Technical Field

Background
The deep foundation pit refers to an engineering with the excavation depth of more than 5 meters, or the excavation depth of less than 5 meters, but particularly complex geological conditions, surrounding environment and underground pipelines; the foundation pit engineering is to excavate an underground space downwards from the ground, and a vertical retaining enclosure structure is generally arranged around a deep foundation pit; due to the structural characteristics of the deep foundation pit, water is easy to accumulate in the deep foundation pit, and a drainage structure is needed for draining water to the deep foundation pit.
The drainage structure in the prior art has a simple and crude structure and poor structural stability, and is easy to fall off during installation; moreover, when water is drained, the pipeline is easy to block, thereby affecting the drainage efficiency; meanwhile, the outer side of the drain pipe is easily polluted by sewage, so that the cleaning is inconvenient, and the service life of the drain pipe is influenced, therefore, the design of the deep foundation pit drainage structure and the use method thereof are necessary.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a deep foundation pit drainage structure and a using method thereof, wherein the drainage structure is firm and stable in overall structure and convenient to install; when in use, the water draining device has good water draining effect and effectively improves the water draining efficiency; simultaneously, have good clean function, be convenient for clean the drain pipe, be favorable to prolonging the life of drain pipe.

a deep foundation pit drainage structure comprises a bearing underframe, a mounting assembly, a protective casing, a drainage pump station, a water inlet pipe, a water pipe storage frame, a rolling motor, a cleaning assembly, a drainage pipe and a impurity filtering assembly, one side of the top end surface of the bearing underframe is provided with a drainage pump station, one end of the drainage pump station is provided with a water inlet pipe, the other side of the top end surface of the bearing underframe is fixedly provided with a water pipe containing frame, the outer side of the water pipe containing frame is provided with a drain pipe, one end of the water inlet pipe penetrates through the water pipe storage frame to be connected with the water outlet pipe, one end of the water pipe storage frame is fixedly provided with a rolling motor, the outer side of the water pipe storage frame is provided with a cleaning component, the cleaning assembly is connected with a drain pipe, one end of the bottom of the drain pipe is connected with a impurity filtering assembly, and the end faces of the two sides of the bearing underframe are both provided with mounting assemblies;

A use method of a deep foundation pit drainage structure comprises the following steps:
step S1: the bearing underframe is fixedly installed above the top of the deep foundation pit through the installation assembly, the positioning base plate is rotated, after a first adsorption magnetic block on the end face of the positioning base plate is separated from a second adsorption magnetic block inside the adsorption groove, the positioning base plate is turned over with the bearing underframe through the folding hinge, the bearing underframe is placed on the end face of the top of the deep foundation pit, and a bolt with a proper specification penetrates through a positioning hole on the end face of the positioning base plate to be fixedly connected with the end face of the deep foundation pit, so that the bearing underframe is fixedly installed on the end face of the top of the deep foundation pit, and the firmness and stability of the bearing underframe can be improved through the counterweight plate;
step S2: the drain pipe is lowered through the water pipe storage frame and the winding motor, so that the impurity filtering component at the bottom of the drain pipe is in contact with the bottom of the liquid level of the foundation pit, and when the drainage pump station in the protective shell works, water sucked by the drain pipe and the impurity filtering component is discharged through the drainage pump station through the water inlet pipe; the rolling motor outside the water pipe containing frame works, the rolling shaft inside the water pipe containing frame is driven to rotate through the transmission shaft, so that the drain pipe inside the water pipe containing frame is released, the drain pipe slides with the cleaning knife sleeve and the guide cover, the position of the drain pipe is changed along with the continuous release of the drain pipe, the guide rail work is adjusted, the guide rail sliding block is driven to move, the guide rail sliding block drives the cleaning knife sleeve and the guide cover to move through the bearing rod, so that the impurity filtering component can move to a proper position, the drainage pump station works, water can be pumped through the impurity filtering component through the water inlet pipe and the drain pipe, after water flow inside a deep foundation pit enters the inside of the filter cylinder, the water flow is filtered through the second metal filter screen and the first metal filter screen, sand and stone particles can be effectively filtered, impurities can be effectively filtered through the sponge filter screen, and the water flow is conveyed to the water inlet pipe through the drain pipe, then the water is discharged to the outside through a water discharge pump station;

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the drainage structure has firm and stable integral structure and is convenient to install; when the drainage device is used, the drainage effect can be good through the drainage pipe and the impurity filtering component, and impurities are prevented from blocking a pipeline after water flow is filtered, so that the drainage efficiency is effectively improved; simultaneously, can have good clean function to the drain pipe through clean subassembly, be convenient for clean the drain pipe to make the drain pipe after the cleanness accomodate the frame through the water pipe and accomodate, be favorable to prolonging the life of drain pipe.

One side of the top end face of the bearing underframe 1 is provided with a protective casing 3 through screw fixation, and the drainage pump station 4 is arranged on the inner side of the protective casing 3 through screw fixation, and the protective casing 3 can have good protective effect on the drainage pump station 4.
The transmission shaft is installed to the one end of rolling motor 7, and the one end of transmission shaft is connected with the one end rolling axle that frame 6 was accomodate to the water pipe, makes the water pipe accomodate frame 6 through rolling motor 7 and can carry out electronic rolling, improves the convenience of rolling.
One side of the water pipe containing frame 6 is fixedly provided with a water storage tank 86, one end of the water storage tank 86 is connected with a water supply pipe 87, and the other end of the water supply pipe 87 is fixedly connected with a cleaning spray head 88.
The impurity filtering component 10 comprises a filter cartridge 101, a sponge filter element 102, a first metal filter screen 103 and a second metal filter screen 104, wherein the filter cartridge 101 is fixedly arranged on the bottom end face of the drain pipe 9, the sponge filter element 102 is fixedly arranged at the top of the inner side of the filter cartridge 101, the first metal filter screen 103 is fixedly arranged in the center of the inner side of the filter cartridge 101, and the second metal filter screen 104 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the inner side of the filter cartridge 101; can have good filtering effect, thereby improving the drainage effect.
The mounting assembly 2 comprises folding hinges 21, a positioning base plate 22, positioning holes 23, first adsorption magnetic blocks 24, adsorption grooves 25 and second adsorption magnetic blocks 26, two folding hinges 21 are fixedly mounted on the end face of one side of the bearing underframe 1, the positioning base plate 22 is fixedly mounted on the outer sides of the two folding hinges 21, the two positioning holes 23 are formed in the end face of the positioning base plate 22, the first adsorption magnetic block 24 is fixedly mounted in the center of the end face of the bottom of the positioning base plate 22, the adsorption grooves 25 are formed in the end face of the bottom of the bearing underframe 1, the second adsorption magnetic blocks 26 are fixedly mounted on the end face of the adsorption grooves 25, and the first adsorption magnetic blocks 24 are magnetically connected with the second adsorption magnetic blocks 26; the center of the bottom end face of the bearing underframe 1 is fixedly provided with a counterweight plate 27, so that the structural stability of the bearing underframe 1 is improved; can install bearing chassis 1 fixedly through installation component 2, improve the stability of structure.
A use method of a deep foundation pit drainage structure comprises the following steps:
step S1: the bearing underframe 1 is fixedly installed above the top of the deep foundation pit through the installation assembly 2, the positioning base plate 22 is rotated, after the first adsorption magnetic block 24 on the end face of the positioning base plate 22 is separated from the second adsorption magnetic block 26 in the adsorption groove 25, the positioning base plate 22 is turned over with the bearing underframe 1 through the folding hinge 21, the bearing underframe 1 is placed on the end face of the top of the deep foundation pit, and a bolt with a proper specification penetrates through the positioning hole 23 on the end face of the positioning base plate 22 to be connected and fixed with the end face of the deep foundation pit, so that the bearing underframe 1 is fixedly installed on the end face of the top of the deep foundation pit, and the firmness and stability of the bearing underframe 1 can be improved through the counterweight plate 27;
step S2: the drain pipe 9 is lowered through the water pipe storage frame 6 and the winding motor 7, so that the impurity filtering component 10 at the bottom of the drain pipe 9 is in contact with the bottom of the liquid level of the foundation pit, and when the drainage pump station 4 in the protective shell 3 works, water sucked by the drain pipe 9 and the impurity filtering component 10 is discharged through the drainage pump station 4 through the water inlet pipe 5; the rolling motor 7 outside the water pipe containing frame 6 works, a rolling shaft inside the water pipe containing frame 6 is driven to rotate through a transmission shaft, so that the drain pipe 9 inside the water pipe containing frame 6 is released, the drain pipe 9, the cleaning knife sleeve 84 and the guide cover 85 slide, the position of the drain pipe 9 is changed along with continuous release of the drain pipe 9, the guide rail 81 is adjusted to work, the guide rail slider 82 is driven to move, the guide rail slider 82 drives the cleaning knife sleeve 84 and the guide cover 85 to move through the bearing rod 83, so that the impurity filtering component 10 can move to a proper position, the drain pump station 4 works, water can be pumped through the impurity filtering component 10 through the water inlet pipe 5 and the drain pipe 9, water inside a deep foundation pit enters the inside of the filter cylinder 101 and is filtered through the second metal filter screen 104 and the first metal filter screen 103, and sand particles can be effectively filtered, impurities can be effectively filtered through the sponge filter element 102, so that water flow is conveyed to the water inlet pipe 5 through the water discharge pipe 9 and then discharged to the outside through the water discharge pump station 4;
