As shown in fig. 1 to 14, the automatic four-side bag sealing machine with integrated packaging comprises a frame body 1, wherein a first support plate 2 is fixed on the inner wall of one end of the frame body 1, a second support plate 3 is fixed on the inner wall of the middle part of the frame body 1, a conveying groove 4 is formed in a gap between the first support plate 2 and the second support plate 3, a first belt conveying mechanism 5 is arranged inside the conveying groove 4, and the first belt conveying mechanism 5 is used for conveying a sealed object between the first support plate 2 and the second support plate 3; a second conveying belt mechanism 6 is arranged on one side, away from the conveying groove 4, of the second supporting plate 3, the first conveying belt mechanism 5 and the second conveying belt mechanism 6 are fixed on the frame body 1, and the first conveying belt mechanism 5 and the second conveying belt mechanism 6 both comprise a conveying belt 7 and a driving motor 8; the top of the second supporting plate 3 is provided with a vertically through film feeding groove 9, one side of the frame body 1 close to the first supporting plate 2 is provided with a film placing mechanism for placing a film 15, and the frame body 1 is provided with a guide mechanism for guiding the film 15 to vertically penetrate through the film feeding groove 9; the top of the first supporting plate 2 is provided with a first pushing mechanism for pushing the packaged objects to the top surface of the second supporting plate 3, the top of the second supporting plate 3 is provided with a second pushing mechanism for pushing the packaged objects into the film 15, one side of the second supporting plate 3, which is far away from the conveying groove 4, is provided with a first sealing and cutting mechanism for sealing and cutting one side of the packaged objects, which is close to the film inlet, and two sides of the second conveying belt mechanism 6 are provided with two side sealing and cutting mechanisms for sealing and cutting the films 15 on two sides of the packaged objects; when the four-side bag sealing machine works, two layers of plastic films 15 are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of a packaged object during bag sealing, four-side sealing and cutting are carried out, the operation is complex, more leftover materials are generated after sealing and cutting, the waste amount of the films 15 is large, and the packaging cost is high, the technical scheme can solve the problems, and the specific working mode is as follows, the packaged object is conveyed between a first supporting plate 2 and a second supporting plate 3 through a first belt conveying mechanism 5, the packaged object on the first conveying mechanism is pushed to the top surface of the second supporting plate 3 through starting a first pushing mechanism, then the packaged object is pushed to a second conveying belt mechanism 6 through a second pushing mechanism, the second conveying belt mechanism 6 and the second pushing mechanism move synchronously, and in the process of packaging and moving, one side of the packaged object pushes the films 15, so that the films 15 move along with the packaged object, the film 15 is wrapped on the upper side and the lower side of the packaging object in a U shape, in the process of wrapping the packaging object, the film 15 is synchronously conveyed into the frame body 1 through the guide mechanism, so that the film 15 can vertically penetrate through the film inlet groove 9, when the packaging object impacts the film 15, the contact area with the packaging object is increased, the film 15 can be uniformly stressed in the wrapping process, the situation that the film 15 is broken is prevented, the integrity of the film 15 is favorably maintained, after the film 15 wraps the packaging object, one side of the packaging object close to a film inlet is subjected to high-temperature sealing and cutting through the first sealing and cutting mechanism, the film 15 separated from the packaging object after sealing and cutting is bonded together again, the generation of waste materials is reduced, the next packaging object is conveniently wrapped, the continuity of the packaging operation is favorably maintained, the packaging cost is favorably reduced, and then the other two sides of the packaging object are sealed and cut through the two side sealing and cutting mechanisms, and finally, the packaging material is conveyed to the next processing device through the second conveying belt mechanism 6, so that the automation degree is high, and the operation is convenient and fast.
As a further embodiment of the invention, the film placing mechanism comprises two film placing frames 10, the two film placing frames 10 are both fixed on the outer wall of one end of the frame body 1 close to the first supporting plate 2, the film placing rollers 11 are rotatably connected to the film placing frames 10, a first motor 13 is fixed on the outer wall of the film placing frames 10, first belt pulleys 12 are coaxially fixed on the output shafts of the first motor 13 and the rotating shafts of the film placing rollers 11, and first transmission belts 14 are sleeved on the outer sides of the two first belt pulleys 12 together; during operation, support putting membrane roller 11 through putting membrane frame 10 to after the encapsulation object contacts film 15, through synchronous start first motor 13, drive one of them first belt pulley 12 and rotate, drive two first belt pulley 12 synchronous rotations under the drive of first drive belt 14, thereby drive and put membrane roller 11 and rotate, thereby relax and put the film 15 on membrane roller 11, be favorable to making film 15 can be along with encapsulation object synchronous movement and parcel in the both sides of encapsulation object.
As a further embodiment of the present invention, the guiding mechanism comprises two first conveying rollers 16 and two second conveying rollers 17, the two first conveying rollers 16 are respectively disposed at the upper and lower sides of the film feeding groove 9, the two second conveying rollers 17 are respectively disposed at the corresponding film placing frame 10 side, and both the first conveying rollers 16 and the second conveying rollers 17 are rotatably connected to the frame body 1; during operation, guide the removal orbit of film 15 through setting up first conveying roller 16 and second conveying roller 17 for film 15 can vertically run through into membrane groove 9, and when encapsulation thing striking film 15, the area of contact of increase and encapsulation thing, thereby make film 15 at the in-process of parcel, can even atress, prevent that the broken condition of film 15 from taking place, is favorable to maintaining the integrality of film 15.
As a further embodiment of the present invention, a buffer mechanism for buffering the film 15 during moving is disposed between the two second conveying rollers 17, the buffer mechanism includes two third conveying rollers 18 and one buffer roller 19, both ends of the buffer roller 19 are rotatably connected with a turnover bar 20, one side of the turnover bar 20 is fixed with a rotating rod 21, the rotating rod 21 is rotatably connected to the frame body 1, a torsion spring 22 is sleeved on an outer wall of the rotating rod 21, one end of the torsion spring 22 is fixed to the frame body 1, the other end of the torsion spring 22 is fixed to the turnover bar 20, the two third conveying rollers 18 are respectively disposed at two sides above the buffer roller 19, and both the two third conveying rollers 18 are rotatably connected to the frame body 1; when in work, in the process of driving the film 15 to move by the packaging object, if the discharging speed of the film 15 is slower than the moving speed of the packaging object, this solution, which may lead to the film 15 being broken by the packaging, solves the above problem, in particular by operating as follows, in the process of conveying the film 15, by providing the buffer roller 19 and the two third conveying rollers 18, the film 15 is caused to bypass the outer sides of the two third conveying rollers 18 and the buffer roller 19, during the process of pulling the film 15, the turning strip 20 is under the action of the torsion spring 22, so that the buffer roller 19 plays a role of elastic pulling on the film 15, when the speed of the film 15 driven by the encapsulant is too high, the flip strip 20 is pulled to drive the buffer roller 19 to move upwards, so as to play a buffer role, and further maintain the integrity of the film 15 in the sealing and cutting process.
As a further embodiment of the invention, the first pushing mechanism comprises a first air cylinder 23, the first air cylinder 23 is fixed on the top surface of the first supporting plate 2, and a pushing plate 24 is fixed at the tail end of a piston rod of the first air cylinder 23; during operation, when the packaging object moves between the first supporting plate 2 and the second supporting plate 3, the packaging object is pushed by starting the first air cylinder 23, so that the packaging object moves to the second supporting plate 3, and the plurality of packaging objects can be pushed to the second supporting plate 3 by pushing for many times, so that the state of array distribution is formed, a square body of a bag package is formed, and the synchronous packaging of the plurality of array distributed packaging objects is facilitated.
As a further embodiment of the present invention, the second pushing mechanism includes two guide rails 25, the two guide rails 25 are respectively fixed on two sides of the frame body 1, an equipment box 26 is connected between the two guide rails 25 in a sliding manner, a second cylinder 27 is fixed on one side of the equipment box 26, the end of the second cylinder 27 is fixed on the frame body 1, L-shaped stop levers 28 are symmetrically fixed on two sides of the bottom surface of the equipment box 26, pushing bars 29 are arranged above the two stop levers 28, a third cylinder 30 is fixedly installed inside the equipment box 26, the end of an output rod of the third cylinder 30 penetrates through the equipment box 26 and then is fixed on the top surface of the pushing bar 29, and the third cylinder 30 is fixed at the bottom of the equipment box 26; in operation, when the package is completely moved to the top surface of the second supporting plate 3, by starting the third cylinder 30, the piston rod of the third cylinder 30 pushes the pushing strip 29, so that the pushing strip 29 moves downward to one side of the package, and then, by starting the second cylinder 27, the equipment box 26 is pushed to move between the two guide rails 25, the limiting rod 28 and the pushing strip 29 move synchronously, and the package is pushed by the pushing strip 29 to move to one side close to the film 15, and the two sides of the package distributed in an array are limited by the limiting rod 28, so that the package is wrapped between the two limiting rods 28 and the pushing strip 29, which is beneficial to maintaining the stability of the package in the moving process.
As a further embodiment of the present invention, the first sealing and cutting mechanism includes a first sealing and cutting knife 31 and a first chute 32, the first chute 32 is disposed on the second support plate 3, the first chute 32 is located right below the first sealing and cutting knife 31, a first moving strip 33 is slidably connected inside the first chute 32, a plurality of fourth cylinders 34 are fixed on opposite sides of the first moving strip 33 and the first sealing and cutting knife 31, and the plurality of fourth cylinders 34 are fixed on the frame body 1 through connecting seats; during operation, after the packaging object completely moves to the top surface of the second conveying belt mechanism 6, the fourth cylinder 34 is started to push the first sealing cutter 31 and the first jacking strip 33 to move oppositely, one side of the packaging object close to the film inlet is subjected to high-temperature sealing cutting through the first sealing cutter 31, the film 15 separated from the packaging object after sealing cutting is bonded together again, the generation of waste materials is reduced, the next packaging object is convenient to wrap, the continuity of packaging operation is favorably maintained, and the packaging cost is favorably reduced.
As a further embodiment of the present invention, the two-side sealing and cutting mechanism includes two second sealing and cutting knives 35, the two second sealing and cutting knives 35 are respectively disposed at two sides of the second conveyor belt mechanism 6, a fifth cylinder 36 is jointly fixed between the top of the second sealing and cutting knife 35 and the frame body 1, and a pre-positioning mechanism is disposed right below the second sealing and cutting knife 35, and is used for pre-positioning the films 15 at two sides of the sealed object; during operation, firstly, the film 15 on the two sides of the packaging object is prepositioned by starting the prepositioning mechanism, so that the sealed and cut film 15 can be close to the packaging object, then, the fifth cylinder 36 is started to push the second sealing cutter 35 to seal and cut the two sides of the film 15 in the mouth shape state, and the packaging objects distributed in an array are completely wrapped, so that the packaging effect on the packaging object is completed.
As a further embodiment of the present invention, the pre-positioning mechanism includes a pre-positioning plate 37 and two supporting bars 38, the two supporting bars 38 are respectively disposed at two sides of the second conveying belt mechanism 6, two ends of the supporting bars 38 are both fixed on the frame body 1, a second sliding chute 39 is disposed on the top surface of the supporting bars 38, the second sliding chute 39 is located right below the second sealing cutter 35, a sixth cylinder 40 is fixed at the top of the pre-positioning plate 37, the top of the sixth cylinder 40 is fixed on the frame body 1, first connecting rods 41 are fixed at two sides of the pre-positioning plate 37, first racks 42 are fixed at one sides of the two first connecting rods 41, first gears 43 are engaged at one sides of the two first racks 42, the two first gears 43 are rotatably connected to the frame body 1, second gears 44 are engaged at the other sides of the two first gears 43, second connecting rods 45 are fixed at the bottoms of the two second racks 44, side limiting plates 46 are fixed at the end parts of the two second connecting rods 45 together, and the side limiting plates 46 are connected inside the corresponding second sliding chutes 39 in a sliding manner; during operation, the sixth air cylinder 40 is started to push the pre-positioning plate 37 to move downwards, the pre-positioning plate 37 drives the first connecting rod 41 and the first rack 42 to move downwards, so as to drive the first gear 43 to rotate, the first gear 43 drives the second rack 44 to move upwards, the second rack 44 drives the side limiting plate 46 to move upwards under the connecting action of the second connecting rod 45, the top of the packaging object is pressed through the pre-positioning plate 37, the film 15 at the top of the packaging object is pressed and positioned, the films 15 at two sides of the packaging object are jacked up and smoothed out flat through the upward movement of the side limiting plate 46, and the stability of the films 15 in the sealing and cutting process is favorably maintained.
As a further embodiment of the invention, a flattening pressing mechanism for flattening and pressing the plastic film 15 on the top of the package is arranged on the bottom surface of the pre-positioning plate 37, the flattening pressing mechanism comprises two flattening rollers 47 and an elastic pressing plate 48, both ends of each flattening roller 47 are rotatably connected with fixing plates 49, the tops of the fixing plates 49 are fixed on the bottom surface of the pre-positioning plate 37, third belt pulleys 50 are coaxially fixed on the end portions of the two flattening rollers 47, a second transmission belt 51 is commonly sleeved between the two third belt pulleys 50, one side of one third belt pulley 50 is coaxially fixed with a second gear 52, one side of the second gear 52 is meshed with a third gear 53, one side of the third gear 53 is rotatably connected with a connecting sheet 54, the connecting sheet 54 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the pre-positioning plate 37, one side of the third gear 53 is meshed with a third rack 55, the third rack 55 is fixed on the side wall of the second sealing cutter 35, the elastic pressing plate 48 is arranged below the pre-positioning plate 37, two yielding grooves 56 are formed in the surface of the elastic pressing plate 48, the flattening rollers 47 are inserted into the corresponding yielding grooves 56, a plurality of springs 57 are jointly fixed between the top of the elastic pressing plate 48 and the bottom surface of the pre-positioning plate 37, pressing strips 58 are fixed on two sides of the elastic pressing plate 48, pushing blocks 59 are arranged above the pressing strips 58, and the pushing blocks 59 are fixed on the side wall of the second sealing cutter 35; when the film packaging machine works, in the process that the pre-positioning plate 37 moves downwards, the flattening rollers 47 firstly contact the top of the film 15 to compress the film 15, in the process that the second sealing cutter 35 continues to move downwards, the third rack 55 is driven to move downwards, the third rack 55 drives the third gear 53 to rotate, the third gear 53 drives the second gear 52 to rotate, the second gear 52 drives the third belt pulley 50 coaxially fixed with the third gear to rotate, the third belt pulley 50 drives the other third belt pulley 50 to rotate under the transmission action of the second rotating belt, so that the flattening rollers 47 synchronously rotate, the flattening rollers 47 on the two sides of the packaging object pull the film 15 on the top of the packaging object to flatten the film 15 towards the two sides, the second sealing cutter 35 continues to move downwards, when the pushing block 59 impacts the pressing strip 58, the pressing strip 58 drives the elastic pressing plate 48 to move downwards, make the contact of elastic pressure strip 48 and the film 15 at top, compress tightly the location to the film 15 at top, the rolling contact who will smooth roller 47 and film 15 adjusts the face contact for elastic pressure strip 48 and film 15, be favorable to fixing a position film 15 after smoothing, maintain film 15 and seal the stability of cutting the in-process, after sealing and cutting the completion, at the in-process that seals cutting plate rebound, promote piece 59 and break away from elastic pressure strip 48, under spring 57's pulling effect, drive elastic pressure strip 48 rebound, in time reset.
