A multifunctional cleaning brush for oral instruments comprises: a housing, a vibration motor and a brush head; the vibration motor is arranged in the shell and controls the brush head to vibrate; it is characterized by also comprising: the water tank, the sealing plug, the second water pipe, the rubber ball and the gear contact switch; the water tank is arranged inside the shell; the bottom of the water tank is provided with a first water pipe communicated with the water tank, and the bottom of the first water pipe is provided with a water suction pump; the second water pipe is communicated with the output end of the water suction pump; the rubber ball is communicated with the second water pipe, and a hole is formed in the shell at the rubber ball; a third water pipe is arranged in the brush head, and the second water pipe is communicated with the third water pipe through an extension pipe; a rotary valve is arranged at the end part of the third water pipe, a hinged fourth water pipe is arranged on the rotary valve, a plurality of through holes matched with the fourth water pipe are arranged on the rotary valve, and a channel matched with the through holes is arranged on the brush head; an iron block is arranged on the fourth water pipe, and an electromagnet matched with the iron block is arranged at the through hole of the rotary valve; the gear contact switch is arranged on the shell, and different gears of the gear contact switch are electrically connected with the electromagnet on the through hole; a micro battery is arranged inside the shell.

The multifunctional oral instrument cleaning brush according to claim 1, wherein an output end of the vibration motor is provided with a motor fixedly mounted therewith; a hydraulic cylinder fixedly mounted with the output shaft of the motor is arranged on the output shaft of the motor; the brush head is arranged on an output shaft of the hydraulic cylinder; a contact switch is arranged outside the shell, the middle part of the contact switch is hinged with the shell, and contact piece groups with different gears are arranged at the bottoms of the two ends of the contact switch; the contact piece group at the bottom of the left end of the contact switch is electrically connected with a switch of the motor and a switch of the vibration motor, and the contact piece group at the bottom of the right end of the contact piece group is electrically connected with a switch of the hydraulic cylinder and a switch of the vibration motor.
3. The multifunctional oral instrument cleaning brush according to claim 1, wherein the water tank is communicated with the outside of the housing, and a sealing plug is arranged at the communication position.

The multifunctional oral instrument cleaning brush according to claim 2, wherein said telescopic tube is arranged inside the output shaft of the hydraulic cylinder; an opening at the top of the telescopic pipe extends out of an output shaft of the hydraulic cylinder, and a pipe orifice is arranged in a conical shape; the bottom of the brush head is arranged in a conical shape and is matched with the pipe opening at the top of the telescopic pipe.
5. The multifunctional oral instrument cleaning brush according to claim 2, wherein the output shaft of the hydraulic cylinder is provided with a ring groove, and the bottom of the telescopic tube is arranged inside the ring groove.
6. The multifunctional oral instrument cleaning brush according to claim 1, wherein said brush head is provided with bristles at the bottom thereof, and said bristles have a bristle or soft texture.
7. The multifunctional oral instrument washing brush according to claim 1, wherein said suction pump is provided with a one-way valve at the side of the second water tube.

The multifunctional oral instrument cleaning brush according to claim 1, wherein the gear contact switch is selected to be a three-gear contact switch, and the three-gear contact switch is electrically connected with a water suction pump; the rotary valve is provided with through holes at the corresponding sides of the bristles, the bristles are provided with through holes towards the back side, and the top of the brush head is provided with a through hole.
