Referring to fig. 7, a second embodiment of the present invention is based on the previous embodiment, and is different from the previous embodiment in that: this joint is used at density relay check gauge, and wherein density relay check gauge specifically includes: the air compression unit comprises a compressor, an air storage tank and a pressure gauge, wherein the compressor compresses air into the air storage tank, and the pressure gauge is used for monitoring the pressure value of the air storage tank; the device also comprises a detection control unit, wherein the detection control unit is connected with the gas storage tank; the vacuum unit comprises a vacuumizing machine connected with the detection control unit and a vacuum gauge connected with the vacuumizing machine; the air filled into the equipment by the vacuum-pumping machine is pumped out by the micro vacuum-pumping machine, the vacuum degree in the gauge is monitored in real time by the vacuum gauge, and the automatic or manual stop is carried out when the vacuum degree is lower than a certain set value; the detection control unit is a core component of the whole device, measures the real-time pressure entering the device and filled in the meter by using the pressure sensor, calculates the error of a set point through a temperature compensation function, and finally generates a report, wherein the checking device is connected with the density relay.
Specifically, the compressor works to compress and store air in the air storage tank, the pressure gauge can monitor the pressure in the air storage tank in real time, the pressure in the air storage tank is controlled to be 0.5-0.7 Mpa through the automatic control function of the pressure switch, and the air storage tank is provided for the calibration equipment to use. When the pressure reaches a set value, the air compressor is closed; correctly connecting pipelines and connecting lines between the compressed air type density relay calibration device and the density relay, and starting a test according to requirements; after the test is finished, starting a vacuum unit for vacuumizing, and exhausting residual air in the density relay base;
the pipeline of being connected between detection control unit and the density relay is connected through coupling A, and coupling A includes fixed subassembly and coupling assembling, fixed subassembly and density relay's pipeline fixed connection, coupling assembling and vacuum extractor's pipeline fixed connection.
