This arrangement of the sealing lips 324, 322 is easily deformed to form a good seal. In the present application, one or more first side sealing lips 322 may be provided in the vertical direction to increase the sealing performance.
In one embodiment, the second side sealing lip 324 is connected to the top sealing lip 323 and forms a sealing cavity 325 with the snap body 31. This manner of connecting the second side sealing lip 324 to the top sealing lip 323 provides better cushioning of the lift glass 4. For example, during the upward movement of the lift glass 4, the upper end surface of the lift glass 4 abuts against the connection of the second side seal lip 324 and the top seal lip 323, and a seal is formed not only on the top surface but also on the side door. In addition, such second side sealing lip 324 and top sealing lip 323 are connected together and may serve as a mutual support, one serving as a motion compensation for the other during deformation. Furthermore, the connection forming the sealed chamber 325 allows the sealed chamber 325 to be further deformed during the upward movement of the lift glass 4, thereby increasing the buffering effect of the lift glass 4 with respect to the sealing member 3, and further contributing to the reduction of the sound generated when the lift glass 4 moves relatively.
Preferably, the outside of the sealed chamber 325 extends to the upper end of the lift glass 4. Also, the cross-sectional area of the seal chamber 325 gradually increases in the direction from the outside to the inside. That is, the seal cavity 325 is generally triangular in cross-section in FIG. 3, with one corner pointing outward. The sealing chamber 325 structure of this arrangement can form a suitable space at the upper end of the lifting glass 4 for ensuring that the sealing member 3 provides a suitable buffer for the lifting glass 4, thereby improving the sealing effect and reducing the contact sound.
The seal 3 is made of a rubber material. More specifically, the seal 3 is made of EPDM or TPV. And, the material hardness of the top seal lip 323 is less than the material hardness of the second side seal lip 324 by 20-40 HA. For example, the material hardness at the top seal lip 323 is 50-60HA, and the material hardness at the other places (including the snap body 31, the support portion 321, the first side seal lip 322, and the second side seal lip 324) except at the top seal lip 323 is 80-90 HA. This arrangement makes the rigidity of the top seal lip 323 relatively low, thereby making it easier to deform and facilitating the sealing between the lift glass 4 and the seal member 3.
