It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1-3 and 5-10, the embodiment of the invention provides a dust box, which comprises a box body 1, a box cover 3 and a filter element 4. Box body 1 is equipped with into dirt mouth 11, fall dirt mouth 12 and air outlet 13, go into to form airflow channel between dirt mouth 11 and the air outlet 13 in box body 1, box body 1 is equipped with a plurality of separators 2 in airflow channel, a plurality of separators 2 separate into a plurality of cavities 1a with airflow channel, a plurality of separators 2's a lateral wall all with the box wall joint of box body 1, relative opposite side lateral wall all extends to and falls dirt mouth 12, a plurality of cavities 1a communicate in proper order from going into dirt mouth 11 to air outlet 13, the line slope setting of two adjacent intercommunication area 1b, with lid 3, the lid closes and falls dirt mouth 12 and with a plurality of division board butt.
The airflow channel in the box body 1 is provided with the plurality of separators 2, the separators 2 divide the airflow channel into the plurality of chambers 1a, the plurality of chambers 1a are sequentially communicated from the dust inlet 11 to the air outlet 13, and the connecting line of the communicating area 1b is obliquely arranged, so that the airflow of two adjacent chambers 1a can be prevented from flowing in the shortest path, the airflow path between the two adjacent chambers 1a can be prolonged, the airflow path (see the direction of the dotted arrow in fig. 3) from the dust inlet 11 to the air outlet 13 of the box body 1 in a limited space can be greatly prolonged, the garbage and dust particles entering the box body 1 along with the airflow are gradually deposited at the bottom of the chamber 1a through which the airflow flows under the action of gravity, the filtering piece 4 of the air outlet 13 filters a very small amount of dust carried in the airflow, and one side wall of the plurality of separators extends to the dust pouring port 12 and is abutted to the box cover 3, the dust pouring port 12 is divided into a plurality of units, when the box cover 3 is opened, the garbage in the chambers 1a can be poured out from one side of the box body 1 at one time, and the cleaning is extremely quick and convenient.
According to the dust box provided by the embodiment of the invention, the air flow traveling path is prolonged from the dust inlet 11 to the air outlet 13 by using the multi-cavity 1a structure, meanwhile, garbage particles carried in the air flow are gradually precipitated in each cavity 1a, so that the content of the particles carried when the air flow reaches the air outlet 13 is extremely low, and finally, the particles carried in the air flow are finally filtered by the filter element 4. Adopt this kind of structure, compare the filter assembly that traditional dirt box adopted, the scheme of this design has carried out the prefilter with the most rubbish granule that carries in the air current with box body 1's inner structure, the rethread filters piece 4 and does last filtration to remaining granule in the air current, the filtration burden of filtering piece 4 has been alleviateed, filter piece 4's structure can be simplified, can only adopt one deck filtration, and because most rubbish granule that carries in the air current has already precipitated in multi-chamber 1a, consequently can realize even that the filter fineness who will filter piece 4 improves, it is littleer to filter 4's filtration pore of crossing promptly, in clearance box body 1, can clear up filtering piece 4 simultaneously, need not to remove the clearance with filtering piece 4 alone. For example, when the collection dirt is precious to dust box negative pressure collection dirt or when the manual work falls rubbish, pat box body 1 and all can filter 4 clearance of piece, can also make the fan reversal blow to filtering piece 4 after the rubbish clearance with box body 1 in addition, can get rid of the attached particle on filtering piece 4. Meanwhile, the multiple cavities are communicated with the dust pouring port, so that garbage in the box body 1 can be cleaned quickly and conveniently.
Specifically, the partition 2 may be a plate-shaped structure (see fig. 2-3, 5-8, 10), the partition 2 of the plate-shaped structure may be arranged in one or more combinations of vertical, horizontal and inclined in the space of the box body 1, and a semi-closed structure having a certain accommodating space may be formed in a combination of an arc-shaped structure and a plate-shaped structure (see fig. 9), for example, the cross section of the partition 2 parallel to the dust pouring port 12 is a single arch-shaped structure or a plurality of cross sections are composite continuous arch-shaped structures, and the arch-shaped structures are arranged by nesting with each other through the opening of the partition 2 in the space of the box body 1, wherein the arch-shaped structure may include, but is not limited to, a smooth transition structure (e.g., an arc-shaped structure) and an irregular arch-shaped structure. Of course, the partitioning member 2 includes various structures and combinations of structures not listed in the present embodiment in addition to the illustrated case provided by the present embodiment, and will not be described redundantly here.
Specifically, the filter element 4 may be made of any material, but not limited to, metal, PP filter paper, glass fiber, composite PP PET filter paper, melt-blown polyester non-woven fabric, melt-blown glass fiber, and the like.
Further, the volume of the chamber 1a communicating with the dust inlet 11 is the largest in all the chambers 1 a. So, can just provide sufficient accommodation space for the large granule rubbish that gets into box body 1 from dust inlet 11, improve the utilization ratio of box body 1, avoid frequently clearing up rubbish.
Example two
On the basis of the first embodiment, further, referring to fig. 5, the communication area 1b is formed by opening air holes on the partition 2 where the communication area is located; or
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the communication area 1B is formed by the partition 2 and the box wall of the box body 1 (see a in fig. 3) or the partition 2 and the other partition 2 (see B in fig. 3).
In addition, referring to fig. 10, the communication area 1b may also be formed by the partition 2 with air holes; and
the communication area 1b is formed by a combination structure in which the partition 2 is spaced apart from the box wall of the box body 1, or the partition 2 is spaced apart from other partitions 2.
Thus, the airflow can sequentially flow through the communicated chambers 1a through the communicating areas 1b formed by the air holes or the spaced arrangement, so as to realize the circulation of the airflow from the dust inlet 11 to the air outlet 13 in the box body.
EXAMPLE III
Referring to fig. 5, on the basis of the second embodiment, further, when the communicating area 1b is the air holes, the number of the air holes is a plurality, the ventilation volume of a plurality of air holes on a single partition board is equal, so as to ensure the smooth circulation of the air flow in the whole box body 1, thereby preventing the fan from blocking the box body 1 when providing negative pressure, gradually reducing the aperture of the air holes on the partition board from the dust inlet 11 to the air outlet 13, and sequentially separating the air flow carrying particles with different sizes, so as to greatly reduce the particles carried in the air flow finally flowing to the air outlet 13, and reduce the filtering load of the filtering piece 4, thereby prolonging the service life of the filtering piece 4.
Example four
Referring to fig. 2-3 and 6-9, on the basis of the second embodiment, further, when the communication area 1b is formed by adopting the interval arrangement, the partition 2 or the box wall of the box body 1 is provided with the first blocking member 5, and the first blocking member 5 is provided on one side or one or two opposite sides through which the airflow of the partition 2 passes. The arrangement of the first blocking member 5 can generate a blocking effect on the airflow flowing through, so that the airflow generates a vortex-like motion posture, and particles carried in the airflow can be better separated. First barrier 5 sets up in the relative both sides of separator 2, can increase and produce secondary barrier effect to same air current to improve the granule separation effect in the air current.
Specifically, the first blocking member 5 may be any structure protruding from the surface of the partitioning member 2, for example, a flat bar structure or a bent bar structure, and the flat bar may be disposed obliquely and/or vertically with respect to the partitioning member 2.
In this embodiment, specifically, the first blocking members 5 may be disposed continuously or at intervals along the length direction of the partition 2 (i.e. from one end of the partition 2 near the dust pouring port 12 to the opposite end), so that the first blocking members 5 may generate a blocking effect on the whole airflow flowing through the communicating region 1b, so that the particles carried in the airflow are better separated from the airflow and deposited at the bottom of the chamber 1 a.
EXAMPLE five
In addition to the fourth embodiment, further, the first blocking member 5 is provided on each of the separators 2, and the first blocking members 5 on the side where two adjacent separators 2 face each other are disposed in a staggered manner. So, two adjacent separators 2 are towards the first separation spare 5 setting of staggering each other of one side each other, can avoid two relative first separation spares 5 on the one hand to occupy the air current circulation space too much, and on the other hand can produce the secondary to same air current and separate the effect at most times even, and the granule separation effect is better.
EXAMPLE six
Referring to fig. 2-3, 7-9, on the basis of the fourth embodiment, further, the first barrier 5 is disposed on every other separator 2 among the plurality of separators 2. Thus, the space occupied by the first blocking members 5 in an excessive number for the airflow passage is avoided, the structure in the case 1 can be simplified, and the cost of parts can be reduced.
EXAMPLE seven
Referring to fig. 2-3 and 7-9, on the basis of any one of the fourth to sixth embodiments, further, a second blocking member 6 is disposed on the first blocking member 5, the second blocking member 6 is rotatably disposed on the first blocking member 5, the second blocking member 6 is normally disposed in engagement with the partition 2 adjacent to the partition 2, and when air flows through the second blocking member 6, the second blocking member 6 can rotate in a direction away from the partition 2 engaged therewith. Thus, when the airflow passes through, the second blocking member 6 is flushed away to pass through the second blocking member 6, and the tendency of the second blocking member 6 to fall back to the original position generates a blocking effect with the airflow, thereby further facilitating the separation of particles carried in the airflow.
Referring to fig. 4, in particular, the second group of spacers includes a fixed portion 61 and a rotating portion 62 which are rotatably connected, when the second group of spacers is installed, the fixed portion 61 is fixed above the second blocking member 6, the rotating portion 62 extends out of the first blocking member 5 and is arranged in a joint manner with the blocking member 2 adjacent to the blocking member 2 where the first blocking member is located, and the joint of the fixed portion 61 and the rotating portion 62 abuts against the first blocking member 5, so that the rotating portion 62 is kept horizontal in a normal state and does not fall down below the first blocking member 5, and when air flows through, the air flow can enable the rotating portion 62 to rotate away from the direction of the blocking member 2.
Example eight
Referring to fig. 11, on the basis of any one of the fourth to sixth embodiments, further, the first blocking member 5 is provided with a second blocking member 6, the second blocking member 6 is disposed in a joint manner with the separator 2 adjacent to the separator 2 where the second blocking member 6 is located, and the second blocking member 6 extends to the second blocking member 6 and is a brush strip. By providing a brush bar in the space between the first barrier 5 and the partition 2, through which the air flow passes, the brush bar can filter a portion of the particles entrained in the air flow to further improve the filtering capacity of the air flow.
Example nine
The embodiment of the invention also provides cleaning equipment which comprises a machine body and the dust box, wherein the dust box is arranged on the machine body.
According to the cleaning equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention, the dust box extends the airflow traveling path from the dust inlet 11 to the air outlet 13 by using the multi-cavity 1a structure, meanwhile, garbage particles carried in the airflow are gradually precipitated in each cavity 1a, so that the content of the particles carried when the airflow reaches the air outlet 13 is extremely low, and finally, the particles carried in the airflow are finally filtered by the filter element 4.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
