The cleaning and maintenance device for the multifunctional integrated circuit according to claim 1 or 4, characterized in that: the circuit board brushing device comprises a plurality of rotating pipes, the inner wall of the shell is uniformly connected with the plurality of rotating pipes in a rotating mode along the front-back direction, the rotating pipes are connected through a second belt pulley assembly, the second belt pulley assembly is connected with a second driving device and driven by the second driving device, the rotating pipes are located between circuit board clamping and conveying devices, the rotating pipes are all communicated with a liquid supply device, the liquid supply device can provide board washing water for cleaning a circuit board, the second driving device can drive the second belt pulley assembly to drive all the rotating pipes to rotate, the rotating pipes can be communicated with the liquid supply device when rotating, the outer ends of the rotating pipes are all connected and communicated with a cylinder, a plurality of bristles are arranged at the outer end of the cylinder, an atomizing nozzle is arranged in the middle of the outer end of the cylinder, and the atomizing nozzle is communicated with the inside of the cylinder.
