Detailed Description
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for shutting down and recovering CDN content.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for shutting down and recovering CDN contents according to a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method for shutting down and recovering CDN content includes:
step S10, the network management platform determines the shutdown content and sends a shutdown instruction corresponding to the shutdown content to the CDN system;
In this embodiment, the network management platform is a built system, and the system is mainly manually operated by a network administrator. The network management platform is internally provided with a plurality of functional modules, and can realize the functions of adding, deleting, modifying and searching CDN content. Meanwhile, the network management platform also sends related video contents to the CDN system, wherein some videos are videos which need to be played under normal conditions, some videos are downloaded, and some videos are live contents in channels. The content needs to be controlled by the network management platform sending a corresponding instruction, specifically, the network management platform sending a corresponding control instruction to control operations such as sending, withdrawing, modifying and the like of the internal video of the CDN system.
When the video content violations occur, the user needs to interrupt the playing of the violating content. This operation starts with the network management platform, which determines to shut down the content. The method for determining the content of the CDN system can be that a network administrator performs screening manually, or that the network management platform and the CDN system are built together to perform judgment inside the system, and the judgment condition is set when the network management platform and the CDN system are built. After the network management platform determines the shut-down content, a shut-down instruction is sent to the CDN system, specifically, the network management platform selects the content to be shut down, and then immediately sends a shut-down file to all CDN nodes containing the shut-down content, wherein the CDN nodes belong to the internal structure of the CDN system.
Step S20, the CDN system responds to the shutdown instruction, stops sending the shutdown content to the terminal and sends a gasket to the terminal;
In this embodiment, the CDN system response to the shutdown instruction specifically refers to that CDN nodes including related shutdown contents within the CDN system respond to the shutdown instruction in the shutdown file. Some part of the code in the shutdown file contains a shutdown instruction. The CDN node needs to respond to the instructions of this section to perform the step of shutting down. For the on-demand content being played, the CDN node can stream the on-demand content being played and interrupt the playing of the on-demand content. The terminal playing the shutdown content before does not play the video, at this time, the terminal sends a reconnection service request, and the CDN system sends a gasket to the terminal, so that the user views the gasket in a period of time. The CDN system prompts the user on the terminal when the gasket is sent, so that the user knows that the content just watched is suspected of being illegal and can not watch continuously.
Step S30, when the recovery condition is met, the network management platform sends a recovery instruction corresponding to the shut-down content to the CDN system;
In this embodiment, after the playing of the shutdown content is interrupted, the CDN system and the network management platform process the illegal content in a plurality of ways, for example, deleting a portion of the shutdown content suspected of being illegal, and keeping the content of the remaining video segments unchanged. Or silencing illegal audio in video, and mosaic or blurring partial pictures. When these processes are completed, a new video is obtained, and after the video is checked, it is confirmed that the video does not belong to the range that needs to be shut down, it is indicated that the condition for recovery is satisfied at this time. After the recovery condition is met, the network management platform sends a recovery instruction corresponding to the shut-down content to the CDN system, specifically, the network management platform sends a file containing a recovery instruction code to the CDN system, a part of codes in the file are responsible for the recovery function, and after the file is sent to the CDN system, the CDN system needs to wait for responding the instruction contained in the part of codes.
And step S40, the CDN system responds to the recovery instruction and resumes sending the shut-down content to the terminal.
In this embodiment, after receiving the file sent by the network management platform, the CDN system responds that the file includes a code for recovering a function. After responding to the recovery instruction, the CDN system sends corresponding shutdown content again to the terminal, and the video sent at the moment is the video after the shutdown content is processed. There are various specific processing modes, for example, a part of fragments suspected of being illegal in the shutdown content can be deleted, and the contents of the rest video fragments are kept unchanged. Or silencing illegal audio in video, and mosaic or blurring partial pictures. The CDN system resends the processed video to the terminal for playing. At this time, the prompt message displayed before the terminal is deleted, the playing of the gasket is interrupted, and the playing of the terminal is restored to be normal.
Further, in an embodiment, after the step of sending the shutdown instruction corresponding to the shutdown content to the CDN system, the method further includes:
If the CDN system does not respond to the shutdown instruction, the network management platform repeatedly sends the shutdown instruction to the CDN system within a first preset duration until the CDN system responds to the shutdown instruction.
In this embodiment, after the network management platform sends the shutdown instruction corresponding to the shutdown content to the CDN system, in a normal case, the CDN system immediately responds to the shutdown instruction. There are also situations where a fault occurs, such as a situation where the CDN system does not respond to a shutdown instruction. The CDN system does not respond to the shutdown instruction for a plurality of reasons, such as that the hardware part supporting the operation of the CDN system fails, equipment is aged in specific situations, the line connection is unstable, and the environment or people cause damage to the equipment. When the CDN system is built, the algorithm in the code is misused or logic error occurs, and the situation that the CDN system cannot normally respond to a shutdown instruction sent by the network management platform is also possible.
Further, in an embodiment, the step of stopping sending the shutdown content to the terminal and sending the gasket to the terminal includes:
if the shutdown content is the content being played by the terminal, the CDN system stops sending the shutdown content to the terminal;
And the CDN system receives and responds to the request of reconnection service sent by the terminal, and sends the gasket and the prompt information to the terminal.
In this embodiment, the CDN system supports content-level shutdown and channel-level shutdown. If the content is to be shut down, CDN nodes containing the shut down content in the CDN system interrupt the playing of the shut down content after responding to the shut down instruction and must be immediately effective. When the CDN system interrupts the playing of the shut-down content, the terminal needs to have new content to play, and in order to solve the problem, a plurality of gaskets are stored in the CDN system, and all the gaskets are inspected in advance and have no suspected illegal problem. The gasket has the main function of providing video for a user to watch in a time period after the suspected rule of the content being played by the terminal is interrupted and before the playing is resumed, so that the terminal is ensured not to play the video for a long time. If the terminal has no video playing for a long time due to illegal contents, the experience of the user can be seriously affected, and the user can also feed back a negative evaluation to the software and the service depending on the CDN system. The precondition of sending the gasket is that the terminal sends a request for reconnecting the service, after the terminal sends the request for reconnecting the service, the CDN system can send the gasket to the terminal, and meanwhile, the CDN system can control the terminal to display prompt information on the terminal to tell the user that the suspected illegal contents just watched by the user cannot be watched temporarily, the user needs to watch the gasket for a period of time first, and the method is reserved for the background to process the suspected illegal shut-down contents. In effect, the user is allowed to wait slightly for the playback of the corresponding video. The processing not only perfects the functions of the system, but also improves the experience of the user.
If the channel is to be shut down, the CDN will interrupt the live broadcast, time shift and playback of the review content in the channel containing the shut down content after responding to the shut down instruction sent by the network management platform. Some of the content of the channels are pre-recorded programs for which the program is to be edited and modified after interruption of the content to be turned off, and is to be played out in time after re-editing. There are also some content in the channel that is live, such as live evening, news stories, etc. After interrupting the content, the subsequent live content needs to be re-accessed into the channel again in a short time, so that the normal operation of the subsequent live is ensured, and the operation also considers the specificity of the live.
Further, in an embodiment, after the step of determining the shutdown content by the network management platform and sending a shutdown instruction corresponding to the shutdown content to the CDN system, the method further includes:
And the CDN system responds to the shutdown instruction, and if the shutdown content is the fragment which is being downloaded by the terminal, the CDN system stops the downloading service of the shutdown content.
In this embodiment, the video content sent by the CDN system is sometimes special, for example, the video is requested by the user on the terminal. The user caches the video on the terminal, and the user can watch at any time point after the video is cached, so that the requirement of watching the video immediately is not met. The user sends requests for caching and downloading videos on the terminal, the CDN system responds to the requests, and then the CDN system provides downloading services, and the videos are downloaded and transmitted to the terminal through slicing. The download is not an instantaneous action, but an action that requires a duration of time. During which time video may slowly go from the CDN system into the terminal. If suspected illegal contents appear in the downloaded video at this time, in order to prevent the illegal contents from flowing into the terminal, the CDN system immediately stops the related downloading service, and the stopping step needs to be executed immediately.
Further, in an embodiment, after the step of stopping the downloading service of the shut-down content by the CDN system, the method further includes:
and if the downloading request of the terminal for the shut-down content is received, the CDN system provides the downloading service through the gasket.
In this embodiment, when the downloading service is interrupted, the video that the user wants to watch may only watch a part of the downloaded content or may not watch the whole video without playing the full download. However, the user cannot know the failure of downloading in time, so the CDN system may provide a downloading service of the shim for a subsequent play request. The content of the shim is different from what the user wants to download, but the content of the shim has been audited in advance. These shims will contain content in a variety of areas and there is no risk of violations, so the CDN system can replace suspected violations with shims. In this case, the subsequent pad will form a new complete video file after downloading, which is distinguishable from the originally interrupted download. This process may deteriorate the user experience because if not differentiated, it may result in a portion of the front being what the user would like to watch while watching the video, and a portion of the rear being the gasket content that is not associated with the front. So that a new video can be formed after the subsequent gasket downloading is completed, and the video is a complete video file and can be directly watched by a user. While viewing the gasket, the user knows that the content which he wants to download is suspected to be illegal and cannot continue to download. After stopping the downloading service, the CDN system sends prompt information to the terminal, the terminal displays information, the specific content of the information is informing the user who is using the terminal to download illegal contents, the downloaded contents of the user are suspected to be illegal, and the suspected illegal contents are determined to be contents which need to be shut down. In this case, the CDN system uses shims to provide the user with subsequent download services. The shims used by CDN systems are pre-configured. The gasket is a video which is already stored when the CDN system and the network management platform are built. The contents of these shims relate to other areas and the contents of the shims have been reviewed prior to storage to determine that the shims are not what needs to be shut down.
The embodiment provides a method for shutting down and recovering CDN content and related equipment, wherein the method comprises the steps that a network management platform determines the content to be shut down and sends a shutting down instruction corresponding to the content to be shut down to a CDN system; the CDN system responds to the shutdown instruction, stops sending the shutdown content to the terminal and sends a gasket to the terminal; when the recovery condition is met, the network management platform sends a recovery instruction corresponding to the shutdown content to the CDN system; and the CDN system responds to the recovery instruction and resumes sending the shut-down content to the terminal. The embodiment can solve the problem that when illegal content appears in CDN content, one-key shutdown and recovery cannot be effectively realized, and the content can be played through a gasket and prompted at a terminal.
