With the increase of the angle alpha, the cutting of the plate with the same width needs a larger moving stroke of the cutter die, under the condition of 45 degrees, the down-pressure height is equal to the feeding stroke, and the condition that the feeding stroke is smaller than the down-pressure height occurs when the feeding stroke is continuously increased, so that the cutting device is limited by the volume of the device, the width of the plate which can be cut is reduced, and the cutting capability of the cutting device is limited. In the present invention, α=30° is selected. The knife edge 32 is arranged above the lower half of the opening 22 in the mounting direction S. In the profile cutting operation, the cutting die 3 is driven by the hydraulic device 4 to move downwards along the installation direction S, and simultaneously the upper first cutting edge 31, the upper cutting edge 32, the upper third cutting edge 33 and the upper fourth cutting edge 34 on the cutting die 3 respectively cut the profile extending into the first opening 21, the opening 22, the third opening 23 and the fourth opening 24 on the fixed die 2, so that the profile cutting operation is completed.
Specifically, the first blade 31 cooperates with the first opening 21 to cut a plurality of specifications of boards. The plates with different thicknesses are pressed on one side edge of the first opening through the adjustable positioning and fixing mechanism, so that the plates are fixed when cut off.
