Detailed Description
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for shutting down and recovering CDN content.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a CDN content shutdown and recovery method according to a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method for shutting down and recovering CDN content includes:
step S10, the network management platform determines the shutdown content and sends a shutdown instruction corresponding to the shutdown content to the CDN system;
in this embodiment, the network management platform is a built system, and the system is mainly operated by a network administrator manually. A plurality of functional modules are arranged in the network management platform, and the functions of adding, deleting, modifying and searching CDN content can be realized. Meanwhile, the network management platform also sends related video contents to the CDN system, wherein some videos are videos which need to be played under the normal condition, some videos are videos which are being downloaded, and some videos are contents which are live in channels. The contents need to be controlled by the network management platform by sending corresponding instructions, specifically, the network management platform sends corresponding control instructions to control operations such as sending, withdrawing, modifying and the like of videos inside the CDN system.
The user watches the video played by the terminal, and when the video content violates rules, the playing of the violated content needs to be interrupted. This operation starts with the network management platform, which determines the shutdown content. The determined method can be that a network administrator manually performs screening, or can also be that the inside of a system constructed by the network management platform and the CDN system together performs judgment, and the judgment condition is set when the network management platform and the CDN system are constructed. After determining the shutdown content, the network management platform sends a shutdown instruction to the CDN system, specifically, the network management platform selects content to be shutdown, and then immediately sends a shutdown file to all CDN nodes including the shutdown content, where the CDN nodes belong to an internal structure of the CDN system.
Step S20, the CDN system responds to the shutdown instruction, stops sending the shutdown content to the terminal and sends the gasket to the terminal;
in this embodiment, the response of the CDN system to the shutdown instruction specifically means that a CDN node including shutdown content in the CDN system responds to the shutdown instruction in the shutdown file. Some portion of the code in the shutdown file contains shutdown instructions. The CDN node needs to respond to this portion of the instruction to perform the step of shutting down. For the on-demand content being played, the CDN node may cut off the on-demand content being played, and interrupt the playing of the on-demand content. The terminal that is playing the shutdown content does not play the video before, at this time, the terminal sends the reconnected service request, and the CDN system sends the shim to the terminal, so that the user views the shim within a period of time. The CDN system can prompt the user on the terminal while sending the gasket, so that the user can know that the content just watched is suspected to be illegal and cannot watch continuously.
Step S30, when the recovery condition is satisfied, the network management platform sends a recovery instruction corresponding to the shutdown content to the CDN system;
in this embodiment, after the playing of the shutdown content is interrupted, the CDN system and the network management platform may process the illegal content in various ways, for example, delete a part of fragments suspected of being illegal in the shutdown content, and keep the contents of the other video fragments unchanged. And the audio which violates the rules in the video can be silenced, and mosaic or blurring processing can be adopted for partial pictures. When the processing is completed, a new video is obtained, and after the video is examined and confirmed not to belong to the range needing shutdown, the condition of recovery is met. After the recovery condition is met, the network management platform sends a recovery instruction corresponding to the shutdown content to the CDN system, specifically, the network management platform sends a file including a recovery instruction code to the CDN system, a part of the code in the file is responsible for the recovery function, and after the file is sent to the CDN system, the CDN system needs to wait for the instruction included in the part of the code to be responded to.
Step S40, the CDN system responds to the resume instruction to resume sending the shutdown content to the terminal.
In this embodiment, after receiving the file sent by the network management platform, the CDN system may respond that the file contains a code for the recovery function. After responding to the recovery instruction, the CDN system sends the corresponding shutdown content to the terminal again, where the sent video is a video after the shutdown content is processed. There are many specific processing methods, for example, some fragments suspected of violating the shutdown contents may be deleted, and the contents of the rest video fragments may be kept unchanged. And the audio which violates the rules in the video can be silenced, and mosaic or blurring processing can be adopted for partial pictures. And the CDN system resends the processed video to the terminal for playing. At this time, the prompt message displayed before the terminal is deleted, the playing of the gasket is also interrupted, and the playing of the terminal is recovered to normal.
Further, in an embodiment, after the step of sending the shutdown instruction corresponding to the shutdown content to the CDN system, the method further includes:
if the CDN system does not respond to the shutdown instruction, the network management platform repeatedly sends the shutdown instruction to the CDN system within a first preset time length until the CDN system responds to the shutdown instruction.
In this embodiment, after the network management platform sends the shutdown instruction corresponding to the shutdown content to the CDN system, under a normal condition, the CDN system immediately responds to the shutdown instruction. However, there may be a case where a failure occurs, for example, a case where the CDN system does not respond to the shutdown instruction. There are many reasons why the CDN system does not respond to the shutdown instruction, for example, a hardware part supporting the operation of the CDN system has a fault, and in a specific case, the device is aged, the line connection is unstable, and the device is damaged by the environment or by human beings. When the CDN system is built, the algorithm in the code is improperly used or has a logic error, and the CDN system cannot normally respond to the shutdown instruction sent by the network management platform in this case.
Further, in an embodiment, the step of stopping sending the shutdown content to the terminal and sending the shim to the terminal includes:
if the shutdown content is the content being played by the terminal, the CDN system stops sending the shutdown content to the terminal;
the CDN system receives and responds to a reconnection service request sent by the terminal, and sends the gasket and the prompt message to the terminal.
In this embodiment, the CDN system supports content level shutdown and channel level shutdown. If the content is to be shutdown, the CDN node containing the shutdown content in the CDN system interrupts playing of the shutdown content after responding to the shutdown instruction, and must take effect immediately. When the CDN system interrupts playing of the shutdown content, the terminal needs to have new content to play, and to solve this problem, some shims are stored in the CDN system, and all of the shims are examined in advance, so that the problem of suspected violation does not exist. The spacers have the main function of providing videos for users to watch in the time period after the content which is played by the terminal is suspected to be violated and before the playing is resumed, and the situation that no videos are played on the terminal for a long time is guaranteed. If no video is played for a long time due to illegal contents on the terminal, the experience of the user is seriously influenced, and the user can feed back relatively negative evaluation to software and services depending on the CDN system. The gasket is sent on the premise that the terminal sends a request for reconnection of service, after the terminal sends the request for reconnection of service, the CDN system sends the gasket to the terminal, and meanwhile, the CDN system controls the terminal to display prompt information on the terminal to tell a user that the content just watched by the user is suspected that the violation has been temporarily not watched, and the user needs to watch the gasket for a period of time first and leave the gasket for a background to process the shutdown content of the suspected violation. In effect, the user waits for the replay of the corresponding video slightly. The processing not only improves the functions of the system, but also improves the experience of the user.
If the channel is to be shut down, the CDN stops playing the live broadcast, time shift, and review content in the channel containing the shut-down content after responding to the shut-down instruction sent by the network management platform. Some of the contents of the channels are programs recorded in advance, and for these programs, after the contents needing to be shut down are interrupted, the programs are continuously edited and modified, and after re-editing, the programs still need to be played in time. There is also live content in the channel, such as live evening meetings, news reports, etc. After the content is interrupted, the subsequent live content needs to be accessed into the channel again in a short time, so as to ensure the normal operation of the subsequent live, and such operation also takes into consideration the specificity of the live.
Further, in an embodiment, after the step of determining shutdown content by the network management platform and sending a shutdown instruction corresponding to the shutdown content to the CDN system, the method further includes:
and the CDN system responds to the shutdown instruction, and stops the downloading service of the shutdown content if the shutdown content is a fragment which is being downloaded by the terminal.
In this embodiment, there are sometimes special cases of video content sent by the CDN system, for example, the videos are requested by a user on a terminal. The user caches the video on the terminal, and the user can watch the video at any later time point instead of meeting the requirement of watching the video immediately. The user sends out requests for caching and downloading videos on the terminal, the CDN system can respond to the requests, then the CDN system can provide downloaded services, and the videos are downloaded and transmitted to the terminal through the fragments. Downloading is not an instantaneous action, but an action that needs to last for a period of time. During this time the video will slowly go from the CDN system to the terminal. If the content suspected to be illegal appears in the downloaded video at the moment, the CDN system immediately stops the related downloading service in order to prevent the illegal content from flowing into the terminal, the stopping step needs to be executed immediately, and for the downloaded content, if the content suspected to be illegal cannot respond in time and does stopping action, the content suspected to be illegal can easily enter the terminal, and the user can receive the illegal video content, thereby causing bad influence.
Further, in an embodiment, after the step of stopping the downloading service of the shutdown content by the CDN system, the method further includes:
and if a downloading request of the terminal aiming at the shutdown content is received, the CDN system provides a downloading service through a gasket.
In this embodiment, after the downloading service is interrupted, the video that the user wants to watch is not played and is completely downloaded, only a part of the downloaded content may be watched, and the whole video may not be watched. However, the user cannot know the failure of downloading in time, so the CDN system provides the downloading service of the shim for the subsequent play request. The content of the shim is not the same as what the user wants to download, but the content of the shim has been previously reviewed. These shims will contain content in various domains and there is no risk of violations, so the CDN system can replace the content suspected of violations with shims. In this case, subsequent pads will form a new complete video file after downloading, distinguished from the originally interrupted downloaded content. If the user does not distinguish the content, the user wants to watch the content in the former part and the pad content which is not related to the former part when the user watches the video, so that the user experience is deteriorated. Therefore, after the downloading of the subsequent gasket is completed, a new video is formed, and the video is a complete video file and can be directly watched by a user. While watching the gasket, the user can know that the content which the user wants to download is suspected of violating the rule, and the user cannot continue downloading the content. The CDN system is required to send prompt information to the terminal after stopping downloading service, the terminal can display the information, the specific content of the information is used for informing a user who uses the terminal to download illegal contents, the contents downloaded by the user are suspected to be illegal, and the illegal contents are determined to be the contents needing to be shut down. In this case, the CDN system uses shims to provide the user with subsequent download services. The shims used by the CDN system are pre-configured. The shim is a video which is stored when the CDN system and the network management platform are built. The contents of these pads relate to other areas and the contents of the pads have been reviewed prior to storage to determine that the pads are not the ones that need to be shut down.
The embodiment provides a method for shutting down and recovering CDN content and related equipment, wherein the method comprises the steps that a network management platform determines shutdown content, and sends a shutdown instruction corresponding to the shutdown content to a CDN system; the CDN system responds to the shutdown instruction, stops sending the shutdown content to the terminal and sends a gasket to the terminal; when the recovery condition is met, the network management platform sends a recovery instruction corresponding to the shutdown content to the CDN system; and the CDN system responds to the recovery instruction and recovers to send the shutdown content to the terminal. The embodiment can solve the problem that one-key shutdown and recovery cannot be effectively realized when illegal content appears in CDN content, and can also keep the content playing through the gasket and prompt at the terminal.
