Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cultural relic protection, and particularly relates to a high-defect ceramic cultural relic repair method.
Background
China is called the "national ceramics" and the chinaware is an important living appliance, artistic work and trade goods since ancient times, is one of the most influential elements in the world in the culture of China and is also one of the most important collections in various museums all over the world. The ceramic is a surprise and outstanding work created by Chinese people, and is cared by people from the production. The ceramic is fragile in nature, and the ancient ceramic china stored until now can be damaged more or less. The cultural relics are the precious cultural heritages left over in the historical development process of human beings and are non-renewable. It can only be kept for a long time to the maximum extent to exert its maximum value. Cultural relics repair plays a crucial role in order to regenerate them.
The cultural relic restoration is to effectively protect and restore the damaged cultural relics under the basic principle of minimum intervention, so that students and audiences can conveniently study and appreciate the cultural relics, the cultural relics play a role in exhibition of museums and research of experts and scholars, and history riddle is solved.
The ceramic is repaired when the ceramic exists, and the repair of the ancient ceramic is not easy due to the special manufacturing process of the ceramic. The concept and technique in the traditional ancient ceramic restoration still deeply affect the implementation of the restoration of the ceramic relics at present. There is a demand for "old repair" of the repair effect. If the shape is understood, namely the original shape of the object is not changed by the repair part, the original appearance shape of the object is required to be met; the repaired instrument needs to be in accordance with the original instrument holder.
The method is used for repairing the high-defect ceramic cultural relics, and firstly, the shape of the cultural relics in good condition needs to be grasped. Namely, the device is firstly required to be shaped to obtain the original shape of the device, and then the appearance of the shaped cultural relic is further processed according to the requirement. In the process of shaping high-defect ceramic cultural relics, the die turnover technology is a commonly used technology in the process of repairing the ceramic cultural relics, but the existing die turnover technology has more or less defects. For example, in the cultural relics repair field, a wax sheet kneading mode is usually adopted, after the wax sheet is heated and bent at a proper temperature, the wax sheet is made to be tightly attached to the outer wall of the remaining part of the device, so that the shape of the remaining part is kneaded out, then the shaped wax sheet is moved to the outside of the defect corresponding to the remaining part, and the filling material is poured, so that the local repair is performed little by little. The wax sheet die-turning is more suitable for the appliances with small and uncomplicated incomplete parts and can be repaired at one time. Because the wax sheet has certain hardness, in kneading the in-process, have the operation laminating not in place slightly with device inside and outside wall, just produce the deviation easily to in the repair process of circular device, often after the drawing of patterns of several times is kneaded, the error is very big, and the head and the tail can't be to last connection, causes historical relic repair material's deformation, needs later stage to spend a large amount of time to rectify and polish, expends time and restores inefficiency.
In educational institutions, cultural relics are often repaired by hot resin coating, for example, under the patent publication No. CN111662097A, with the patent names: a method for protecting and repairing ceramic cultural relics is disclosed, wherein softened thermoplastic free resin is adopted, the resin is put into water at 70-90 ℃ to be softened, then the softened resin is pasted on the inner surface layer and the outer surface layer of an area to be repaired, then a mold is formed after air drying, and then ingredients are filled in a cavity of the mold to realize repair. The repairing method needs to ensure that the resin is coated at a proper temperature, the resin cannot be coated by hands when the temperature is high, and the resin can be hardened when the temperature is low, so that the coating and molding cannot be well carried out, a large error is caused, more time is needed for polishing, and the repairing efficiency is influenced.
The two repairing methods are difficult to practice quickly for a new cultural relic repairing person, and the person needs to exercise gradually through long-term operation experiments. Common people cannot imagine the integral shape of the device when the device is intact at all, namely the device is independently and quickly repaired by hands, only a teacher with abundant experience is used for repairing the device, and the workload is large. Due to the lack of professional cultural relic repairment and the lack of a high-difficulty ceramic cultural relic repair forming method, the repair efficiency is relatively low, and the more the working tasks are, the more difficult the implementation is.
Therefore, a method for repairing the high-incomplete ceramic cultural relics is needed, so that the method can be formed at one time and molded accurately in the process of repairing the high-incomplete ceramic cultural relics, the repairing efficiency is rapidly improved, and a new cultural relic repairing person can also rapidly start to repair the cultural relics.
