Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a pesticide composition of a suspending agent for seed treatment for preventing and treating clubroot of cruciferous vegetables and a preparation method thereof, and the invention is described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.
The pesticide composition of the cruciferous vegetable clubroot seed treatment suspending agent comprises, by mass, 30-50 parts of a traditional Chinese medicine extract, 20-40 parts of a zymogen liquid, 10-15 parts of konjac glucomannan, 8-12 parts of carbendazim, 5-8 parts of chlorantraniliprole, 3-5 parts of an emulsifier, 3-4 parts of a thickening agent, 2-4 parts of an antifoaming agent, 2-3 parts of a colorant, 1.5-3 parts of hymexazol, 0.5-1.5 parts of amisulbrom, 0.1-0.5 part of indoleacetic acid and the balance of sterilized deionized water.
The traditional Chinese medicine extract provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises a schisandra extract, a rabdosia extract and a Sichuan valley root extract; wherein the mass ratio of the schisandra extract to the rabdosia rubescens extract to the Sichuan valley root extract is 1: 1: 2.
the fermentation bacterial liquid provided by the embodiment of the invention is bacterial liquid obtained by combined fermentation of streptomyces, streptomyces scabies or streptomyces oxysporum.
The emulsifier provided by the embodiment of the invention is any one or a mixture of a plurality of alkyl benzene sulfonate, sorbate, alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, phenethylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, alkyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and polyol fatty acid ester; the thickening agent is any one or a mixture of more of xanthan gum, gelatin, Arabic gum, guar gum, silicon dioxide, magnesium aluminum silicate, diatomite, bentonite and attapulgite; the defoaming agent is any one or a mixture of several of isooctyl alcohol, isoamyl alcohol, stearic acid, lauric acid, polyglycol ether and organic silicon; the colorant is any one or mixture of amaranth, carmine, erythrosine, new red, lemon yellow, sunset yellow, indigo blue or brilliant blue.
As shown in fig. 1, the preparation method of the pesticide composition for preventing and treating cruciferous vegetable clubroot seed treatment suspending agent provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
s101, preparing a schisandra chinensis extracting solution, a rabdosia rubescens extracting solution and a Sichuan valley root extracting solution in the traditional Chinese medicine extract respectively; simultaneously preparing zymogen liquid;
s102, respectively weighing fluazinam, a traditional Chinese medicine extract, a zymophyte liquid, konjac glucomannan, carbendazim, chlorantraniliprole, an emulsifier, a thickening agent, a defoaming agent, a coloring agent, hymexazol, amisulbrom, indoleacetic acid and sterilized deionized water according to the mass parts of the formula;
s103, adsorbing the chlorantraniliprole by using argil, and uniformly mixing the raw materials and the balance of sterilized deionized water to obtain a mixed material;
s104, shearing and dispersing the mixed materials uniformly, grinding until the granularity of more than 90% of the materials reaches below 5 mu m, stirring uniformly, and adjusting the pH value to 4.0-5.0 to obtain the pesticide composition of the cruciferous vegetable clubroot seed treatment suspending agent.
As shown in fig. 2, the preparation of the schisandra chinensis extracting solution provided by the embodiment of the present invention includes:
s201, crushing the schisandra raw material through a crusher, and placing the crushed schisandra raw material in a drying device for drying;
s202, according to the material-liquid ratio (2-3) g: (10-15 mL) is added into an ethanol solution with the volume fraction of 90%, ultrasonic treatment is carried out for 20-30 min, filtration is carried out, and the ethanol is removed through rotary evaporation of the filtrate;
s203, adding water with the mass being 15-20 times that of the schisandra chinensis, and filtering to obtain filtrate, namely the schisandra chinensis extracting solution.
As shown in fig. 3, the preparation of the rabdosia rubescens extract provided by the embodiment of the present invention includes:
s301, crushing rabdosia rubescens and sieving the crushed rabdosia rubescens by a sieve of 80-120 meshes;
s302, mixing the crushed rabdosia rubescens and water according to a mass ratio of 1: (15-30), stirring and extracting for 2-4 h at the temperature of 75-85 ℃, and filtering to obtain a filtrate;
s303, concentrating the filtrate to 20-30% of the original volume to obtain the rabdosia rubescens extract.
As shown in fig. 4, the preparation of the kadsura root extracting solution provided by the embodiment of the present invention includes:
s401, crushing Sichuan valley roots into powder with the particle size of 2-4 mm, preparing the powder into particles with the particle size of 0.01-0.1 mm, performing reflux extraction on the obtained powder for 2-4 times by using 50-80% ethanol, filtering, and combining filtrate;
s402, adding water into the obtained filtrate according to the volume ratio of (1: 1) to (1: 3) for dispersing and dissolving to obtain water dispersion liquid;
and S403, adsorbing the aqueous dispersion by using a nonpolar macroporous adsorption resin, eluting to remove impurities, recovering the solvent, and concentrating under reduced pressure to prepare the Sichuan valley root extract.
As shown in fig. 5, the preparation of the zymogen liquid according to the embodiment of the present invention includes:
s501, respectively weighing streptomyces, scab streptomyces or streptomyces oxysporum according to the mass ratio of the formula;
s502, mixing the streptomyces, the streptomyces scabies or the streptomyces oxysporum to obtain a combined bacterium;
s503, fermenting the combined bacteria to obtain fermentation liquor, and centrifuging to obtain fermentation bacteria liquid.
The centrifugation method provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps: centrifuging for 15-30 min under the condition of 4000-10000 r/min.
The technical effect of the invention is further explained by combining field experiments.
Selecting cabbage seeds, and directly sowing the selected cabbage seeds on the surface of a pot plant with disease soil, wherein the number of the seeds is 15-25 seeds per pot, and the total number of the seeds is 90 pots; the 90-pot culture is randomly divided into 10 groups, wherein one group is a blank control group, one group is applied with the cruciferous vegetable clubroot control seed treatment suspending agent, one group is applied with 60% oxaziclor-metiram water dispersible granules, one group is applied with 3% antimycin wettable powder, one group is applied with 68.75% Yinflue, one group is applied with 75% chlorothalonil wettable powder, one group is applied with 58% metalaxyl manganese zinc wettable powder, one group is applied with 80% dimethomorph water dispersible granules, one group is applied with 18.7% dimethomorph water dispersible granules, and the incidence condition is investigated 60 days after emergence.
The result shows that the invention can effectively prevent clubroot and has the function of preventing and treating nematode, and the prevention and treatment effect of the invention is obviously superior to other groups of reagents.

step one, preparing a schisandra chinensis extracting solution in a traditional Chinese medicine extract: crushing the schisandra raw material by a crusher, and placing the crushed schisandra raw material in a drying device for drying; adding 90% ethanol solution, ultrasonic treating, filtering, and rotary evaporating the filtrate to remove ethanol; adding water with the mass being 15-20 times that of the schisandra chinensis, and filtering to obtain filtrate, namely the schisandra chinensis extracting solution;
step two, preparing the rabdosia rubescens extract in the traditional Chinese medicine extract: crushing rabdosia rubescens and sieving the crushed rabdosia rubescens with a sieve of 80-120 meshes; mixing the crushed rabdosia rubescens and water according to the mass ratio of 1: (15-30), stirring and extracting for 2-4 h at the temperature of 75-85 ℃, and filtering to obtain a filtrate; concentrating the filtrate to 20-30% of the original volume to obtain rabdosia rubescens extract;
step three, preparing the Sichuan valley root extracting solution in the traditional Chinese medicine extract: crushing the Sichuan valley roots into powder with the particle size of 2-4 mm, preparing the powder into particles with the particle size of 0.01-0.1 mm, performing reflux extraction on the obtained powder for 2-4 times by using ethanol, filtering and combining filtrate; adding water into the obtained filtrate according to the volume ratio of (1: 1) to (1: 3) for dispersing and dissolving to obtain an aqueous dispersion; adsorbing the water dispersion with nonpolar macroporous adsorbent resin, eluting to remove impurities, recovering solvent, and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong extractive solution;
step four, preparing the prepared schisandra chinensis extracting solution, rabdosia rubescens extracting solution and Sichuan valley root extracting solution into traditional Chinese medicine extracts according to a proportion; and (3) preparing zymogen liquid at the same time: respectively weighing streptomyces, streptomyces scabies and/or streptomyces oxysporum according to the mass ratio of the formula; mixing the weighed streptomyces, scab streptomyces and/or streptomyces oxysporum to obtain a combined bacterium; fermenting the combined bacteria to obtain fermentation liquor, and centrifuging to obtain fermentation bacteria liquid;
step five, respectively weighing fluazinam, the prepared traditional Chinese medicine extract, a zymocyte liquid, konjac glucomannan, carbendazim, chlorantraniliprole, an emulsifier, a thickening agent, a defoaming agent, a coloring agent, hymexazol, amisulbrom, indoleacetic acid and sterilized deionized water according to the mass parts of the formula;
adsorbing chlorantraniliprole by using argil, and uniformly mixing the raw materials and the balance of sterilized deionized water to obtain a mixed material; shearing and dispersing the mixed materials uniformly, grinding until the granularity of more than 90 percent of the materials reaches below 5 mu m, stirring uniformly, and adjusting the pH to 4.0-5.0 to obtain the pesticide composition of the cruciferous vegetable clubroot seed treatment suspending agent.

The preparation method of the pesticide composition for controlling the cruciferous vegetable clubroot seed treatment suspending agent according to claim 1, wherein in the first step, the ethanol is added in the following proportion: according to the feed-liquid ratio (2-3) g: (10-15 mL) of the mixture was added to an ethanol solution.
3. The preparation method of the pesticide composition of the cruciferous vegetable clubroot seed treatment suspending agent according to claim 1, wherein in the first step, the ultrasonic treatment time is 20-30 min.

mixing the prepared schisandra extract, rabdosia rubescens extract and Sichuan valley root extract according to the mass ratio of 1: 1: 2 preparing the traditional Chinese medicine extract.

The pesticide composition of the suspending agent for controlling the clubroot disease of cruciferous vegetables, which is prepared by the preparation method of the pesticide composition of the suspending agent for controlling the clubroot disease of cruciferous vegetables according to any one of claims 1 to 8, is characterized by comprising, by mass, 40 to 60 parts of fluazinam, 5 to 8 parts of traditional Chinese medicine extracts, 10 to 20 parts of zymogen liquid, 5 to 18 parts of konjac glucomannan, 8 to 12 parts of carbendazim, 5 to 8 parts of chlorantraniliprole, 3 to 5 parts of an emulsifier, 3 to 4 parts of a thickener, 2 to 4 parts of an antifoaming agent, 2 to 3 parts of a colorant, 1.5 to 3 parts of hymexazol, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of amisulbrom, 0.1 to 0.5 part of indoleacetic acid and the balance of deionized water.
