Abstract

一种电化学装置,包含双极性集流体,所述双极性集流体与外包装密封连接,在所述双极性集流体两侧形成各自独立的腔体,每个腔体中包含电极组件和电解液,所述双极性集流体的至少一个表面上包含电极活性材料,相邻的所述电极组件串联连接。本申请的电化学装置不仅可以提高电化学装置的安全性;而且双极性集流体表面的电极活性材料也参与电化学装置内的反应过程,使得电化学装置实现了高电压输出,同时具有较高的能量密度。
