的耐高温针刺毡,其特征在于:所述横向编制丝(6)为交错穿过纵向下位编织丝(7)、纵向上位编织丝(8)进行编制,且下位编织丝(7)、纵向上位编织丝(8)从同根横向编制丝(6)的异侧方向穿过。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有过滤功能的耐高温针刺毡,其特征在于:所述横向编制丝(6)与纵向下位编织丝(7)的交接点位置处形成有洼点,所述横向编制丝(6)与纵向上位编织丝(8)的交接点位置处形成有凸点。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种具有过滤功能的耐高温针刺毡,其特征在于:所述横向编制丝(6)由炭纤维丝(9)、聚酯纤维丝层(10)和涤纶纤维丝层(11)组合构成,所述聚酯纤维丝层(10)为包覆在炭纤维丝(9)的外侧,所述涤纶纤维丝层(11)为包覆在聚酯纤维丝层(10)的外侧。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种具有过滤功能的耐高温针刺毡,其特征在于:所述聚酯纤维丝层(10)为多根聚酯纤维丝呈螺旋状编制而成,所述涤纶纤维丝层(11)为多根涤纶纤维丝呈螺旋状编制而成,所述聚酯纤维丝层(10)为呈正螺旋方向进行编制,所述涤纶纤维丝层(11)为反螺旋方向进行编制。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种具有过滤功能的耐高温针刺毡,其特征在于:所述纵向下位编织丝(7)、纵向上位编织丝(8)的结构均与横向编制丝(6)的结构相同。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有过滤功能的耐高温针刺毡,其特征在于:所述第二过滤层(3)为棉陶瓷纤维层,所述第三过滤层(4)为聚四氟乙烯微孔滤膜,且聚四氟乙烯微孔滤膜的孔径小于三微米。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有过滤功能的耐高温针刺毡,其特征在于:所述阻燃层(1)的表面通过表面处理剂进行处理,所述表面处理剂为由硅烷偶联剂5%,乙醇20%,聚丙烯酸酯乳液65%,抗静电剂3%份,水7%进行配比制成。
