Description
技术领域:
本发明属于化妆品及大麻槿应用技术领域,涉及一种含大麻槿茎粉的化妆品组合物及其制备方法,将大麻槿茎加工成粉制成化妆品组合物,具有抗炎、抗氧化和柔肤嫩肤的功能。
背景技术:
爱美之心,人皆有之。随着生活水平的提高,人们对生活质量的要求越来越高,越来越重视皮肤的自然美白,而颜面部显得尤为重要。化妆品是指以涂抹、喷洒或者其他类似方法,散布于人体表面的任何部位,如皮肤、毛发、指趾甲、唇齿等,以达到清洁、保养、美容、修饰和改变外观,或者修正人体气味,保持良好状态为目的的化学工业品或精细化工产品。现有技术中也出现了一些关于抗炎抗氧化化妆品组合物的技术方案,例如中国专利CN201810672709.4公开了一种组合物及其在制备具有抗炎功能的化妆品中的应用,将金银花提取物、接骨木花提取物进行复配,所得组合物与甘油等组分进行混合,形成的精华液能够具有抗炎、抗氧化、补水、保湿作用;中国专利CN201410319713.4公开了一种抗炎化妆品组合物,按重量份计,包括以下组分:植物提取液1~15份,乳化剂2.55~7份,润肤剂4~26份,保湿剂2.5~20份,甘草酸二钾0.1~0.3份,硅石0.1~2份,氢氧化钾0.03~0.07份,增稠剂 0.1~0.2份,抗氧化剂0.05~2份,防腐剂0.201~1.01份,水40~75份;所述植物提取液为甜菊提取液和棕榈叶提取液的混合液,将甜菊提取液和棕榈叶提取液的混合液应用于抗炎化妆品中,有效地预防和防治皮炎;中国专利CN201811077746.7公开了一种兼具抗炎、抗老化作用的抗污染护肤组合物及其应用。本发明的护肤组合物主要含有翼籽辣木(MORINGA PTERYGOSPERMA)籽提取物、积雪草(CENTELLA ASIATICA)提取物、可可(THEOBROMA CACAO)籽提取物、乳酸杆菌/石榴(PUNICA GRANATUM)果发酵产物提取物,具有对抗空气污染、抵御蓝光射线、保护细胞、改善皱纹、抗炎修护等作用。但现有技术均是将植物成分进行了提取,舍弃了植物残渣,对天然植物的整体功效未有研究,造成了资源浪费。
大麻槿(学名:Hibiscus cannabinus L.)是锦葵科、木槿属一年生或多年生草本植物。高达3米,茎直立,无毛,疏被锐利小刺;叶异型,下部的叶心形,不分裂;叶柄长6- 20厘米,疏被小刺;托叶丝状,长6-8毫米。花单生于枝端叶腋间,近无柄;花萼近钟状,长约3厘米;花大,黄色,内面基部红色,花瓣长圆状倒卵形,长约6厘米。种子肾形,近无毛。花期秋季。茎皮纤维柔软,韧度大,富弹性,是供织麻袋、麻布、鱼网和搓绳索等的上好原料。目前大麻槿的应用价值仅限于织品,还未发现将大麻槿应用于化妆品的报道。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的缺点,提供一种含有大麻槿茎粉的化妆品组合物,通过脂质包埋技术将大麻槿茎粉制成相容性良好的微囊乳,应用在化妆品中具备良好且稳定的分散状态和成模性,具有抗炎、抗氧化和柔肤嫩肤的功能。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种含有大麻槿茎粉的化妆品组合物,其原料按重量份数计包括:水60~90份、保湿剂5~15份、润肤剂2~5份、增稠剂0.1~1份、乳化剂1~10份和大麻槿茎粉1~10份。
本发明还提供所述含有大麻槿茎粉的化妆品组合物的制备方法,具体步骤包括:
(1)制备微囊乳:在容量为100-500L的真空乳化罐中按重量份数加入水60~90份、保湿剂5~15份、润肤剂2~5份、增稠剂0.1~1份和乳化剂1~10份,加热升温至80-90℃,然后在3000r/min均质速度下,均质3-8分钟,制成分散均匀的乳液;
(2)加入大麻槿茎粉:降温至40-60℃,加入大麻槿茎粉1~10份,在3000r/min均质速度下均质1-5min,至膏体完全均匀;
(3)出料:降温至38℃,送检(检测半成品外观、香味,做微生物检测)合格后出料;制得含有大麻槿茎粉的化妆品组合物。
进一步地,所述大麻槿茎粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)预处理:将晾干的大麻槿茎经振动筛过筛,去除大麻槿叶、砂石等杂质,使用粗碎机将大麻槿茎粉碎至1cm以下,到大麻槿茎初级原料;
(2)粉碎:将步骤1)得到的大麻槿茎初级原料送至干燥箱中,在温度80-100℃下通风干燥30min,冷却后通过粉碎机粉碎至100至200目,得到大麻槿茎二级原料;
(3)超微粉碎处理:将步骤2)得到的大麻槿茎二级原料通过市售的液氮超微粉碎机粉碎至500至1000目,水分含量控制在重量百分比0.1-1%,得到大麻槿茎粉。
所述保湿剂为甘油、丁二醇、甘油葡糖苷、1,2-己二醇、透明质酸钠、海藻糖、肌醇和肌醇中的至少一种。
所述润肤剂为氢化聚异丁烯、异壬酸异壬酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷、椰子油、月桂酸己酯和月桂醇中的至少一种。
所述增稠剂为卡波姆、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、黄原胶中的至少一种。
所述乳化剂为鲸蜡硬脂醇橄榄油酸酯、山梨坦橄榄油酸酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷、鲸蜡硬脂醇、氢化卵磷脂中的至少一种。
所述大麻槿茎粉是通过超微粉碎而来,含有木脂素、萜类等成分,具有抗炎、抗氧化功能,大麻槿茎粉的超微物理结构能填充皮肤角质空隙,模拟的是角质细胞内的天然吸水分子,从而保证角质层的光滑水润达到柔肤嫩肤的功能。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
(1)本发明把不溶于水的大麻槿茎粉在未改变化学性状的前提下,用微囊乳将大麻槿茎粉包埋起来,使大麻槿茎粉在化妆品中形成分散均匀的稳定状态,提高了大麻槿茎粉的利用率。
(2)本发明的大麻槿茎粉是通过大麻槿茎超微粉碎而来,在有效利用大麻槿茎中功效成分的同时,也保留了大麻槿茎粉物理机构的润肤功效,保护角质层的光滑水润达到柔肤嫩肤的功能。
(3)本发明制备工艺简单,成本低廉,适合于大规模生产,具有优良的社会和经济效益,对大麻槿的综合利用开发具有巨大意义。
具体实施方式:
下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1:
本实施例涉及含有大麻槿茎粉的化妆品组合物,其原料按重量份数计包括:水68.7份、保湿剂12份、润肤剂5份、增稠剂0.3份、乳化剂4份、和大麻槿茎粉10份。
本实施例涉及的保湿剂包括甘油葡糖苷2份、甘油3份、丁二醇1份、1,2-己二醇1份、泛醇2份、肌醇3份,能够改善水合作用,减少皮肤的瘙痒和炎症,改善皮肤弹性,并加速表皮伤口的愈合速度。
本实施例涉及的润肤剂包括聚二甲基硅氧烷2份和异壬酸异壬酯3份,能够给皮肤带来柔软性;异壬酸异壬酯因独特的多甲基支链结构,丝般感觉,干爽和极度柔软的手感,是极佳的润肤剂,且对聚二甲基硅氧烷相溶性佳,可解决硅油低温析出的问题,是硅油类的稳定剂和偶联剂。
本实施例涉及的增稠剂为卡波姆,卡波姆同时作为稳定剂,能促进保湿,起到稳定产品的作用。
本实施例涉及的乳化剂包括鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷2份和鲸蜡硬脂醇橄榄油酸酯2份,具有促进油水相溶作用,滋润皮肤,在皮肤表层形成液晶薄膜,增加皮肤长久保水性。
本实施例涉及的大麻槿茎粉是皮肤调理剂,含有木脂素、萜类等成分,具有抗炎、抗氧化功能,其超微物理结构能填充皮肤角质空隙,模拟的是角质细胞内的天然吸水分子,从而保证角质层的光滑水润达到柔肤嫩肤的功能。
本实施例所述含有大麻槿茎粉的化妆品组合物的制备方法,具体工艺步骤如下:
(1)制备大麻槿茎粉:
1)预处理:将晾干的大麻槿茎经振动筛过筛,去除大麻槿叶、砂石等杂质,使用粗碎机将大麻槿茎粉碎至1cm以下,到大麻槿茎初级原料;
2)粉碎:将步骤1)得到的大麻槿茎初级原料送至干燥箱中,在90℃下通风干燥30min,冷却后通过粉碎机粉碎至200目,得到大麻槿茎二级原料;
3)超微粉碎处理:将步骤2)得到的大麻槿茎二级原料通过液氮超微粉碎机粉碎至500 目,水分含量控制在0.1%,得到大麻槿茎粉;
(2)制备微囊乳:在容量为250L的真空乳化罐中按重量份数计加入水68.7份、甘油葡糖苷2份、甘油3份、丁二醇1份、1,2-己二醇1份、泛醇2份、肌醇3份、聚二甲基硅氧烷2 份、异壬酸异壬酯3份、卡波姆0.3份、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷2份、鲸蜡硬脂醇橄榄油酸酯2份,加热升温至80℃,然后在3000r/min均质速度下,均质5分钟,制成分散均匀的乳液;
(3)加入大麻槿茎粉:降温至50℃,向乳液中加入大麻槿茎粉10份,在3000r/min均质速度下均质5min,至膏体完全均匀;
(4)出料:降温至38℃,送检(检测半成品外观、香味,做微生物检测)合格后出料,得含有大麻槿茎粉的化妆品组合物。
本实施例在化妆品中添加了适量的大麻槿茎粉,使得该产品具有调理皮肤的基本功效,其制备工艺简单,功效确切,成本低,适合于大规模生产。
实施例2:
本实施例涉及含有大麻槿茎粉的化妆品组合物,与实施例1不同的是,其原理按重量份数计包括:水90份、保湿剂5份、润肤剂2份、增稠剂1份、乳化剂1份、和大麻槿茎粉1份。
所述保湿剂包括透明质酸钠0.1份、甘油3份和泛醇1.9份,锁住水分,增加皮肤的粘弹性,达到保湿的作用。
所述润肤剂为椰子油2份,具有抗氧化性,可以强化毛孔收缩功能,预防痘痘和粉刺,帮助皮肤远离皱纹。
所述增稠剂包括羟丙基纤维素0.6份和黄原胶0.4份,能促进保湿,使组合物形成均匀稳定分散介质。
所述乳化剂包括山梨坦橄榄油酸酯0.4份和氢化卵磷脂0.6份,增加组合物油水相容性,使组合物形成均匀稳定分散介质。
本实施例涉及的含有大麻槿茎粉的化妆品组合物的制备方法,与实施例1不同的是:步骤(1)中将大麻槿茎二级原料通过液氮超微粉碎机粉碎至1000目。
实施例3:
将实施例1和实施例2得到的组合物,在温度40±3℃,相对湿度75±5%条件下放置三个月,每隔15天观察组合状态和微生物指标,检查组合稳定性。
Claims (5)
1.一种含有大麻槿茎粉的化妆品组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,原料按重量份数计包括:水60~90份、保湿剂5~15份、润肤剂2~5份、增稠剂0.1~1份、乳化剂1~10份和大麻槿茎粉1~10份;
具体步骤包括:
(1)制备微囊乳:在容量为100-500L的真空乳化罐中按重量份数加入水60~90份、保湿剂5~15份、润肤剂2~5份、增稠剂0.1~1份和乳化剂1~10份,加热升温至80-90℃,然后在3000r/min均质速度下,均质3-8分钟,制成分散均匀的乳液;
(2)加入大麻槿茎粉:降温至40-60℃,加入大麻槿茎粉1~10份,在3000r/min均质速度下均质1-5min,至膏体完全均匀;
(3)出料:降温至38℃,检测半成品外观、香味,做微生物检测合格后出料;制得含有大麻槿茎粉的化妆品组合物;
所述大麻槿茎粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)预处理:将晾干的大麻槿茎经振动筛过筛,去除大麻槿叶、砂石杂质,使用粗碎机将大麻槿茎粉碎至1cm以下,到大麻槿茎初级原料;
(2)粉碎:将步骤1)得到的大麻槿茎初级原料送至干燥箱中,在温度80-100℃下通风干燥30min,冷却后通过粉碎机粉碎至100至200目,得到大麻槿茎二级原料;
(3)超微粉碎处理:将步骤2)得到的大麻槿茎二级原料通过市售的液氮超微粉碎机粉碎至500至1000目,水分含量控制在重量百分比0.1-1%,得到大麻槿茎粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有大麻槿茎粉的化妆品组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述保湿剂为甘油、丁二醇、甘油葡糖苷、1,2-己二醇、透明质酸钠、海藻糖和肌醇中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含有大麻槿茎粉的化妆品组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述润肤剂为氢化聚异丁烯、异壬酸异壬酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷、椰子油、月桂酸己酯和月桂醇中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含有大麻槿茎粉的化妆品组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为卡波姆、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、黄原胶中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的含有大麻槿茎粉的化妆品组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为鲸蜡硬脂醇橄榄油酸酯、山梨坦橄榄油酸酯、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷、鲸蜡硬脂醇、氢化卵磷脂中的至少一种。
