The air filtering device formed by the scheme has the advantages that the triple filtering is carried out on the air entering the mute box, and the functions of rain prevention, sand prevention, dust prevention, granular salt mist prevention, catkin prevention and the like can be realized.
Referring to fig. 2, a fuel maintenance system is arranged in the fuel device, and the fuel maintenance system comprises a fuel air detector 210, an oil-water separator 230, a fuel water specific gravity detector 220 and a maintenance tank.
The fuel oil air detector 210, the oil-water separator 240 and the fuel oil-water specific gravity detector 220 are arranged in the fuel oil device and are respectively connected with the maintenance box; the fuel air detector 210, the oil-water separator 240 and the fuel-water specific gravity detector 220 are connected with the maintenance box for matching use, detect the air content and the water content of the fuel, exhaust the fuel, separate oil from water and discharge the water.
The fuel enters the fuel air detector 210 from the fuel tank 230, and air is exhausted through the air vent by the fuel air detector 210; the fuel oil after exhaust enters an oil-water separator 240 for oil-water separation operation, and the separated water is discharged through a fuel oil-water specific gravity detector 220; the separated fuel oil is delivered to the engine and is supplied to the engine for use.
In addition, the fuel air detector 210 is provided with a heating plug, and fuel input into the engine can be heated through the heating plug, so that the equipment can be normally used in alpine regions.
An engine oil maintenance system is arranged in the engine oil processing device and comprises an engine oil level maintaining device 310, an engine oil quality observer 320, a pump valve assembly, a to-be-filtered tank 330 and a maintenance tank, wherein the engine oil level maintaining device 310, the engine oil quality observer 320, the pump valve assembly 370 and the engine oil maintenance tank are connected and matched for use, the liquid level and the quality of engine oil are detected, and the engine oil is replenished and replaced.
When the sensor-sensed oil level contour in the oil level holder 310 is lower than the normal contour, i.e., the engine oil level is lower, the maintenance tank drives the oil level holder 310 to replenish the engine oil through the oil in the replenishment tank 350 and the new engine oil tank 340; the quality of the engine oil can be detected by the oil quality observer 320, and when the quality of the engine oil is degraded, the maintenance box can drive the pump and the valve 370 to perform the related actions to replace the engine oil, and the replaced engine oil is transmitted to the filtering box 330.
The filter box 330 has a recovery device and a filtering device, the replaced engine oil is filtered by the filtering device and then recovered by the recovery device, and the filtered engine oil is transmitted to the waste liquid box 360 for uniform centralized treatment.
Wherein the filtering device comprises a first cartridge valve 332, a second cartridge valve 333, a filter pump 331 and a filter 334; wherein the filter pump 331 is connected to the filter 334; the first cartridge 332 is coupled to a filter 334; the second cartridge 333 is coupled to the filter 334.
Referring to fig. 3-4, the first cartridge valve 332 is provided with a first port 3321, a second port 3322, a third port 3323 and a fourth port 3324; the second cartridge 333 has a fifth port 3331, a sixth port 3332, a seventh port 3333, and an eighth port 3334.
The filter cartridge 330, the first cartridge valve No. four port 3324, the first cartridge valve No. one port 3321, the filter 331 pump, the second cartridge valve No. five port 3331, the second cartridge valve No. eight port 3334, the filter 334, the second cartridge valve No. six port 3332, the second cartridge valve No. seven port 3333, the first cartridge valve No. three port 3323, the first cartridge valve No. two port 3322 and the oil supplementing tank 350 are sequentially connected, and the engine oil can be filtered to form an engine oil off-line filtering mechanism.
A cooling liquid maintenance system is arranged in the cooling liquid device and comprises a cooling liquid level maintenance device 410, a water heater 420 and a maintenance box; the coolant level holder 410 and the water heater 420 are respectively connected with the maintenance box for matching use, and can supply and heat the coolant.
When the liquid level in the water tank 430 is lower than a set value, the system gives an alarm signal to prompt water addition, and the water in the water replenishing tank 440 is conveyed to the water tank 430 through the maintenance tank driving cooling water level maintainer 410; when the temperature sensor used with the water heater 420 senses that the temperature of the cooling liquid is lower than a set value, the water heater 420 is started through the maintenance box to heat the cooling liquid.
The waste liquid collecting device is used for collecting waste liquid and comprises a waste liquid box 360 and a plurality of waste liquid collecting pipes; one end of a plurality of waste liquid collecting pipes is respectively connected with a drain outlet of the filter box 330, an output port of the fuel water specific gravity detector 220 and an oil-water exhaust port of the engine oil level holder 310, the other end of each waste liquid collecting pipe is connected with the waste liquid tank 360, and engine oil and fuel oil are collected into the waste liquid tank 360 through the waste liquid collecting pipes, and collected waste liquid is subjected to centralized treatment.
Referring to fig. 5, the exhaust gas treatment device is used for carrying out silencing and particle collecting treatment on exhaust gas, and comprises a DPF carrier 510, a primary silencing pot 520 and a secondary silencing pot 530; the DPF carrier 510, the primary silencing pot 520, and the secondary silencing pot 530 are sequentially disposed.
The exhaust gas firstly enters the DPF carrier 510, and the soot is collected and removed through DPF particles in the DPF carrier 510; then the noise is eliminated through the first-stage silencing barrel 520 and the second-stage silencing barrel 530 in sequence.
In addition, in order to further ensure the stable operation of the equipment, a cleaning device is also arranged; the cleaning device is used for cleaning the water tank 430 and the filter cloth 140 in the machine; the cleaning apparatus includes a cleaning solution tank 610 and a spray pump 630.
The spray pump 630 is arranged on the cleaning liquid tank 610, two spray pipelines are led out from the spray pump 630 and respectively led to the water tank and the air filter cloth, and each pipeline is provided with an electromagnetic valve 620; when the temperature of the engine water tank is continuously higher, the maintenance box starts the water tank cleaning 610 action, the spray pump 630 is started, the cleaning liquid flows to the water tank nozzle from the spray pump 630 and the pipeline, the cleaning liquid is sprayed on the water tank 430 from the nozzle, oil stains on the water tank 430 are cleaned, and the heat dissipation efficiency is improved.
When the filtering efficiency of the air filter cloth 140 is reduced, the filter cloth cleaning action is started, the spray pump 630 is started, the cleaning liquid flows to the filter cloth spray head from the spray pump 630 and the pipeline, and the cleaning liquid is sprayed on the filter cloth 140 from the spray head to clean the filter cloth.
On the basis of the intelligent power maintenance system, the scheme also provides a maintenance method which comprises the following steps:
forming detection areas in the air filtering device, the waste liquid treatment device, the tail gas treatment device, the cooling liquid device, the fuel oil device and the engine oil device through sensors, detecting the treatment states of air, waste liquid and tail gas in real time, and detecting the liquid levels in the cooling liquid device, the fuel oil device and the engine oil device and the quality of engine oil in the engine oil device; the sensor transmits the collected data to a maintenance system;
if the liquid levels of the cooling liquid device, the fuel oil device and the engine oil device and the quality in the engine oil device are lower than the set values, the maintenance system supplies cooling water, fuel oil and engine oil to the cooling liquid device, the fuel oil device and the engine oil device and replaces the engine oil; and carrying out three-filtering on the required air, carrying out silencing and particle collecting treatment on tail gas, and collecting waste liquid generated by each part.
The intelligent power maintenance system formed by the scheme can realize intelligent maintenance of equipment, can automatically supply and filter air, fuel oil, engine oil, cooling liquid and the like required by the operation of the engine, improves the operation reliability of the engine, and treats waste gas, waste liquid, noise and the like generated in the operation process of the engine.

An intelligent power maintenance system, comprising: the system comprises a maintenance system, an air filtering device, a cooling liquid device, a fuel oil device, an engine oil device, a waste liquid treatment device and a tail gas treatment device; the maintenance system is in driving connection with the cooling liquid device, the fuel device, the engine oil device, the air filtering device, the waste liquid treatment device and the tail gas treatment device respectively and is used for maintaining the devices.

The intelligent power maintenance system of claim 1, wherein the maintenance system comprises a coolant level maintenance, a water heater, a coolant maintenance tank; the cooling liquid level maintainer is characterized in that the water heater is arranged in the cooling liquid device and is respectively connected with the cooling liquid maintaining box; the coolant liquid level maintainer, water heater and coolant maintenance case are connected the cooperation and are used, detect the liquid level of coolant liquid, temperature and carry out supply and heating to the coolant liquid.

The intelligent power maintenance system according to claim 1, wherein the maintenance system comprises a fuel air detector, an oil-water separator, a fuel-water specific gravity detector and a fuel maintenance tank, wherein the fuel air detector, the oil-water separator and the fuel-water specific gravity detector are arranged in the fuel device and are respectively connected with the fuel maintenance tank; the fuel air detector, the oil-water separator, the fuel water specific gravity detector and the fuel maintenance box are connected and matched for use, the air content and the water content of the fuel are detected, the fuel is exhausted, and oil-water separation and drainage are performed.

The intelligent power maintenance system of claim 1, wherein the maintenance system comprises an oil level maintenance, an oil quality observer, a pump and valve assembly, and an oil maintenance tank; the engine oil level maintainer, the engine oil quality observer and the pump valve assembly are arranged on the engine oil device and are respectively connected and matched with the engine oil maintenance box for use, the level and the quality of the engine oil are detected, and the engine oil is replenished and replaced.

The intelligent power maintenance system according to claim 1, wherein the air filtering device is composed of a shutter, an electrostatic filter screen and a filter cloth, which are arranged in sequence; the shutter, the electrostatic filter screen and the filter cloth are mutually matched to form a triple filtering structure of air.
6. The intelligent power maintenance system of claim 1, further comprising a tank to be filtered; the to-be-filtered tank is arranged on the engine oil device.
7. The intelligent power maintenance system according to claim 6, wherein the tank to be filtered comprises a recovery device and a filtering device; the recovery device is connected with the filtering device and is used for filtering and recovering the engine oil.

The intelligent power maintenance system according to claim 1, wherein the waste liquid collecting device comprises a waste liquid tank and a plurality of waste liquid collecting pipes; one end of each waste liquid collecting pipe is connected with a drain outlet of the to-be-filtered tank, an output port of the fuel water specific gravity detector and an oil-water exhaust port of the engine oil level holder, and the other end of each waste liquid collecting pipe is connected with the waste liquid tank and used for collecting waste liquid discharged by the to-be-filtered tank, the fuel oil and the engine oil to the waste liquid tank.

An intelligent power maintenance system according to claim 1, wherein the exhaust gas treatment device comprises a DPF carrier, a primary silencing pot and a secondary silencing pot which are arranged in sequence; the tail gas firstly enters a DPF carrier, and the soot is collected and removed through DPF particles in the DPF carrier; then the noise is eliminated through the first-stage silencing barrel and the second-stage silencing barrel in sequence.
10. A maintenance method of an intelligent power maintenance system is characterized by comprising the following steps:
forming detection areas in the air filtering device, the waste liquid treatment device, the tail gas treatment device, the cooling liquid device, the fuel oil device and the engine oil device through sensors, detecting the treatment states of air, waste liquid and tail gas in real time, and detecting the liquid levels in the cooling liquid device, the fuel oil device and the engine oil device and the quality of engine oil in the engine oil device; the sensor transmits the collected data to a maintenance system;
