Abstract
本发明公开了一种无抗免疫增强虾蟹饲料及其制备方法,该虾蟹饲料包括麦麸20‑25份、鱼粉37‑50份、花生饼10‑15份、维生素药片2‑4份、矿物质食材3‑5份、无抗免疫增强剂1.5‑3份、氯化胆碱1‑1.5份、诱食剂5‑15份。本发明通过麦麸、鱼粉、花生饼可保证虾蟹的蛋白质正常获取,维生素药片以及矿物质食材可保证虾蟹的辅助营养元素的摄取,通过氯化胆碱以及诱食剂可提高对虾蟹的吸引力,从而提高虾蟹的进食量,进而提高虾蟹生长速度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及虾蟹饲料技术领域,具体为一种无抗免疫增强虾蟹饲料及其制备方法。
背景技术
虾蟹是节肢动物的另一家族,同属于甲壳纲的十足目。这类动物与人类有着十分密切的关系,有些是主要的水产养殖或捕捞对象,其中尤以虾、龙虾和蟹等。
为了能够利于养殖户对于虾蟹的养殖存货率以及质量,一般会选用调配好的饲料进行投喂,这样可以保证虾蟹的营养元素不会缺少。
但是,目前的虾蟹饲料在投喂时,常规饲料对于部分虾蟹的吸引力不高,虾蟹的生长无不是大量进食,才能快速正常的生长,若仅在虾蟹感觉饥饿时,去进食,则部分虾蟹的生长周期会大大增加,影响养殖速度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种无抗免疫增强虾蟹饲料及其制备方法,以解决饲料对虾蟹吸引力不高的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种无抗免疫增强虾蟹饲料及其制备方法,所述该虾蟹饲料包括麦麸20-25份、鱼粉37-50份、花生饼10-15份、维生素药片2-4份、矿物质食材3-5份、无抗免疫增强剂1.5-3份、氯化胆碱1-1.5份、诱食剂5-15份。
优选的,所述无抗免疫增强剂包括:水产多肽80-120份、油茶籽粕改性提取物40-60份、虾青素10-30份、岩藻黄质10-30份、珍珠粉10-20份、海藻提取物40-80份、氯化钙20-30份和水800-1200份。
优选的,所述维生素药片包括维生素A、维生素B、维生素C、维生素D、维生素E,。
优选的,所述矿物质食材包括含钙、磷、镁、钾、钠、硫、氯、铁、锌、铜、钴、钼、硒、碘、铬、锰、硅、镍、硼和钒的食物。
优选的,所述诱食剂包括丁香、蚯蚓粉、氨基酸等任选一种。
优选的,所述该虾蟹饲料制备方法如下:
第一步:材料准备,除了水和鱼油辅助混合料除外,按照100份为一组,将麦麸、鱼粉、花生饼、维生素药片、矿物质食材、无抗免疫增强剂、氯化胆碱、诱食剂进行配比;
第二步:将麦麸、矿物质食材以及花生饼粉碎机研磨成碎料,使得物料A;
第三步:将物料A与维生素药片通过打碎机进行细碎,获得物料B;
第四步:将鱼粉、诱食剂与物料B混合送入搅拌机进行混合,然后逐步添加鱼油、水、无抗免疫增强剂、氯化胆碱,继续搅拌,获得物料C;
第五步:搅拌完成后,物料C进行无菌处理,然后造粒,获得产品。
优选的,所述第一步到第四步的搅拌设备均采用立式粉碎搅拌机。
优选的,所述第四步中的搅拌速度控制在500至1200转/每分钟之间,单次粉碎搅拌粉碎时间不低于五分钟。
优选的,所述第四步中的水为纯净水,且水温在35至40度之间。
优选的,所述第五步中的产品采用造粒机进行制作生产。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明通过麦麸、鱼粉、花生饼可保证虾蟹的蛋白质正常获取,维生素药片以及矿物质食材可保证虾蟹的辅助营养元素的摄取。
2.本发明通过氯化胆碱以及诱食剂可提高对虾蟹的吸引力,从而提高虾蟹的进食量,进而提高虾蟹生长速度。

实施例Ⅰ
一种无抗免疫增强虾蟹饲料及其制备方法,该虾蟹饲料包括麦麸25份、鱼粉43份、花生饼12份、维生素药片4份、矿物质食材3份、无抗免疫增强剂3份、氯化胆碱1份、诱食剂9份。
无抗免疫增强剂包括:水产多肽80-120份、油茶籽粕改性提取物40-60份、虾青素10-30份、岩藻黄质10-30份、珍珠粉10-20份、海藻提取物40-80份、氯化钙20-30份和水800-1200份。
维生素药片包括维生素A、维生素B、维生素C、维生素D、维生素E,。
矿物质食材包括含钙、磷、镁、钾、钠、硫、氯、铁、锌、铜、钴、钼、硒、碘、铬、锰、硅、镍、硼和钒的食物。
诱食剂包括丁香、蚯蚓粉、氨基酸等任选一种。
该虾蟹饲料制备方法如下:

1.一种无抗免疫增强虾蟹饲料及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述该虾蟹饲料包括麦麸20-25份、鱼粉37-50份、花生饼10-15份、维生素药片2-4份、矿物质食材3-5份、无抗免疫增强剂1.5-3份、氯化胆碱1-1.5份、诱食剂5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无抗免疫增强虾蟹饲料,其特征在于:所述无抗免疫增强剂包括:水产多肽80-120份、油茶籽粕改性提取物40-60份、虾青素10-30份、岩藻黄质10-30份、珍珠粉10-20份、海藻提取物40-80份、氯化钙20-30份和水800-1200份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种无抗免疫增强虾蟹饲料,其特征在于:所述维生素药片包括维生素A、维生素B、维生素C、维生素D、维生素E,。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种无抗免疫增强虾蟹饲料,其特征在于:所述矿物质食材包括含钙、磷、镁、钾、钠、硫、氯、铁、锌、铜、钴、钼、硒、碘、铬、锰、硅、镍、硼和钒的食物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种无抗免疫增强虾蟹饲料,其特征在于:所述诱食剂包括丁香、蚯蚓粉、氨基酸等任选一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种无抗免疫增强虾蟹饲料及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述该虾蟹饲料制备方法如下:
第一步:材料准备,除了水和鱼油辅助混合料除外,按照100份为一组,将麦麸、鱼粉、花生饼、维生素药片、矿物质食材、无抗免疫增强剂、氯化胆碱、诱食剂进行配比;
