Abstract
The washing machine of the present disclosure includes: a washing machine main body (11); a control device (27) vertically disposed on the back side of the washing machine main body (11); and a resin cover (32) which covers the control device (27) and can be detached from the washing machine main body (11). In the control device (27), a power supply substrate (28) is arranged on an insulating non-combustible material sheet (30) in a housing (29) vertically arranged on the back side of a washing machine main body (11), and the power supply substrate (28) is covered by a metal cover (31). According to the structure, the risk of temperature rise of the control device (27) can be dealt with, flame retardant materials or non-combustible materials do not need to be adopted for the resin cover (32), and the manufacturing cost can be restrained.
Description
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to a washing machine.
Background
Patent document 1 discloses a washing machine provided with a control device on the back surface of a main body, the control device executing a series of washing operations such as a washing step, a rinsing step, and a dewatering step.
Fig. 4 is a perspective view of a main part of the conventional washing machine disclosed in patent document 1. In this conventional washing machine, an inner tub 3 is rotatably supported in an outer tub 2 suspended and supported in an elastic manner in a housing 1, the inner tub 3 has a rotation center axis in a substantially vertical direction, and the inner tub 3 contains laundry and has water passage holes. A rotary blade 4 for agitating the laundry is provided at the inner bottom of the inner tub 3. The inner tub 3 or the rotary wing 4 is driven by a motor 5. Hot air is supplied into the inner tub 3 by a drying blower 6 and a heater 7. The outer surface of the outer tub 2 is cooled by a cooling blower 8. The control part controls the cleaning program, the rinsing program, the dewatering program and the drying process. The control device 9 having a control unit is integrally configured in a concentrated manner and is disposed vertically on the back surface portion 1a of the housing 1.

Disclosure of Invention
In the conventional configuration, the back surface 1a of the washing machine is made of a flame retardant material or a nonflammable material in consideration of the risk of temperature rise of the control device 9. Further, the back surface portion 1a of the washing machine also functions as a cover for covering the opening of the rear portion of the main body, and the size of the back surface portion 1a is increased. Therefore, the manufacturing cost becomes high.
The present disclosure provides a washing machine which can cope with the risk of temperature rise of a control device and can restrain the manufacturing cost even if the back surface part is enlarged.
The washing machine of the present disclosure includes: a washing machine main body; a control device vertically disposed on the back of the washing machine main body; and a resin cover which covers the control device and is detachable with respect to the washing machine main body. The control device is provided with: a housing vertically disposed on a back surface portion of the washing machine main body; a power supply substrate accommodated in the housing and having a control unit for performing a washing operation including a cleaning step, a rinsing step, and a dehydrating step; a metal cover covering the power supply substrate and mounted on the housing; and a non-combustible material sheet accommodated in the case and disposed between the case and the power supply substrate.
According to this configuration, it is possible to cope with a risk of temperature rise of the control device. Further, the resin cover attached to and detached from the washing machine main body does not need to be made of a flame retardant material or a nonflammable material, and the manufacturing cost can be suppressed even when the size of the back surface portion is increased.

Hereinafter, embodiments will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The present disclosure is not limited to the drawings and the following description.

Hereinafter, embodiment 1 will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 3.
(Structure of washing machine)
Fig. 1 is a side sectional view of a washing machine of embodiment 1. Fig. 2 is an exploded perspective view of a main part of a control device of a washing machine according to embodiment 1. Fig. 3 is a main part sectional view of the back side of the main body of the control device of the washing machine of embodiment 1.
As shown in fig. 1, the washing machine 10 has a water tank 12 inside a washing machine main body 11. The water tank 12 is suspended and supported by a suspension 13 for vibration isolation. A washing tank 14 is disposed inside the water tank 12. The washing tank 14 also serves as a dewatering tank and has a plurality of water passage holes 15 in the side wall. In addition, the washing tub 14 is provided with a fluid balancer 16 at the upper part and a pulsator 17 at the bottom part of the center. The rotary shaft 18 is formed in a hollow and biaxial structure for rotating one or both of the washing tub 14 and the pulsator 17, and includes a transmission mechanism 19. The transmission mechanism 19 incorporates a reduction gear (not shown) for washing, a switching clutch (not shown) for the rotary shaft 18, and a brake (not shown) for stopping the washing tub 14 during dewatering.
The motor 20 is mounted to the bottom of the water tank 12. The motor 20 has a motor-side pulley 21. The motor 20 transmits power from the motor-side pulley 21 to the machine-side pulley 22 of the transmission mechanism 19 via the belt 23 to rotate the rotary shaft 18.
The washing machine main body 11 has an upper frame 24 at an upper portion. The upper frame 24 has a clothes inlet 25 for a user to take in and out laundry. The clothes inlet 25 is openably and closably covered by a cover 26. An operation display unit 33 is provided at the rear of the upper housing 24, and a user operates the operation display unit 33 to set a washing course and execute washing.
The control device 27 includes a control unit (not shown) that controls an electric unit such as the motor 20 to perform a series of washing operations such as a washing step, a rinsing step, and a spin-drying step, and the control device 27 is disposed on the back surface of the washing machine main body 11. The control device 27 includes a case 29, a power supply board 28, a metal cover 31, and a noncombustible material sheet 30, which will be described below.
An opening 11a is formed in the back surface of the washing machine main body 11, and a resin cover 32 is attached so as to cover the opening 11 a.
As shown in fig. 2, the insulating incombustible material sheet 30 and the power supply board 28 are housed in a frame 35 of the case 29 formed of flame-retardant ABS. The insulating noncombustible material sheet 30 is disposed between the case 29 and the power supply board 28. The frame 35 is inserted with the incombustible material sheet 30 and the power supply board 28, and is filled with a moisture-proof potting agent (not shown) made of urethane resin or the like. The potting agent covers the entire power supply substrate 28. The power supply board 28 is covered with a metal cover 31 made of a metal steel plate and attached to the case 29. The power supply board 28 is provided with a control unit that controls an electric unit such as the motor 20 and performs a series of washing operations such as a cleaning process, a rinsing process, and a dehydration process.
As shown in fig. 3, the controller 27 is disposed vertically on the back surface of the washing machine main body 11. The control device 27 includes a case 29, an insulating incombustible material sheet 30, a power supply board 28 provided with a control unit (not shown), and a metal cover 31. The controller 27 is covered with a resin cover 32 made of recycled resin PP material, and is vertically attached to the opening 11a of the back surface of the washing machine main body 11.

The operation of the washing machine 10 configured as described above will be described.
The user opens the lid 26 and puts the laundry into the washing tub 14. The user puts detergent or softener into a predetermined place and starts the washing operation by an activation switch provided in the operation display unit 33. Thereby, the control device 27 starts the cleaning process. The water supply valve (not shown) is opened for a predetermined time to supply the washing water to the washing tub 14. When the washing water reaches a predetermined level, the water supply valve is closed to stop the supply of the water. Then, the controller 27 drives the motor 20 to rotate the pulsator 17, thereby performing the washing process. When the washing process is completed, the dirty washing water is discharged. Then, controller 27 drives motor 20 to rotate washing tub 14 to perform intermediate dewatering, and starts the rinsing process. In the rinsing step, the water supply valve is opened for a predetermined time to supply the washing water to the washing tub 14. When a predetermined water level is reached, the water supply valve is closed to stop the supply of water. The controller 27 drives the motor 20 to rotate the pulsator 17 to perform a rinsing process. When the rinsing step is completed, the dirty washing water is discharged, and controller 27 starts the dehydration step of rotating washing tub 14 by driving motor 20.
The control device 27 drives the motor 20 via the electric components on the power supply board 28 to rotate the pulsator 17. At this time, in the control device 27, electric components (not shown) disposed on the power supply board 28 and through which a high current flows generate heat. Even if the electric components are heated to a high temperature, the temperature in the closed space surrounded by the insulating incombustible material sheet 30 and the metal cover 31 is high, and therefore, the fire is extinguished even when the ignition temperature is reached. In other words, safety can be further ensured in response to a risk of temperature rise of the control device 27.

As described above, the washing machine of the present disclosure includes: a washing machine main body 11; a control device 27 vertically disposed on the back side of the washing machine main body 11; and a resin cover 32 that covers the control device 27 and is detachable from the washing machine main body 11. The control device 27 includes: a casing 29 vertically disposed on the back surface of the washing machine main body 11; a power supply board 28 housed in the casing 29 and having a control unit that performs a washing operation including a cleaning step, a rinsing step, and a dehydration step; a metal cover 31 attached to the case 29 so as to cover the power supply board 28; and a non-combustible material sheet 30 housed in the case 29 and disposed between the case 29 and the power supply board 28. The term "vertically" means not only a case where the substrate is completely vertical but also a case where the substrate is substantially vertical.
This makes it possible to cope with the risk of temperature rise of the control device 27, and it is not necessary to use a flame retardant material or a nonflammable material for the resin cover 32, thereby suppressing the manufacturing cost.
As in the above-described embodiment, the power supply board 28 and the incombustible material sheet 30 may be housed in the frame 35 provided in the case 29.
This improves the manufacturing efficiency.
Industrial applicability
As described above, since the washing machine according to the present disclosure is configured to further secure the safety of the product in response to the temperature rise of the control device, the resin cover attached to and detached from the washing machine main body does not need to be made of a flame retardant material or a non-combustible material. Therefore, even when the size is increased, the manufacturing cost can be suppressed.

1. A washing machine, wherein,
the washing machine is provided with:
a washing machine main body;
a control device vertically disposed on a back surface portion of the washing machine main body; and
a resin cover which covers the control device and is detachable from the washing machine main body,
the control device is provided with:
a casing vertically disposed on the back surface portion of the washing machine main body;
a power supply board which is accommodated in the housing and has a control unit which performs a washing operation including a cleaning step, a rinsing step, and a dehydration step;
a metal cover covering the power supply substrate and mounted on the housing; and
a non-combustible material sheet housed in the case and disposed between the case and the power supply substrate.
2. A washing machine, wherein,
the power supply board and the incombustible material sheet are housed in a frame provided in the case.
