2) adding a wetting dispersant into the mixture A obtained in the step 1), stirring, adding a preservative, a thickening agent, a light decomposition preventing agent and deionized water, and shearing and dispersing to obtain the pyrethrum extract emulsion in water.
In the step 2), the wetting dispersant is firstly added into the mixture A to wet and disperse the pyrethrum extract, so that the pyrethrum extract is dispersed into the solvent, and the preservative thickener, the light decomposition preventing agent and the deionized water are added in the subsequent step, so that the pyrethrum extract is uniformly dispersed in the system.
Further, in the step 1), the rotation speed of the stirring is 15-25r/min, and the stirring time is 5-20 min.
Further, in the step 2), the rotating speed of the stirring is 15-30r/min, and the stirring time is 10-20 min.
Further, in the step 2), the rotation speed of the shear dispersion is 3000-5000r/min, and the time of the shear dispersion is 50-70 min.
An aqueous emulsion of pyrethrum extract and a method for preparing the same according to the present application will be described in detail with reference to examples and experimental data.
Example 1
1) Adding 180kg of rosin-based vegetable oil and 120kg of diformate into a container, adding 20kg of pyrethrum extract, and stirring at 15r/min for 5min to obtain a mixture A;
2) adding 80kg of sulfonate anionic surfactant and 60kg of nonionic surfactant into the mixture A obtained in the step 1), stirring for 5min at 15r/min, adding 5kg of benzisothiazolinone, 2kg of xanthan gum, 10kg of 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol and 523kg of deionized water, and shearing and dispersing for 50min at 3000r/min to obtain the pyrethrum extract emulsion in water.
Example 2
1) Adding 180kg of rosin-based vegetable oil and 120kg of diformate into a container, adding 65kg of pyrethrum extract, and stirring at 20r/min for 10min to obtain a mixture A;
2) adding 80kg of sulfonate anionic surfactant and 60kg of nonionic surfactant into the mixture A obtained in the step 1), stirring for 5min at 30r/min, adding 5kg of benzisothiazolinone, 2kg of xanthan gum, 10kg of 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol and 523kg of deionized water, and shearing and dispersing for 66min at 4500r/min to obtain the pyrethrum extract emulsion in water.
Example 3
1) Adding 180kg of rosin-based vegetable oil and 120kg of diformate into a container, adding 90kg of pyrethrum extract, and stirring at 25r/min for 20min to obtain a mixture A;
2) adding 80kg of sulfonate anionic surfactant and 60kg of nonionic surfactant into the mixture A obtained in the step 1), stirring for 20min at 30r/min, adding 5kg of benzisothiazolinone, 2kg of xanthan gum, 10kg of 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol and 523kg of deionized water, and shearing and dispersing for 70min at 5000r/min to obtain the pyrethrum extract emulsion in water.
Test examples
1. Physical and chemical tests: detecting the mass fraction of the pyrethrum extract of the embodiments 1-3 by adopting liquid chromatography; pH was carried out in accordance with GB/T1601-1993.
2. Pourability test: after the sample in the container is placed for a certain period of time, pouring the sample according to a specified program, and measuring the amount of the sample staying in the container; the vessel was washed with water, and then the amount of the sample in the vessel was measured.
3. Persistent foaming: according to GB/T28137-2011.
4. Emulsion stability: the test is carried out according to GB/T1603, no floating oil (paste) exists in the measuring cylinder, and no oil or sediment exists in the measuring cylinder, so that the oil is qualified.
5. Low-temperature stability: the assay was carried out according to the method specified in GB/T19137-2003 for emulsions and homogeneous liquid preparations.
6. Heat storage stability: the measurement was carried out according to the method defined in GB/T19136-.
The results of the above tests are shown in table 1 below:

In conclusion, the pyrethrum extract aqueous emulsion uses water to replace most of organic solvents, has low requirements on a packaging container, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost, having safe effect on plants, greatly reducing the toxicity to warm-blooded animals and having good miscibility with other pesticides and fertilizers; the explosion danger of ignition is avoided, the pollution to the environment is reduced, and the safety is greatly improved; when the pyrethrum extract aqueous emulsion is sprayed, the atomized fog drops have larger particle size than missible oil, and the drifting of effective components and the pollution to the environment can be reduced; the solvent is an environment-friendly solvent, does not pollute the environment and is friendly to people and environment; the pyrethrum extract aqueous emulsion does not deteriorate in the period of validity, the product quality is stable, the product system is stable for a long time, and the product is qualified in the period of validity; the sunlight has little influence on the product, can ensure that the content of the pyrethrum extract meets the standard requirement in the effective period, and ensures the insecticidal performance of the pyrethrum extract aqueous emulsion.
While the embodiments of the invention have been disclosed above, it is not limited to the applications listed in the description and the embodiments, which are fully applicable in all kinds of fields suitable for this invention, and further modifications can be readily made by those skilled in the art, so that the invention is not limited to the specific details, but rather can be modified and varied by those skilled in the art without departing from the general concept defined by the claims and their equivalents.
Claims (10)
1. The pyrethrum extract emulsion in water is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass: 1.0-10.0 percent of pyrethrum extract, 1-30 percent of solvent, 2-20 percent of wetting dispersant, 0.1-0.5 percent of preservative, 0.1-1 percent of thickening agent, 0.1-2 percent of light-proof decomposer and the balance of deionized water, wherein the sum of the mass fractions of the components is 100 percent.
2. The aqueous pyrethrum extract emulsion of claim 1, wherein the solvent is one or more of a mixture of rosin-based vegetable oil, eucalyptus oil, mixed fatty acids, esters of dicarboxylic acids, dimethyl glutarate and dimethyl adipate.
3. The aqueous pyrethrum extract emulsion of claim 1, wherein the wetting dispersant is one or more of anionic surfactant, sulfonate anionic surfactant, polycarboxylate polymeric dispersant and nonionic surfactant.
4. The pyrethrum extract aqueous emulsion of claim 1, wherein the preservative is benzisothiazolinone.
5. The pyrethrum extract aqueous emulsion of claim 1, wherein said thickener is xanthan gum.
6. The pyrethrum extract aqueous emulsion of claim 1, wherein the light decomposition inhibitor is 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol.
7. The method of preparing an aqueous pyrethrum extract emulsion of any of claims 1-6, comprising the steps of:
1) adding solvent into a container, adding pyrethrum extract, and stirring to obtain a mixture A;
2) adding a wetting dispersant into the mixture A obtained in the step 1), stirring, adding a preservative, a thickening agent, a light decomposition preventing agent and deionized water, and shearing and dispersing to obtain the pyrethrum extract emulsion in water.
8. The pyrethrum extract aqueous emulsion of claim 7, wherein in step 1), the stirring speed is 15-25r/min, and the stirring time is 5-20 min.
9. The pyrethrum extract aqueous emulsion of claim 7, wherein in step 2), the stirring speed is 15-30r/min, and the stirring time is 10-20 min.
10. The pyrethrum extract aqueous emulsion of claim 7, wherein in step 2), the rotation speed of said shear dispersion is 3000-5000r/min, and the time of said shear dispersion is 50-70 min.
