The invention discloses a carbon emission metering method for cement manufacturing enterprises, which comprises the following steps: s1: direct real-time monitoring and calculation of carbon emission of cement production enterprises; s2: carrying out carbon emission check on cement production enterprises; s3: the data obtained in step S1 and step S2 are summarized. The invention also discloses a carbon emission metering system for the cement manufacturing enterprise. The invention provides a carbon emission metering system by developing real-time monitoring and calculation of carbon emission, which is used for calculating the carbon emission condition of a cement plant in real time, acquiring and calculating direct carbon dioxide emission data and indirect carbon dioxide emission data, calculating an actual emission factor according to the data obtained by a sampling system, and calculating the carbon emission amount of the cement plant, thereby realizing a simple and credible carbon emission metering and monitoring method for the cement plant.

In carbon emission checks for clinker production in cement production, the direct carbon dioxide emissions therein need to be multiplied by the actual emission factor.

The cement clinker is burned in a manner that most of the carbonates in the raw meal are heated to produce carbon dioxide and calcium oxide, but other raw materials in the raw meal also contain a certain amount of calcium oxide, which also enters the clinker, and this part is non-carbonate calcium oxide. When the carbon emission check is carried out on the clinker production in the cement production, the direct carbon dioxide emission is multiplied by the actual emission factor, so that the accuracy of the carbon emission check is improved.
In the verification, data information collection is mainly performed, and the whole process of measurement and recording is included. The emission accounting of CO2 in cement production is to measure and record the emission of CO2 in the whole cement production process and the main process, and calculate data information such as total emission of CO2 and emission of unit products based on raw materials, fuel, electric power consumption and production yield. The emission accounting of CO2 in cement production comprises the steps of firstly analyzing each emission source and emission characteristics in the production process, and statistically calculating the emission of CO2 within a period of time and an operation boundary by measuring material balance and heat balance and combining emission factors in each process.

The carbon emission real-time calculation module monitors the electric energy use condition through the direct carbon dioxide emission of the chimney of the online monitoring cement plant, performs carbon conversion on the electricity utilization condition, combines the direct carbon dioxide emission and the electricity utilization condition subjected to the carbon conversion, and calculates the carbon emission condition of the cement plant in real time.
Direct carbon dioxide emission in each link of the cement production process is subjected to direct carbon emission accounting according to the produced materials by a carbon emission factor method; the indirect carbon emission in each link of the cement production process is obtained by counting the electricity consumption information of each link of the cement production process and performing carbon conversion on the electricity consumption condition.
