Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating cold-coagulation and blood stasis type dysmenorrhea and preparation method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating cold-congealing blood-stasis type dysmenorrhea and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Dysmenorrhea refers to the condition of pain and distention of the lower abdomen before and after menstruation or during menstruation, accompanied by soreness of the waist or other discomfort, and serious influence on the quality of life. Among them, those with anorganic lesions of the reproductive organs are called primary dysmenorrhea, and are common in young and unproductive women. The disease belongs to the category of abdominal pain during menstruation in traditional Chinese medicine.
The dysmenorrhea is classified into qi stagnation and blood stasis type, cold accumulation and blood stasis type, damp heat and blood stasis type, qi and blood deficiency type and kidney qi deficiency type according to the differentiation of symptoms and signs in the TCM gynecology, wherein the cold accumulation and blood stasis type dysmenorrhea is common and has the etiology of congenital deficiency and body yang deficiency; or in the wet land and tidal zone for a long time, so that cold pathogen can invade the Chong and ren channels; or during menstrual period, the patient is rainy and waded, is greedy to eat and eat raw and cold, and loses yang qi; insufficient yang qi in the body and excessive cold pathogen, the cold pathogen and yang qi in the body are in conflict with each other, blood is cold congealing, so that qi and blood in the body are unsmooth in running, qi and blood flow down the Chong and ren channels during premenstrual period are more stagnated, and the stagnation leads to pain, so that the dysmenorrhea is caused. The symptoms are as follows: cold pain in the lower abdomen before or during menstruation, pain due to heat getting relieved, severe pain due to pressure, scanty menstruation, dark color with lumps in the menstruation, white and greasy tongue coating, deep and tense pulse, aversion to cold and body pain.
Because dysmenorrhea has great influence on the body and spirit of women, normal life, work, study and labor can not be realized during menstrual dysmenorrhea, although various medicines for relieving dysmenorrhea, such as indomethacin, ibuprofen and atropine, are available on the market, and modified Xiaoyao pills, acupuncture and moxibustion and the like are adopted, the medicines and acupuncture and moxibustion and the like can only relieve and relieve pain generally, patients can not be relieved fundamentally, and western medicines have great side effect on human bodies; acupuncture and moxibustion can only relieve temporarily, can not eradicate dysmenorrhea and has long treatment course, so that a traditional Chinese medicine composition without toxic and side effects is needed to be provided.
