Abstract
本发明提供一种山核桃落果剂及其制备方法,包括粘附剂、纤维素酶、乙烯、水和分散剂,各个原料按照重量份数配比如下:粘附剂10‑20份、纤维素酶3‑5份、乙烯5‑10份、水1000份和分散剂10‑20份,所述分散剂为木质素磺酸盐,所述粘附剂为聚γ‑谷氨酸。本发明以乙烯为山核桃的催熟剂,通过添加纤维素酶水解纤维素,使细胞壁被破坏,而内部不被破坏,增加其开裂几率,增加催熟效果,通过木质素磺酸盐分散剂的添加将乙烯均匀分散在药液内使得药液喷洒效果更佳,通过添加聚γ‑谷氨酸为粘附剂,其具有抗紫外、抗雨水冲刷的作用,从而延长农药的药效周期,减少农药的使用次数和使用量,增加山核桃的落果采果效率,便于管理。

技术领域
本发明涉及农业技术领域,特别的为一种山核桃落果剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
山核桃(学名:Carya cathayensis Sarg.)是胡桃科、山核桃属植物。乔木,高达10-20米,胸径30-60厘米;树皮平滑,灰白色,光滑;小枝细瘦,新枝密被盾状着生的橙黄色腺体,后来腺体逐渐稀疏,1年生枝紫灰色,上端常被有稀疏的短柔毛,皮孔圆形,稀疏。复叶长16-30厘米,叶柄幼时被毛及腺体,后来毛逐渐脱落。雄性葇荑花序3条成1束,花序轴被有柔毛及腺体,长10-15厘米。雄花具短柄;苞片狭,长椭圆状线形;雄蕊2-7枚。果实倒卵形,向基部渐狭,幼时具4狭翅状的纵棱,密被橙黄色腺体,成熟时腺体变稀疏,纵棱亦变成不显著;果核倒卵形或椭圆状卵形,有时略侧扁,具极不显著的4纵棱,顶端急尖而具1短凸尖,20-25毫米长,直径15-20毫米;内果皮硬,淡灰黄褐色,1毫米厚;隔膜内及壁内无空隙;子叶2深裂。4-5月开花,9月果成熟。
山核桃壳硬,为了提高采摘效率,采摘时需要喷洒催熟剂进行统一采摘,同时降低采摘难度,目前一般采用单一的乙烯利进行喷洒,其需要进行多个周期的喷洒才能使得山核桃成熟便于脱落,不便于使用。
发明内容
本发明提供的发明目的在于提供一种山核桃落果剂及其制备方法以解决上述问题。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种山核桃落果剂及其制备方法,山核桃落果剂的原料包括粘附剂、纤维素酶、乙烯、水和分散剂,各个原料按照重量份数配比如下:粘附剂10-20份、纤维素酶3-5份、乙烯5-10份、水1000份和分散剂10-20份。
优选的,所述分散剂为木质素磺酸盐。
优选的,所述粘附剂为聚γ-谷氨酸。
优选的,所述山核桃落果剂的原料按照重量份数配比包括粘附剂15份、纤维素酶4份、乙烯10份、水1000份和分散剂20份。
一种山核桃落果剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按照重量份数称取粘附剂、纤维素酶、乙烯、水和分散剂;
(2)将乙烯、水和分散剂加入到混合罐内部,通过搅拌器200-300转每分钟搅拌3-5分钟,搅拌时温度升温到45-55摄氏度;
(3)搅拌后冷却到30-35摄氏度加入粘附剂、纤维素酶进行充分搅拌,通过搅拌器400-500转每分钟搅拌2-3分钟装瓶即可活得本山核桃落果剂。
本发明提供了一种山核桃落果剂及其制备方法。具备以下有益效果:
(1)本发明提供的一种山核桃落果剂以乙烯为山核桃的催熟剂,通过添加纤维素酶水解纤维素,使细胞壁被破坏,而内部不被破坏,增加其开裂几率,增加催熟效果,通过木质素磺酸盐分散剂的添加将乙烯均匀分散在药液内使得药液喷洒效果更佳,通过添加聚γ-谷氨酸为粘附剂,其具有抗紫外、抗雨水冲刷的作用,从而延长农药的药效周期,减少农药的使用次数和使用量,增加山核桃的落果采果效率。
具体实施方式
下面,结合具体实施方式,对本发明做出进一步的描述:
一种山核桃落果剂及其制备方法,山核桃落果剂的原料包括粘附剂、纤维素酶、乙烯、水和分散剂,各个原料按照重量份数配比如下:粘附剂10-20份、纤维素酶3-5份、乙烯5-10份、水1000份和分散剂10-20份。
其中,所述分散剂为木质素磺酸盐。
其中,所述粘附剂为聚γ-谷氨酸。
一种山核桃落果剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按照重量份数称取粘附剂15份、纤维素酶4份、乙烯10份、水1000份和分散剂20份;
(2)将乙烯、水和分散剂加入到混合罐内部,通过搅拌器200转每分钟搅拌5分钟,搅拌时温度升温到50摄氏度;
(3)搅拌后冷却到30摄氏度加入粘附剂、纤维素酶进行充分搅拌,通过搅拌器500转每分钟搅拌2分钟装瓶即可活得本山核桃落果剂。

1.一种山核桃落果剂,所述山核桃落果剂的原料包括粘附剂、纤维素酶、乙烯、水和分散剂,各个原料按照重量份数配比如下:粘附剂10-20份、纤维素酶3-5份、乙烯5-10份、水1000份和分散剂10-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种山核桃落果剂,其特征在于:所述分散剂为木质素磺酸盐。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种山核桃落果剂,其特征在于:所述粘附剂为聚γ-谷氨酸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种山核桃落果剂,其特征在于:所述山核桃落果剂的原料按照重量份数配比包括粘附剂15份、纤维素酶4份、乙烯10份、水1000份和分散剂20份。
5.一种山核桃落果剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)按照重量份数称取粘附剂、纤维素酶、乙烯、水和分散剂;
(2)将乙烯、水和分散剂加入到混合罐内部,通过搅拌器200-300转每分钟搅拌3-5分钟,搅拌时温度升温到45-55摄氏度;
(3)搅拌后冷却到30-35摄氏度加入粘附剂、纤维素酶进行充分搅拌,通过搅拌器400-500转每分钟搅拌2-3分钟装瓶即可活得本山核桃落果剂。
