Preferably, the surface brushing mechanism, the internal adsorption mechanism and the driving mechanism are arranged in a vertical mirror image mode through a transverse central axis of the box body. Preferably, the second adsorption hole is a funnel-shaped through hole with a large outer hole and a small inner hole. The contact surface between the outer side holes of the adsorption holes and particles such as fibers, impurities, dust and the like can be effectively increased, so that the adsorption is more efficient and thorough, and the inner side holes of the adsorption holes are small, so that the adsorption capacity can be effectively increased.
