Specifically, the guide rail 26, the cutting device 200, the punching device 300 and the positioning device are all arranged on the upper frame body 23; the section bar 1 moves relative to the lower frame body 24 at a constant speed along the X direction, and the movement driving cylinder 25 drives the upper frame body 23 to move relative to the lower frame body 24 at the same speed, so that the upper frame body 23 and the section bar 1 move synchronously to keep relative rest, which is beneficial to improving the processing efficiency while ensuring the processing precision.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the section bar 1 in the channel sequentially penetrates through the cutting channel and the punching channel 2 and then abuts against the positioning device, the positioning device is used for positioning the section bar 1 so as to ensure the length of the cut section bar 1, the punching cylinder 12 drives the punch 13 to move into the punch hole and punch a hole on the section bar 1, the cutting cylinder 4 drives the upper cutting die 5 to move towards the lower cutting die 7 so as to drive the cutting tool 6 to move to cut the section bar 1 in the cutting channel, so that the cutting and punching operations are completed by one-time clamping, the precision of the punching position and the consistency of the length of the section bar are improved, the product quality is improved, the operation is simple, the production efficiency is improved, and the labor cost is reduced. The blanking cylinder 18 drives the blanking block 19 to move to abut against the section bar 1 in the passage channel and pushes the cut section bar 1 out of the passage channel and falls into the storage chute 20, so that automatic blanking is realized, and the automation degree is improved; the waste material that punches a hole produced by garbage collection funnel 21 collects, avoids artifical the cleaning, practices thrift the cost of labor.

Claims (10)

1. The profile punching and cutting machine is characterized by comprising a machine frame (100), a cutting device (200), a positioning device and at least one punching device (300); wherein the content of the first and second substances,
a passage channel which is arranged along the X direction and is used for passing through the section bar (1) is arranged on the machine frame (100);
the cutting device (200) and the positioning device are sequentially arranged on the rack (100) along the X direction, and the punching device (300) is arranged between the cutting device (200) and the positioning device;
a cutting channel for passing through the section bar (1) is arranged in the cutting device (200), and the cutting device (200) is used for acting to cut the section bar (1) passing through the cutting channel;
a punching channel (2) used for penetrating the section bar (1) is arranged in the punching device (300), and the punching device (300) is used for acting to punch holes on the part of the section bar (1) positioned in the punching channel (2);
the positioning device is used for abutting against the front end part of the section bar (1) in the passing channel so as to position the section bar (1) in the X direction, and the section bar (1) in the passing channel sequentially passes through the cutting channel and the punching channel (2) and then abuts against the positioning device.
2. Profile punch cutter according to claim 1, characterized in that the cutting device (200) comprises:
a cutting block assembly slidably attached to the frame (100) in an X-direction;
the locking screw (3) is in threaded connection with the cutting seat assembly, and the locking screw (3) is used for being screwed to abut against the machine frame (100) so as to fix the position of the cutting seat assembly on the machine frame (100) after the cutting seat assembly slides to a proper position;
a cutting cylinder (4) connected to the cutting base assembly;
the upper cutting die (5) is connected to a piston rod of the cutting cylinder (4), and a cutting tool (6) is arranged at the lower end part of the upper cutting die (5);
connect lower cutting die (7) on the cutting seat subassembly, the cutting passageway is located between upper cutting die (5) and lower cutting die (7), the upper end of lower cutting die (7) is equipped with and is used for when upper cutting die (5) and lower cutting die are touched the compound die, stretch into at least partly cutter groove (8) of cutting tool (6), so that cutting cylinder (4) drive upper cutting die (5) orientation lower cutting die (7) remove, and then drive cutting tool (6) remove with the cutting stretch into behind section bar (1) in the cutting passageway in cutter groove (8).
3. The profile punch cutter of claim 2, wherein the cutting block assembly comprises:
the cutting base (9) is connected to the rack (100) in a sliding mode along the X direction, and the locking screw (3) is connected to the cutting base (9) in a threaded mode;
the cutting support frame (10) is connected to the cutting base (9) in a sliding mode along the direction perpendicular to the X direction, and the cutting cylinder (4) and the lower cutting die (7) are connected to the cutting support frame (10);
the first connecting mechanism is arranged between the cutting base (9) and the cutting support frame (10) and used for locking the cutting support frame (10) on the cutting base (9) after the cutting support frame (10) moves to a proper position.
4. The profile punch cutter as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the punching device (300) comprises:
the punching seat assembly is connected to the rack (100) in a sliding mode along the X direction;
the fixing screw (11) is in threaded connection with the punching seat assembly, and the fixing screw (11) is used for screwing to the position, on the rack (100), of the punching seat assembly so as to fix the punching seat assembly on the rack (100) after the punching seat assembly slides to a proper position;
a punch cylinder (12) connected to the punch block assembly;
an upper punch (13) connected to a piston rod of the punching cylinder (12);
the punching die (14) is connected to the punching seat assembly, the punching channel (2) is arranged in the punching die (14), and a punch hole which penetrates through the punching channel (2) and is used for extending into the punch (13) is further formed in the punching die (14), so that the punching cylinder (12) drives the punch (13) to move to extend into the punch hole and punch on the profile (1).
5. The profile punch cutter of claim 4, wherein the punch shoe assembly comprises:
the punching base (15) is connected to the rack (100) in a sliding mode along the X direction, and the fixing screw (11) is connected to the punching base (15) in a threaded mode;
the punching support frame (16) is connected to the punching base (15) in a sliding mode along the direction perpendicular to the X direction, and the punching cylinder (12) and the punching die (14) are connected to the punching support frame (16);
and the second connecting mechanism is arranged between the punching base (15) and the punching support frame (16), and is used for locking the punching support frame (16) on the punching base (15) after the punching support frame (16) is moved to a proper position.
6. The profile punch cutter of claim 1, wherein the positioning device comprises:
a positioning plate (17) connected to the frame (100) in a sliding manner along the X direction, wherein the positioning plate (17) is used for abutting against the front end part of the section bar (1) so as to position the section bar (1) in the X direction;
the positioning screw is in threaded connection with the positioning plate (17) and is used for screwing the positioning plate (17) to abut against the rack (100) so as to fix the position of the positioning plate (17) on the rack (100) after the positioning plate (17) slides to a proper position.
7. The profile punch cutter of claim 6, further comprising an inductive switch and a controller; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the induction switch is arranged on the positioning plate (17) and connected with the input end of the controller, and the induction switch is used for sending a driving signal to the controller when the section bar (1) in the passage moves to abut against the positioning plate (17);
the controller is in control connection with the cutting device (200) and the punching device (300) so as to control the cutting device (200) and the punching device (300) to act after the controller receives the driving signal.
8. The profile punch cutter as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a blanking device connected to the punching device (300), the blanking device comprising a blanking cylinder (18), a blanking block (19) and a storage chute (20); wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the blanking cylinder (18) is directly or indirectly connected to the punching device (300);
the blanking block (19) is connected to a piston rod of the blanking cylinder (18), so that the blanking cylinder (18) drives the blanking block (19) to move against the profile (1) in the passage channel and push the profile (1) away from the passage channel;
the storage trough (20) is connected to the machine frame (100) and is used for receiving the section bar (1) pushed away from the passing channel by the blanking block (19).
9. The profile punch cutter as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a scrap collecting hopper (21) of a large-upper-and-small-lower configuration;
the upper end part of the waste collecting hopper (21) is provided with a material receiving port which is positioned below the through channel and is used for receiving the waste punched by the punching device (300);
a discharge hole (22) for discharging the waste is arranged below the waste collecting hopper (21).
10. The profile punch cutter according to claim 1, characterized in that the machine frame (100) comprises an upper frame body (23), a lower frame body (24) and a mobile driving cylinder (25); wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the upper frame body (23) is connected to the lower frame body (24) in a sliding mode along the X direction;
the cylinder body of the movable driving cylinder (25) is connected to the upper frame body (23), and the piston rod of the movable driving cylinder (25) is connected to the lower frame body (24), so that the movable driving cylinder (25) acts to drive the upper frame body (23) to move on the lower frame body (24).
