Referring to fig. 4, a drain pipe 1a is arranged at the bottom of the cleaning tank 1, one end of the drain pipe 1a extends into the cleaning tank 1, the other end of the drain pipe 1a extends out of the cleaning tank 1, a solenoid valve 1b is installed at a part of the drain pipe 1a extending out of the cleaning tank 1, and the solenoid valve 1b is electrically connected with a main controller 12.
Referring to fig. 1, a material blocking plate 1c is arranged in the material moving port, and a lifting handle is arranged on the material blocking plate 1 c. When wasing auto parts, can soak earlier auto parts, insert striker plate 1c and establish and move the material mouth, close solenoid valve 1b, place auto parts and move on flitch 8, inject the water of the mixed washing liquid of appropriate amount into in washing tank 1 and soak auto parts, can make the cleaning performance reach the best, when soaking the end and beginning to wash, open solenoid valve 1b, let water discharge, start first belt cleaning device and second belt cleaning device and wash.
Referring to fig. 1, a feeding chute 2a is arranged on one side of the collecting box 2, and baffles are respectively arranged on two sides of the feeding chute 2 a. Referring to fig. 4, the bottom of the collecting chamber 2 is provided with four casters 2 b. The caster 2b facilitates the worker to move the collection box 2.
In this embodiment, the automobile parts are placed on the material moving plate 8, the electromagnetic valve 1b is closed, the material blocking plate 1c is inserted, a proper amount of water mixed with the cleaning solution is injected into the cleaning tank 1, soaking the automobile parts, opening the electromagnetic valve 1b after soaking, discharging water in the cleaning tank 1, starting a first cleaning device and a second cleaning device, spraying and washing the automobile parts in a reciprocating manner by the first cleaning device, washing the bottom of the automobile parts and the material moving plate 8 by the second cleaning device, after the cleaning is finished, the material baffle plate 1c is drawn out, the material inlet groove 2a of the collecting box 2 is butted with the material moving plate 8, the second lifting cylinder is started, the automobile parts slide into the collecting box 2, the whole cleaning work is finished, through the cooperation work of each device, when having guaranteed that auto parts can obtain thorough cleaning, lightened workman's burden.
