Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of stencil printing, and relates to a combined stencil and printing process.
Background
The traditional stencil printing process comprises the steps of engraving hollow patterns on a treated paper board or other waterproof materials, placing the manufactured stencil printing boards on cloth, and brushing at the hollowed parts by using a brush, so that printing color paste can form the patterns on the fabric through the hollowed parts.
The traditional stencil printing process has the defects that the stencil of the paper paint is engraved manually and painted for multiple times to wait for the paint to dry, so the time is long, the toughness, the transparency, the tensile resistance and the brushing resistance are poor, each stencil is independent when more than two stencil stencils are overprinted, and the stencil shift phenomenon often occurs due to the fact that the full manual operation cannot be performed with high accuracy, and the stencil printing process is separated from each other, a first stencil is placed on cotton cloth, the stencil is painted in a color dipping mode by a pig hair brush, one side is uncovered, a second and a third stencil stencils are overprinted, and the color of the picture printed by the traditional stencil process is simple and generalized; and the written pattern works cannot be printed and dyed without gradual change and smooth long lines (small dots are uniformly arranged into dotted lines).
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the technical problem, the invention provides a combined stencil and printing process.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
the invention provides a combined type hollow-out plate which comprises a base plate and a plurality of hollow-out plates, wherein the center of the base plate is hollowed out with the overall outline of a planar printing pattern, and the plurality of hollow-out plates are respectively hollowed out with a part of the planar printing pattern and are fixed around the base plate in a turnover manner according to the position in the planar printing pattern.
Preferably, the stencil is formed by engraving the polyester film by a laser machine by using a computer as a vector diagram.
Preferably, the number of the stencil is more than two.
Preferably, one side edge of the stencil is fixed around the base plate by glue.
Preferably, the support plate is fixed on one side of the periphery of the base plate in an overturning manner and can cover the hollow-out part at the center of the base plate.
More preferably, the supporting plate is made of the same material as the base plate and the stencil plate.
The invention also provides a printing process realized by the combined stencil, which comprises the following steps:
and placing one hollow plate at the hollow part at the center of the base plate, dipping the color by using a brush pen, brushing and coloring the hollow part, turning the hollow plate away from the central position after the coloring is finished, and then placing another hollow plate at the central position of the base plate for printing and coloring until all the hollow plates are sequentially colored.
Preferably, the printing comprises double-sided printing, and the two groups of combined stencil plates are provided.
More preferably, when the hollowed-out patterns of the two groups of combined hollowed-out plates are mirror images, the printing comprises mirror image double-sided printing.
Preferably, the brush pen is a flat brush.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention combines more than two engraved plates into a group according to the positions thereof, no matter how the engraved plates do not need to be repeatedly aligned, the invention has the advantages of simple and convenient operation, labor and time saving and accurate alignment, and a group of engraved plates can print and dye a plane printed pattern with rich color, uniform gradual change, smooth lines and realistic writing effect, thereby greatly improving the working efficiency and the product quality.

Detailed Description
In order to more clearly illustrate the present invention, the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to examples and the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood by persons skilled in the art that the following detailed description is illustrative and not restrictive, and is not to be taken as limiting the scope of the invention.
Example 1
The process flow of the embodiment mainly comprises:
firstly, a plane printing pattern 2 is arranged at the central position of a base plate 1 and the whole outline 10 of the plane printing pattern is hollowed out, a computer is used as a vector diagram, a laser machine is used for hollowing out a polyester film into a hollowed-out plate, a first hollowed-out plate 3, a second hollowed-out plate 4 and a third hollowed-out plate 5 are respectively hollowed out with a part of the plane printing pattern 2 and are combined into a group according to the positions, namely a first hollowed-out part 30, a second hollowed-out part 40 and a third hollowed-out part 50 are respectively hollowed-out, the three hollowed-out parts form a pattern whole needing hollowing, one side edge is respectively stuck to the left side, the right side and the upper side of the base plate 1 by using adhesive tapes to form a first sticking part 31, a second sticking part 41 and a third sticking part 51, and the first hollowed-out plate 3, the second hollowed-out plate 4 and the third hollowed-out plate 5 are respectively turned over through a first folded edge 32, a second folded edge 42 and a third folded edge 52, as shown in figures 1-3.
And secondly, during printing and dyeing, putting the combined hollow plate on the cloth, overturning the hollow plate to the hollow position at the center of the base plate 1 in sequence, dipping the color by using a flat brush 6, brushing the first hollow plate 3 and the second hollow plate 4 by using black, brushing the third hollow plate 5 by using yellow, and printing and dyeing the cloth to obtain a yellow butterfly pattern.
Example 2
The difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that two sets of combined hollow-out patterns are adopted, and the overall pattern hollow out on the two sets of combined hollow-out patterns is a mirror image pattern.
When printing and dyeing, the cloth is placed between the two groups of combined engraved plates, a yellow butterfly pattern is printed on the cloth by using the first group of combined engraved plates according to the method in the embodiment 1, then the two groups of combined engraved plates and the cloth clamped between the two groups of combined engraved plates are turned over together, and the printing and dyeing of the other side of the pattern are continued, and the method in the embodiment 1 is also adopted, at the moment, the color of painting and brushing can be changed, for example, the color is changed into blue and black blue, so that the double-side double-color butterfly pattern with different mirror images and colors can be printed.
Example 3
The difference between this embodiment and embodiments 1 and 2 lies in that the combined type stencil further comprises a supporting plate (not shown in the figure), the supporting plate is made of a polyester film, and the supporting plate can fill (cover) the hollow part in the middle of the base plate 1 to fix the object. The supporting plate is independently coated with non-setting adhesive when single-side printing and dyeing is carried out, is connected on the base plate 1 when double-side printing and dyeing is carried out, and can be turned over below the base plate 1 like a hollow plate.
It should be understood that the above-mentioned embodiments of the present invention are only examples for clearly illustrating the present invention, and are not intended to limit the embodiments of the present invention, and it will be obvious to those skilled in the art that other variations or modifications may be made on the basis of the above description, and all the embodiments of the present invention are not exhaustive, and all the obvious variations or modifications which are introduced in the technical scheme of the present invention are within the scope of the present invention.
