Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of furniture, in particular to a headboard, a bed and a packaging method.
Background
The bed is an necessity for daily life and living of people, and the existing bed structure is mainly formed by assembling a headboard, a bed body and the like. The existing headboard is of an integral structure, is large in size, heavy in weight and inconvenient to assemble and disassemble, occupies a large space, and has adverse effects on transportation and storage.
Transportation and storage costs are very sensitive to the packaging size of the transported object, and excessive size often results in a dramatic increase in transportation costs. In particular, for transnational trade, a commodity is transported from a consignor to a consignor, often involving multiple modes of transportation in combination, including air, sea and land transportation. As different countries and regions, different transportation modes, and even different carriers are different for the size requirements and charging standards of the transportation objects, it is an important task for the commodity suppliers how to design the package size of the commodity more economically. Therefore, the structure of the bed, particularly the headboard, needs to be designed again, so that the structural strength is ensured, the packaging size is reduced, and the convenience of transportation is improved.
In the prior art, a headboard is optimized for packaging and transportation, for example, US7681259B2 discloses a detachable headboard, as shown in fig. 1, which includes a left side portion 1, a middle portion 2, a right side portion 3, and support columns 4, where the heights of the two support columns 4 are higher, and the bed structure is connected with the support columns by a connecting member. By increasing the height of the support column 4, the structure can reduce the height of the headboard and the overall dimension of the headboard, and in addition, the headboard adopts a mode of assembling a plurality of blocks, so that the size of the headboard, in particular the packaging size, is reduced, and the headboard is convenient to transport. However, this solution, although reducing the size and weight of the headboard by reducing the size of the headboard underside, does not provide structural support between the longer support columns, adversely affects the support columns and the strength of the overall headboard, and in this way, only the transport size and weight of the headboard are optimized, and do not provide substantial bulk for the transport of the bed, and do not significantly improve the transport convenience of the overall bed.

Take the bed with dimensions 218cm by 160cm by 110cm as is common in the market at present as an example. The size of the bed head plate is 160cm multiplied by 100cm multiplied by 7.5cm, the size of the bed tail plate is 160cm multiplied by 15cm multiplied by 5cm, the size of the bed side plate is 205cm multiplied by 15cm multiplied by 3cm, the size of the transverse keels is 154cm multiplied by 2cm, the sizes of the first longitudinal bones and the second longitudinal bones in the longitudinal keels are 101.5cm multiplied by 4cm multiplied by 2cm, the sizes of the rib strips are 77cm multiplied by 5.3cm multiplied by 0.9cm, and the number of the rib strips is 28.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the application, the sizes of the first headboard 11 and the second headboard 12 after the headboard 10 is disassembled are 114cm multiplied by 50cm multiplied by 7.5cm, and the sizes of the first accommodating groove and the second accommodating groove at the back are 110cm multiplied by 46cm multiplied by 6cm; the third headboard 13 and the fourth headboard 14 have dimensions of 100cm×23cm×6cm, the third receiving groove and the fourth receiving groove have dimensions of 96cm×19cm×4.5cm, the bed end plate can be split into two sub end plates with the same dimensions, the dimensions are 80cm×15cm×5cm, any bed side plate can be split into two sub side plates with the same dimensions, the dimensions are 102.5cm×15cm×3cm, and the transverse keels are split into first transverse bones and second transverse bones with the same dimensions, and the dimensions are 77cm×2cm.
Thus, the length of the first accommodating groove and the second accommodating groove can be enough to accommodate the length of all other parts when seen in the length direction, and the width of any one of the first accommodating groove and the second accommodating groove is larger than or equal to the sum of the widths of the third headboard and the fourth headboard or larger than or equal to the sum of the widths of three of the plurality of sub-side plates and the sub-end plate when seen in the width direction; the thickness difference between the thickness of any sub-tail plate and the thickness of any sub-side plate is equal to the width or the height of the longitudinal keel.
The final package size formed by stacking and placing the beds in the package box after the beds were disassembled according to the packaging method described in the above examples was 116cm×52cm×21cm.
The size requirements and cost of goods are further described in connection with various logistics and warehousing companies. In cross-border trade, goods need to be transported from domestic exporters to foreign transfer bins in an air or sea way, and the cost generated in the stage is first-journey freight, mainly air or sea freight and storage cost; and then transported from the transfer warehouse to the buyer's location by the courier company in land transportation, where the cost is generated as tail Cheng Yunfei. Therefore, the shipping costs in a single trade campaign are mainly composed of head and tail haul costs.
Since shipping costs are lower, the largest factor affecting shipping costs is the volume of product packaging, and if the number of products that can be loaded in a single container is greater, the less shipping costs will be allocated to a single product. The warehouse charge is the storage charge of the transfer warehouse, and is mainly charged according to the packing size of the product, such as the longest side size, the length plus the perimeter and the weight grading. The tail-way expense is collected by the express company according to the product package and the size and the transportation distance, and the express company needs to adopt a freight vehicle to transport, so that the express company has more severe requirements on the package size and the weight of the product, and extra expense is generated when the size or the weight exceeds the standard.
Taking the size requirements of America FBA bins from Amazon and Fedex or UPS as examples, the following tables are specific:
the weight of the bed is usually in the range of 22.5kg to 68kg, so that for the package size, if economical, the size of the longest side needs to be controlled within 120cm and the perimeter size (length+2width+2 height) can be controlled within 330cm, and further, considering the case dispatch size requirement of the express company, the perimeter size (length+2width+2 height) of the package needs to be controlled within 266cm, otherwise, the transportation cost increases rapidly.
Three different headboard structures and packaging methods were used to form three comparative examples, again taking a bed with dimensions 218cm by 160cm by 110cm as an example.
Comparative example 1
By adopting the headboard structure and the packaging method described by the embodiment of the application, as shown in fig. 2, the headboard is split into four pieces according to the H-shaped splicing seams, the back of each headboard is provided with the containing groove, the bed body is disassembled and then is placed into the containing groove and is stacked in a pair way, the wall thickness of the packaging box is 1cm, and the overall dimension of the finally packaged headboard is 116cm multiplied by 52cm multiplied by 21cm.
Comparative example 2
The headboard is not split, the whole headboard is taken as a single component, the size of the headboard is 160cm multiplied by 100cm multiplied by 7.5cm, the accommodating groove is also arranged at the back of the headboard, the bed body structure still adopts the structure described in the previous embodiment of the application, and the bed body structure is split and then is put into the accommodating groove and finally is put into the packing box. The thickness of the side wall of the packing box is 1cm, and the overall dimension of the finished packing box is 162cm multiplied by 102cm multiplied by 10cm.
Comparative example 3
The headboard is divided into an upper headboard and a lower headboard which are identical in shape, the size of each headboard is 160cm multiplied by 50cm multiplied by 7.5cm, a containing groove is arranged at the back of the headboard, the bed body structure still adopts the structure described in the previous embodiment of the application, the bed body structure is put into the containing groove after being divided, and the upper headboard and the lower headboard are combined. The specific arrangement of the receiving groove and the bed body is described with reference to the foregoing embodiments, and will not be repeated here. The thickness of the side wall of the packing box is 1cm, and the overall dimension of the finished packing box is 165cm multiplied by 52cm multiplied by 21cm.
According to the current transportation size requirements and cost criteria, three comparative examples can be obtained for transportation costs as follows:
as can be seen from the above table, the package size, the longest side size, and the perimeter size (length+2width+2height) of comparative example 1 are significantly smaller than those of examples 2 and 3, and in particular, the perimeter size (length+2width+2height) of comparative example 1 not only satisfies the requirement of not more than 330cm specified by the amazon company in the us FBA warehouse, but also satisfies the requirement of not more than 266cm required by express companies such as Fedex or UPS company, and such size can be adapted to the transportation requirements of various countries and various transportation links in the national logistics, avoiding the influence of storage, shipping, or the generation of additional costs due to the size problem. Obviously, the structural design and the packaging method of the comparative example 1 can remarkably reduce the transportation and storage cost, and have extremely high economic benefit compared with the prior art scheme.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the application is not intended to be limiting, but rather is intended to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and principles of the application.
