The support part 7 is arranged below the ends of the middle bed bar 5 and the cross bed bar 6, and the support part 7 is used for supporting the middle bed bar 5, the cross bed bar 6, the tailboard 2 and the side bed plate 3. The spareribs strip part 4 is laid on the bed side plate 3 and the middle bed bar 5, and the spareribs strip part 4 comprises a plurality of spareribs strips and spareribs strip fixing pieces for fixing the spareribs strips. 6. the middle bed bar 5 is placed on the bed side sub-plate 31 of the upper layer;
7. the back of the rest lower headboard 11 or the upper headboard 12 is buckled downwards outside the bedside sub-plate 31 and the tailstock sub-plate 21, and the edge of the lower headboard 11 is kept close to the edge of the upper headboard 12;
8. the lower headboard 11 and the upper headboard 12 are secured using strapping or adhesive tape.
In one embodiment, a cushion 8 is placed over the left 13 and right 14 headboards before the bedside deck 31 is placed, the cushion 8 serving to separate the bedside deck 31 from the rib strips 4 and the left and right headboards 14. placing the spareribs, the cross bars and the supporting parts into the accommodating grooves of the left-side headboard and the right-side headboard;
any three of the four bed side sub-plates are tiled and placed on the left side headboard and the right side headboard, and the last bed side sub-plate is placed on the other bed side sub-plates;
placing two bed tail sub-plates on the rest two bed side sub-plates;
placing the middle bed bar on a bed side division plate of the upper layer;
the back surface of the rest lower headboard or the upper headboard is downwards buckled outside the bed side sub-plate and the bed tail sub-plate, and the edge of the lower headboard is kept to be clung to the edge of the upper headboard;
