A pipeline transferring and hoisting device for municipal pipeline construction comprises a fixed seat (1), and is characterized in that a support frame (2) is welded at the right side position of the upper part of the fixed seat (1); the upper part of the support frame (2) is welded with a fixed frame (3); a fixed pulley (4) is arranged at the right lower part of the fixed frame (3); a connecting rope (5) is arranged on the lower side of the positioning ring wheel; the lower part of the connecting rope (5) is provided with an adjustable pipeline clamping frame structure (6); a hoisting rope (7) is arranged at the upper part of the connecting rope (5); the hoisting rope (7) passes through the fixed pulley (4); a guide driving frame structure (8) is arranged at the right lower included angle of the supporting frame (2) and the fixing frame (3); a storage battery (9) is arranged at the left upper included angle of the fixed seat (1) and the support frame (2) through a bolt; the bolt at the upper left side of the fixed seat (1) is arranged on the push rod (10); wheel carriers (11) are respectively welded on the front side and the rear side of the left lower part of the fixed seat (1); the lower side of the wheel carrier (11) is coupled with a driving wheel (12); a driving motor (13) is installed on the other side of the wheel carrier (11) through a bolt; the front part and the rear part of the right lower side of the fixed seat (1) are welded with adjustable reinforced bracket structures (14); the upper part of the adjustable reinforced bracket structure (14) is provided with a protective frame structure (15) convenient to disassemble; the front side screw of the storage battery (9) is provided with an operation button (16); the adjustable reinforcing support structure (14) comprises transverse frames (141), and the transverse frames (141) are welded on the front side and the rear side of the lower part of the fixed seat (1); positioning slots (142) are formed in the front side and the rear side of the transverse frame (141); the right side of the inside of the transverse frame (141) is inserted with an extension bracket (143); and the front end and the rear end of the left side of the extension bracket (143) are provided with limiting slide blocks (144) through bolts.

The pipeline transferring and hoisting device for municipal pipeline construction according to claim 1, wherein the adjustable pipeline clamp mounting structure (6) comprises a hoisting insertion frame (61), and hoisting rings (62) are welded to the left and right sides of the upper part of the hoisting insertion frame (61); the hoisting ring (62) is tied with the connecting rope (5); the left side and the right side of the interior of the hoisting insertion frame (61) are inserted with transverse insertion rods (63); the middle position of the front side of the transverse inserted rod (63) is respectively provided with an adjusting hole (64); the left side and the right side of the front part of the hoisting insertion frame (61) are in threaded connection with adjusting bolts (65); a hanging rope (66) is arranged on one side of the transverse inserted rod (63) far away from the hoisting inserted frame (61); the lower part of the hanging rope (66) is provided with an X-shaped clamping frame (67), the lower part of the X-shaped clamping frame (67) is arc-shaped, the center of the X-shaped clamping frame (67) is in shaft joint, and the lower part of the inner side of the X-shaped clamping frame (67) is glued with a rubber anti-skid pad.

The pipeline transferring and hoisting device for municipal pipeline construction according to claim 1, wherein the removable protective frame structure (15) comprises an inverted U-shaped plate (151), and the inverted U-shaped plate (151) is placed on the upper outer side of the extension bracket (143); the front side of the inverted U-shaped plate (151) is in threaded connection with a fixing bolt (152).

The pipeline transferring and hoisting device for municipal pipeline construction according to claim 1, wherein the guide driving frame structure (8) comprises a reinforcing frame (81), and a conveying frame (82) is embedded in the upper part of the reinforcing frame (81); a winding motor (84) is mounted on a bolt on the left side of the upper part of the reinforcing frame (81); the output shaft of the winding motor (84) is connected with a winding roller (85) through a key.
5. The pipeline transferring and hoisting device for municipal pipeline construction according to claim 2, wherein the adjusting bolt (65) is threadedly connected to the adjusting hole (64).
6. The pipeline transferring and hoisting device for municipal pipeline construction according to claim 4, wherein guide wheels (83) are coupled to the upper and lower portions of the inside of the conveying frame (82).
7. The pipeline transferring and hoisting device for municipal pipeline construction according to claim 1, wherein the limiting slider (144) is inserted inside the positioning slot (142).
8. The pipeline transferring and hoisting device for municipal pipeline construction according to claim 3, wherein the upper part of the inverted U-shaped plate (151) is bolted with a transverse bolster (153).
9. The pipeline transporting and hoisting device for municipal pipeline construction according to claim 3, wherein the upper bolt of the transverse pad frame (153) is provided with a rubber pad (154).
10. The pipeline transferring and hoisting device for municipal pipeline construction according to claim 4, wherein the reinforcing frame (81) is bolted to the lower right corner of the supporting frame (2) and the fixed frame (3).
