Abstract
The invention discloses a livestock feed biological mildew removing agent and a preparation method thereof, wherein the livestock feed biological mildew removing agent comprises 5-10 parts by weight of bacillus subtilis, 8-15 parts by weight of bacillus licheniformis, 7-13 parts by weight of glucose oxidase and 50-80 parts by weight of a carrier. The preparation process can be completed by directly mixing. The invention provides a livestock feed biological mold remover and a preparation method thereof, which adopt the matching of a complex microbial inoculum and enzyme to promote the metabolism of mold in the digestive tract, a carrier can absorb and destroy mycotoxin and is discharged along with physiological metabolism, the accumulation of mold in the livestock is reduced, and the health of the livestock is promoted.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of livestock breeding, in particular to a livestock feed biological mildew removing agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Mycotoxins are a series of toxic metabolites produced by mold in the growth process, mainly comprise aflatoxin B1(AFB1), Zearalenone (ZON), Deoxynivalenol (DON), ochratoxin A (OTA) and fumonisin B1(FMB1) and the like, and widely pollute various feeds and raw materials, endanger the development of cultivation and bring huge economic loss.
Animals ingest mycotoxin-containing feeds or foods and become poisoned, and die from lassitude, slow growth and development, emaciation, appetite reduction and drinking preference, frequent and soft defecation, even diarrhea, dehydration, ataxia, muscle tremor, and even shock, and have a high mortality rate. Among them, the most harmful is immune failure caused by immunosuppression of mycotoxins, resulting in epidemic diseases and significant economic loss.
The problem of mycotoxin contamination is solved from multiple aspects: firstly, culturing an anti-mycotoxin feed variety; secondly, well harvesting and storing, wherein the water content in the feed is generally required to be lower than 10%; thirdly, the contaminated feed is detoxified by adopting a physical, chemical or biological method, so that the utilization rate of the feed is improved. In the actual production, whether the feed is mildewed or not, a certain detoxifying agent is added. Most of the prior mold removers are methods such as physical adsorption or chemical killing, the physical adsorption effect is limited, and a large amount of chemical substances added in the chemical killing have influence on the health of livestock and are difficult to meet the feeding requirement.
Therefore, the problem to be solved by the technical personnel in the field is how to provide a high-efficiency livestock feed biological mold remover without toxic and side effects.
