Detailed Description
A laundry treating apparatus, a control method thereof, a device thereof, and a computer storage medium according to the present invention will be explained and explained in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As illustrated in fig. 1, some embodiments of the present invention can provide a control method of a laundry treating apparatus having a structure that a drum or the like generally has. The control method of the laundry treating apparatus may include, but is not limited to, the following steps.
Step S100, detecting the actual height value of the clothes placed in the inner drum. As shown in FIG. 2, the step of detecting the actual height value of the laundry placed in the drum in one or more embodiments of the present invention includes, but is not limited to, the following steps S101-S103.
In step S101, a first distance value between the height measuring device and the bottom surface of the inner cylinder is read, where the first distance value can be understood as a maximum value that can be detected by the height measuring device when no clothes block exists (for example, in the case of an empty cylinder), and the first distance value is a fixed value obtained by measurement in advance and stored in a memory.
Step S102, measuring a second distance value between the height measuring device and the clothes after placing the clothes; in some embodiments of the present invention, the step of measuring the second distance value between the height measuring device and the laundry may include, but is not limited to: controlling the inner cylinder to rotate, and acquiring a plurality of temporary detection values of the height measuring device according to the set frequency in the process of rotating the inner cylinder.
Step S103, an actual height value is determined based on the first distance value and the second distance value. The actual height value may be, for example, the difference between the first distance value and the second distance value, that is, the height value of the laundry can be obtained by the distance between the height measuring device and the bottom surface of the drum and the distance between the height measuring device and the upper surface of the laundry, and the height of the laundry is preferably measured and calculated by using the highest point of the laundry in the drum.
Step S200, a target water level height value corresponding to the determined actual height value is acquired. In some embodiments of the invention, a corresponding relation table between the actual height value and the target water level height value can be stored in a memory, and the target water level height value corresponding to the current actual height value is obtained by looking up the table; or the controller is used for calculating to obtain a target water level height value corresponding to the actual height value based on a preset functional relation, so that the target water level height value corresponding to the current actual height value is calculated through a function. In other embodiments of the present invention, the actual height value is in a certain data interval, and all values in the data interval correspond to a fixed target water level height value, for example, all values in the actual height value interval of 30-35 cm may correspond to a target water level height value of 36 cm.
In step S300, the water inlet of the clothes treatment device can be controlled by the controller body, so that the water level in the inner drum reaches a target water level height value. The step of controlling the water supply of the laundry treating apparatus according to some embodiments of the present invention may include, but is not limited to, the following steps S301 and S302.
Step S301, monitoring the water level in the inner drum in the water inlet process of the clothes treatment equipment to obtain a real-time detection value. Wherein the water level monitoring process may include detecting at a certain period, for example, twice every 1 s. In some improved embodiments of the present invention, the actual height value and the real-time detection value are obtained by using the same height measuring device, the height measuring device is an ultrasonic sensor or a laser sensor or an infrared sensor or a radar sensor, and the height measuring device is preferably an ultrasonic sensor with relatively low cost.
The clothes treatment equipment of some embodiments of the invention is a washing machine, the ultrasonic sensor is preferably arranged below a control platform of the washing machine and can be obliquely aligned with the inside of the barrel, and the sound wave transmitting end of the ultrasonic sensor faces the bottom surface of the inner barrel. As shown in fig. 3, some embodiments of the present invention determine a target water level height Hs by detecting the height (i.e., the actual height) of the laundry in the tub using the ultrasonic sensor, then control the laundry treatment apparatus to supply water, and detect the water level (i.e., the real-time detection value) after the water is supplied using the ultrasonic sensor while the water is supplied, thereby determining whether the water supply reaches a desired level (i.e., whether the real-time water level height Hc reaches the target water level height Hs). Wherein, ultrasonic sensor utilizes ultrasonic wave transmission and receiving time difference to confirm and inner tube bottom surface distance, and clothing upper surface distance etc. and ultrasonic sensor's specific model can be selected according to actual conditions, and ultrasonic sensor's concrete theory of operation this embodiment is no longer repeated.
Step S302, comparing the real-time detection value with a target water level height value; as shown in fig. 3, when the real-time detection value (real-time water level height Hc) is greater than or equal to the target water level height Hs, the clothes treatment device is controlled to stop water inflow, which indicates that the target water level is reached, and then the clothes treatment device can start washing after water inflow is stopped; otherwise, the real-time water level height value Hc is still smaller than the target water level height value Hs, water continues to enter, and the method returns to detect a new real-time water level height value Hc again. On the basis of what the invention has provided, the solutions that can be obtained also include: the other relation between the real-time detection value and the target water level height value is used as a condition for stopping water inflow, for example, when the absolute value of the difference between the real-time detection value and the target water level height value is smaller than a set value, the set value can be 2cm, namely, the water is stopped when the real-time detection value is lower than or higher than the target water level height value within the range of 2cm, and at the moment, the water in the inner drum can meet the requirement of washing clothes.
Further embodiments of the present invention can provide a control device of a clothes treating apparatus, the control device of the clothes treating apparatus includes, but is not limited to, a processor and a memory, the processor is used for implementing the steps of the control method of the clothes treating apparatus in any embodiment of the present invention when executing the computer program stored in the memory.
