The invention discloses a bottom door closing state monitoring device and a method thereof, wherein the bottom door closing state monitoring device comprises a horizontal positioning block and a pointer, the horizontal positioning block is arranged on an installation seat plate in a horizontal arrangement, the pointer is arranged on a bottom door main shaft and is fixedly connected with the bottom door main shaft, and the bottom door main shaft can drive the pointer to rotate along with the bottom door main shaft when rotating; the pointer and the horizontal positioning block are vertically arranged when the bottom door is in a closed state; when the bottom door is opened, the pointer rotates along with the main shaft of the bottom door so as to form an acute angle or an obtuse angle with the horizontal positioning block. The bottom door closing state monitoring device is provided with the pointer and the horizontal positioning block, and the pointer can be driven to rotate along with the bottom door spindle when the bottom door spindle rotates, so that the opening or closing state of the bottom door can be judged according to the relative position between the pointer and the horizontal positioning block, the judgment difficulty is reduced, and the judgment accuracy is improved.

The pointer 4 is arranged on the bottom door main shaft 2 and is fixedly connected with the bottom door main shaft 2, and the bottom door main shaft 2 can drive the pointer 4 to rotate along with the bottom door main shaft; when the bottom door is in a closed state, the pointer 4 and the horizontal positioning block 3 are vertically arranged; when the bottom door is opened, the pointer 4 rotates along with the bottom door spindle 2 so as to form an acute angle or an obtuse angle with the horizontal positioning block 3.
In this embodiment, a pointer 4 is welded and installed at the end of the bottom door spindle, the pointer 4 and the bottom door spindle 2 are connected into a whole and can rotate along with the bottom door spindle 2, a horizontal positioning block 3 is welded and installed on the installation seat plate of the bottom door, and when the bottom door is in a closed state, the pointer 4 is welded and assembled on the bottom door spindle 2 so that the pointer 4 and the horizontal positioning block 3 are perpendicular. If the bottom door is opened, the pointer 4 rotates along with the main shaft 2 of the bottom door and leaves the original position, so that the pointer and the horizontal positioning block 3 are not perpendicular to each other any more and form an acute angle or an obtuse angle.
As shown in fig. 4, the bottom door closed state monitoring device of this embodiment further includes a camera device 5, a PLC control center 6, and a display screen 7, where the camera device 5 is disposed on the side of the track of the unloading yard and directly opposite to the pointer 4 on the bottom door, and is used to collect image data of the relative position between the pointer 4 and the horizontal positioning block 3, and the camera device collects image data of the relative position between the pointer 4 at the end of the main shaft of the bottom door and the horizontal positioning block 3. The PLC control center 6 and the display screen 7 are arranged in the operation control room. And the PLC control center 6 is used for receiving the image data of the relative position of the pointer 4 and the horizontal positioning block 3 transmitted by the camera equipment 5, and processing and judging the image data. If the relative position of the pointer 4 and the horizontal positioning block 3 is vertically arranged, the PLC control center 6 judges that the bottom door is in a closed state. If the pointer 4 and the horizontal positioning block 3 are arranged in an acute angle or an obtuse angle, the PLC control center 6 judges that the bottom door is in an opening state. And the display screen 7 receives a data signal transmitted by the PLC control center 6 and is used for displaying that the bottom door is in a closed or open state. The camera equipment 5 realizes data transmission with the PLC control center 6 in a wireless or wired communication mode, and the PLC control center 6 realizes data transmission with the display screen 7 in a wireless or wired communication mode.
In the embodiment, when the vehicle finishes unloading and runs through the camera device 5 beside the rail immediately, the camera device acquires the relative position of the pointer 4 and the horizontal positioning block 3, transmits the relative position to the background of the operation control room through a data line, processes and judges graphic data by taking the vertical direction of the pointer 4 and the horizontal positioning block 3 as a characteristic, and directly displays the processed result on the screen of the display screen 7 through character conversion in the characters of closing or opening and the like, so that an operator does not need to go to an unloading site and only needs to confirm the closing state of the bottom door of the vehicle through the display content of the display screen 7 in the control room.
The invention also provides a method for monitoring by using the bottom door closing state monitoring device, which comprises the following steps:
1) the camera device 5 collects image data of the relative position of the pointer 4 and the horizontal positioning block 3 and sends the image data to the PLC control center 6;
2) the PLC control center 6 receives the image data of the relative position of the pointer 4 and the horizontal positioning block 3, processes and judges the image data, and then sends the data to the display screen 7; if the relative position of the pointer 4 and the horizontal positioning block 3 is vertically arranged, the PLC control center 6 judges that the bottom door is in a closed state; if the pointer 4 and the horizontal positioning block 3 are arranged in an acute angle or an obtuse angle, the PLC control center 6 judges that the bottom door is in an opening state.
3) The display screen 7 receives data transmitted by the PLC control center 6 and directly displays that the bottom door is in a closed or open state through the display screen.
