In recent years, with the improvement of the requirement of green prevention and control technology of agricultural pests, the insect sex attraction technology is developed rapidly. Pheromones from lepidopteran and coleopteran insects have been widely used. However, in the industrial production process of the insect sex attractant core, no standard production process (original medicine synthesis, formula, equipment and process) exists so far, and the preparation link is particularly prominent. At present, the product of core is lured to insect sex, adopts traditional natural devulcanized rubber stopper or polyethylene plastic tubing as the carrier mostly, and its drawback is:

The traditional insect sex attractant mostly adopts dichloromethane, normal hexane, petroleum ether, acetone and the like as solvents, and the solvents generally have the characteristics of strong volatility, flammability and explosiveness, environmental pollution and easy damage to human health. Meanwhile, the solvents do not have any synergistic effect in the insect sex attractant, and even have the function of avoiding target insects.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the carrier is selected from a rubber carrier and/or a polyolefin carrier, and one side of the carrier is provided with an opening for injecting the sex attractant into the carrier.
As a preferred technical solution of the present invention, the rubber-based carrier is made of one or more materials selected from natural devulcanized rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, silicone rubber, butadiene rubber, chloroprene rubber, and fluororubber.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, a rubber plug is arranged at the opening of the rubber carrier and used for sealing the opening, and cavities are arranged inside the rubber carrier and the rubber plug.

This is probably because, by adding triglycerides, especially triglycerides containing unsaturated fatty acids, during the sustained release process, entanglement or intermolecular interaction with saturated or mono-olefinic, diolefinic (conjugated or non-conjugated dienes) or polyenic esters (such as acetates), aldehydes, ketones, alcohols, epoxies, hydrocarbon pheromones on the one hand, and penetration into the carrier on the other hand, occurs due to the action of the three fatty acid ester chains of the triglycerides, and by using suitable triglycerides, especially triglycerides containing unsaturated fatty acids, synergistic interaction with pheromone molecules is possible, promoting the insect-attracting effect of the lure.

In one embodiment, the material of the rubber-based carrier of the present invention is selected from one or more of natural devulcanized rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, silicone rubber, butadiene rubber, chloroprene rubber, and fluororubber, and is preferably silicone rubber.
Preferably, a rubber plug is arranged at the opening of the rubber carrier and used for sealing the opening, and a cavity is arranged inside the rubber carrier and the rubber plug. More preferably, the rubber stopper of the present invention is made of one or more materials selected from natural devulcanized rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, silicone rubber, butadiene rubber, chloroprene rubber, and fluororubber, and is preferably made of silicone rubber.
As shown in fig. 1, it is further preferable that the rubber-like carrier of the present invention has an increased outer diameter in section from top to bottom. The rate of the increase of the outer diameter of the rubber-like carrier from top to bottom can be constant, or gradually reduced, or gradually increased, or partially reduced, constant or increased, without specific limitation, so that the rubber-like carrier is in a truncated cone shape with a side profile being straight, concave, convex and the like.
Still more preferably, the upper side of the rubber-like carrier of the present invention is provided with an opening, and the inner diameter of the opening is the same as the outer diameter of the rubber stopper. In a preferred embodiment, the rubber stopper of the present invention has an outer diameter of 3 to 7mm, and examples thereof include 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm and 7mm, and preferably 3 to 6 mm.
In a more preferred embodiment, the rubber-based carrier of the present invention has a cross-sectional outer diameter of 8 to 15mm on the lower side, and may be 8mm, 9mm, 10mm, 11mm, 12mm, 13mm, 14mm, 15mm, and preferably 8 to 12 mm.
In a further preferred embodiment, the height of the cavity according to the invention is 6 to 15mm, and there may be mentioned 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 9mm, 10mm, 11mm, 12mm, 13mm, 14mm, 15mm, preferably 8 to 13 mm.
In a further preferred embodiment, the rubber-based carrier of the present invention has a thickness of 0.5 to 2mm, and may be, for example, 0.5mm, 0.7mm, 1mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 1.7mm or 2mm, preferably 0.5 to 1.5 mm. The thickness is the thickness of the wall of the carrier.
The invention uses silicon rubber as a carrier, thereby avoiding the influence on the structure of pheromone containing diene or alcohol, aldehyde and the like and improving the lasting period.
The inventor finds that the effect of the attractant core and the attractant effect can be promoted at higher environmental temperature by adding longer-chain triglyceride and shorter-chain triglyceride to act together and controlling the thickness of the carrier, the height of the cavity and the change mode of the outer diameter of the carrier, probably because the carrier with gradually increased outer diameter is used, an opening is arranged at the side with the smallest outer diameter, the attractant is injected into the cavity, and the moving space and speed of the pheromone can be controlled due to the change of the outer diameter and the adjustment of the long-chain triglyceride during the use at higher temperature, so that the effect duration and the attractant effect at high temperature are improved.
In a further preferred embodiment, the total height of the rubber-like carrier and the rubber stopper of the present invention is 10 to 20mm, and may be, for example, 10mm, 11mm, 12mm, 13mm, 14mm, 15mm, 16mm, 17mm, 18mm, 19mm, 20mm, and preferably 12 to 16 mm. The total height of the rubber carrier and the rubber plug is the total height of the rubber plug after the opening is sealed.
Polyolefin carrier
In one embodiment, the polyolefin-based carrier of the invention is made of one or more materials selected from polyethylene, polypropylene and polyvinyl chloride, preferably polyvinyl chloride.
Preferably, the openings of the polyolefin carrier are sealed by heating at 110-150 ℃, which may be exemplified by 110 ℃, 120 ℃, 130 ℃, 140 ℃ and 150 ℃.
In addition, polyolefins such as polyethylene and the like can be used as a carrier material, but because of their high air permeability and hardness, the duration and field bundling and the like are affected, and for some alcohols or aldehyde pheromones such as cis 5, trans 7-dodecadienal, cis 5, trans 7-dodecadienol and the like, the permeation is difficult to exert, and the inventors found that by using polyvinyl chloride which is more air-tight as a carrier and by controlling the temperature of heat sealing, the type of pheromone can be expanded, and also for aldehydes, alcohols and the like, the duration is high.
As shown in FIG. 2, the polyolefin-based carrier of the present invention has a thickness of 0.4 to 0.7mm, and may be, for example, 0.4mm, 0.5mm, 0.6mm or 0.7 mm. The shape of the polyolefin carrier can be cylindrical, rhombohedral column, hexagonal rhombohedral column and the like, and is not particularly limited.
In addition, the inventor finds that the thickness of the polyolefin carrier has important influence, the proper wall thickness is beneficial to greatly improving the slow release effect, when the wall thickness is less than 0.4mm, the slow release rate of the effective components in the PVC slow release pipe is high, the lasting period of pests such as cotton bollworms, oriental tobacco budworms, tobacco meal moths and the like is basically not more than 45 days, and when the wall thickness is more than 0.7mm, the slow release rate of the effective components in the PVC slow release pipe is too low, the insect trapping amount is reduced, and the requirements of agricultural production cannot be met. A carrier of suitable thickness is used.
And the inventor finds that the thickness of the polyolefin carrier and the temperature of heat sealing also have an influence on the low-temperature duration of the lure, which is probably because when the proper thickness is adopted, when the opening is sealed through proper temperature, the permeation of relatively viscous solvent, especially sex attractant containing long-chain triglyceride, to the wall of PVC and the sealing part of the opening at low temperature can be adjusted, so that the movement of pheromone and the like is prevented from being hindered by the long-chain solvent at low temperature, and the duration and the insect-attracting effect are improved. And when the wall thickness is not appropriate or the opening sealing temperature is high, the slow release of pheromone and the like is not facilitated.
More preferably, the polyolefin-based carrier of the present invention has a length of 50 to 100mm, for example, 50mm, 60mm, 70mm, 80mm, 90mm, and 100 mm.
In order to avoid the decomposition of the lure by light, oxygen, heat and the like in the long-term use process, preservatives, ultraviolet-resistant agents, stabilizers and the like, pheromone, solvent and the like can be added to prepare a sex attractant, and the sex attractant is injected into the carrier and sealed, so that the stability of the pheromone and the carrier in the lure under the conditions of ambient temperature and a lighting lamp is improved. The inventor finds that the carrier and the solvent provided by the invention can be used for slow release and synergism of various pheromones, such as esters (such as acetate), aldehydes, ketones, alcohols, epoxy and hydrocarbon pheromones of saturated or monoene, diene (conjugated or non-conjugated diene) or polyene, and have high lasting period and insect-attracting effect on various pests, such as black cutworm, prodenia litura, oriental tobacco budworm, cotton bollworm and tobacco pink borer.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides a method for preparing a high-efficiency long-acting insect sex attractant core, which comprises: and injecting the sex attractant into the carrier, and sealing to obtain the lure core.
In one embodiment, the method of making the lure of the present invention comprises: and injecting the sex attractant into the rubber carrier, and sealing by using a rubber plug to obtain the lure core.
In one embodiment, the method of making the lure of the present invention comprises: injecting the sex attractant into the polyolefin carrier, and heating and sealing to obtain the lure core.
Examples
The present invention will be specifically described below by way of examples. It should be noted that the following examples are only for illustrating the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention, and that the insubstantial modifications and adaptations of the present invention by those skilled in the art based on the above disclosure are still within the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
The example provides a high-efficiency long-acting sex attractant core for agrotis ypsilon, which comprises a carrier and a sex attractant, wherein the sex attractant is positioned inside the carrier, the sex attractant comprises an active component, a solvent, a preservative, a stabilizer and an anti-ultraviolet agent, the active component comprises cis 7-dodecene-1-ol-acetate, cis 9-tetradecene-1-ol-acetate and cis 11-hexadecene-1-ol-acetate in a weight ratio of 3:1:1, the solvent is triglyceride, and the weight ratio of the active component to the solvent to the preservative to the stabilizer to the anti-ultraviolet agent is 1: 30: 0.2: 0.1: 0.1, the weight ratio of the triglyceride is 1: 0.12 glycerol tripalmitolate and glycerol triaarachidonate, the carrier is the silicon rubber carrier, silicon rubber carrier from the top down cross-section external diameter increases, the upside of silicon rubber carrier is equipped with the opening, and the opening is sealed with the silicon rubber stopper, the open-ended internal diameter is the same with the external diameter of silica gel stopper, silicon rubber carrier and silica gel stopper inside are equipped with the cavity, the external diameter of silica gel stopper is 3mm, the cross-section external diameter of the downside of silicon rubber carrier is 8mm, the height of cavity is 8mm, the thickness of silicon rubber carrier is 0.7mm, the total height of silicon rubber carrier and silica gel stopper is 12 mm.
The preservative comprises the following components in percentage by weight of 1: BHT and BHA of 2.
The stabilizer is prepared from the following components in a weight ratio of 1: 2 and vitamin E.
The anti-ultraviolet agent is purchased from an alatin network platform.
The embodiment also provides a preparation method of the lure, which comprises the following steps: injecting the sex attractant into the carrier, and sealing with a silica gel plug to obtain the lure core.
Example 2
The example provides a prodenia litura efficient long-acting sex attractant core, which comprises a carrier and a sex attractant, wherein the sex attractant is positioned inside the carrier, the sex attractant comprises an active component, a solvent, a preservative, a stabilizer and an anti-ultraviolet agent, the active component comprises cis 9, trans 11-tetradecadiene-1-ol acetate, cis 9, trans 12-tetradecadiene-1-ol acetate in a weight ratio of 9:1, the solvent is triglyceride, and the weight ratio of the active component, the solvent, the preservative, the stabilizer and the anti-ultraviolet agent is 1: 20: 0.2: 0.1: 0.1, the weight ratio of the triglyceride is 1: 0.18 of glyceryl tripalmitoleate and docosahexaenoic acid triglyceride, wherein the carrier is a PVC pipe, the length is 80mm, the thickness is 0.4mm, and an opening on the side surface of the carrier is heated and sealed at 120 ℃.
The preservative comprises the following components in percentage by weight of 1:1 BHT and BHA.
The stabilizer is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 1 and vitamin E.
The anti-ultraviolet agent is purchased from an alatin network platform.
The embodiment also provides a preparation method of the lure, which comprises the following steps: and injecting the sex attractant into the carrier, and heating and sealing to obtain the lure core.
Example 3
The example provides a high-efficiency long-acting sex attractant for oriental tobacco budworms, which comprises a carrier and a sex attractant, wherein the sex attractant is positioned in the carrier and comprises an active component, a solvent, a preservative, a stabilizer and an anti-ultraviolet agent, the active component comprises cis 9-hexadecenal and cis 11-hexadecenal in a weight ratio of 93:7, the solvent is triglyceride, and the weight ratio of the active component to the solvent to the preservative to the stabilizer to the anti-ultraviolet agent is 1: 40: 1: 1.5: 0.5, the weight ratio of the triglyceride is 1: 0.15 glycerol tripalmitolate and glycerol triaarachidonate, the carrier is the silicon rubber carrier, silicon rubber carrier from the top down cross-section external diameter increases, the upside of silicon rubber carrier is equipped with the opening, and the opening is sealed with the silicon rubber stopper, the open-ended internal diameter is the same with the external diameter of silica gel stopper, silicon rubber carrier and silica gel stopper inside are equipped with the cavity, the external diameter of silica gel stopper is 6mm, the cross-sectional external diameter of the downside of silicon rubber carrier is 12mm, the height of cavity is 13mm, the thickness of silicon rubber carrier is 1.3mm, the total height of silicon rubber carrier and silica gel stopper is 16 mm.

The example provides a high-efficiency long-acting sex attractant for oriental tobacco budworms, which comprises a carrier and a sex attractant, wherein the sex attractant is positioned in the carrier and comprises active components, a solvent, a preservative, a stabilizer and an anti-ultraviolet agent, the active components comprise cis 9-hexadecenal and cis 11-hexadecenal in a weight ratio of 94:6, the solvent is triglyceride, and the weight ratio of the active components, the solvent, the preservative, the stabilizer and the anti-ultraviolet agent is 1: 30: 0.5: 0.3: 0.4, the weight ratio of the triglyceride is 1: 0.15 of glycerol tripalmitoleate and glycerol triaarachidonate, wherein the carrier is a PVC pipe, the length of the PVC pipe is 80mm, the thickness of the PVC pipe is 0.7mm, and an opening in the side surface of the carrier is sealed by heating at 140 ℃.
The preservative comprises the following components in percentage by weight of 1:1 BHT and BHA.
The stabilizer is prepared from the following components in a weight ratio of 1:1 and vitamin E.
The anti-ultraviolet agent is purchased from an alatin network platform.

The example provides a prodenia litura high-efficiency long-acting sex attractant core, which comprises a carrier and a sex attractant, wherein the sex attractant is positioned inside the carrier, the sex attractant comprises an active component, a solvent, a preservative, a stabilizer and an anti-ultraviolet agent, the active component comprises cis 9, trans 12-tetradecadiene-1-ol acetate, cis 9 and trans 12-tetradecadiene-1-ol in a weight ratio of 9:1, the solvent is triglyceride, and the weight ratio of the active component, the solvent, the preservative, the stabilizer and the anti-ultraviolet agent is 1: 40: 1: 1.5: 0.5, the weight ratio of the triglyceride is 1: 0.14 glycerol tripalmitolate and glycerol triaarachidonate, the carrier is the silicon rubber carrier, silicon rubber carrier from the top down cross-section external diameter increases, the upside of silicon rubber carrier is equipped with the opening, and the opening is sealed with the silicon rubber stopper, the open-ended internal diameter is the same with the external diameter of silica gel stopper, silicon rubber carrier and silica gel stopper inside are equipped with the cavity, the external diameter of silica gel stopper is 5mm, the cross-sectional external diameter of the downside of silicon rubber carrier is 10mm, the height of cavity is 10mm, the thickness of silicon rubber carrier is 1mm, the total height of silicon rubber carrier and silica gel stopper is 14 mm.

Comparative example 2
The specific implementation mode of the efficient and long-lasting oriental tobacco budworm lure is the same as that in example 6, except that the weight ratio of the triglyceride to the tripalmitin is glycerol tripalmitin.
The present example also provides a method for preparing the lure as described above, and the specific implementation manner is the same as example 6.
Comparative example 3
The embodiment of the efficient and long-acting luring core for the oriental tobacco budworms is the same as that of embodiment 6, and is different from that of embodiment 6 in that the carrier is a silicon rubber carrier, the outer diameter of the cross section of the silicon rubber carrier from top to bottom is unchanged, an opening is formed in the upper side of the silicon rubber carrier and is sealed by a silicon rubber plug, the inner diameter of the opening is the same as that of the silicon rubber plug, cavities are formed in the silicon rubber carrier and the silicon rubber plug, the outer diameter of the silicon rubber plug is 5mm, the outer diameter of the carrier is 6mm, the height of the cavities is 10mm, the thickness of the silicon rubber carrier is 1mm, and the total height of the silicon rubber carrier and the silicon rubber plug is 14 mm.
The present example also provides a method for preparing the lure as described above, and the specific implementation manner is the same as example 6.
Evaluation of Performance
The lure provided by the embodiment and the comparative example is arranged in a basin trap, the height of the trap is 1.5m, the lure is respectively arranged in a high-temperature zone (wherein the highest average temperature of 5-6 months is about 27-30 degrees, the highest average temperature of 7-8 months is about 31-33 degrees, the lowest average temperature of 5-6 months is about 19-23 degrees, the lowest average temperature of 7-8 months is about 22-23 degrees), a medium-temperature zone (wherein the highest average temperature of 5-6 months is about 26-27 degrees, the highest average temperature of 7-8 months is about 28-29 degrees, the lowest average temperature of 5-6 months is about 18-21 degrees, the lowest average temperature of 7-8 months is about 21-23 degrees), a low-temperature zone (wherein the highest average temperature of 5-6 months is about 24-25 degrees, the highest average temperature of 7-8 months is about 26-28 degrees, and the lowest average temperature of 5-6 months is about 14-18 degrees, respectively with the lowest average temperature of about 18 degrees in 7-8 months), replenishing water and adding washing powder at any time in the trapping process, wherein the insect trapping time of the spodoptera litura is 120 days, the insect trapping time of the oriental tobacco budworm, the cotton bollworm, the tobacco pink borer and the spodoptera litura is 60 days, observing the insect trapping quantity, and if the total quantity of the insects trapped in the last three days does not increase any more in three consecutive days, regarding the last day of the three days as the effective period, and finding the results in table 1.

The effective period of the currently marketed lure core for prodenia litura is about 2 months, and the effective period for oriental tobacco budworm, cotton bollworm and tobacco pink moth is 30-45 days, and the test results show that the lure core provided by the invention can obviously improve the effective period for different pests, and can generate synergistic interaction with pheromone by adopting triglyceride as a solvent, thereby obviously improving the lure effect and the lure quantity.

Claims (10)

1. The high-efficiency long-acting insect sex attractant is characterized in that the sex attractant comprises a carrier and a sex attractant, wherein the sex attractant is positioned in the carrier;
the sex attractant comprises insect active components and a solvent, wherein the weight ratio of the insect active components to the solvent is 1: (20-100), wherein the solvent is one or more selected from triglyceride, dichloromethane, n-hexane, petroleum ether and acetone.
2. The insect attractant core as claimed in claim 1, wherein said triglyceride comprises one or more of fatty triglyceride, aromatic triglyceride and cyclic triglyceride.
3. The efficient long-acting insect sex attractant core according to claim 2, wherein 1-3 fatty acids in the triglyceride fatty acid ester are unsaturated fatty acids.
4. A high-efficiency long-acting insect sex attractant core according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the carrier is selected from rubber carriers and/or polyolefin carriers, and one side of the carrier is provided with an opening for injecting the sex attractant into the carrier.
5. The high-efficiency long-acting insect sex attractant core according to claim 4, wherein the rubber carrier is made of one or more materials selected from the group consisting of natural devulcanized rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, silicone rubber, butadiene rubber, chloroprene rubber and fluororubber.
6. A high-efficiency long-acting insect sex attractant core as claimed in claim 5, wherein a rubber plug is arranged at the opening of the rubber carrier for sealing the opening, and a cavity is arranged inside the rubber carrier and the rubber plug.
7. The efficient long-acting insect sex attractant core according to claim 5, wherein the external diameter of the cross section of the rubber carrier increases from top to bottom, and the external diameter of the cross section of the lower side of the rubber carrier is 8-15 mm.
8. The high-efficiency long-acting insect sex attractant core according to claim 4, wherein the polyolefin carrier is made of one or more of polyethylene, polypropylene and polyvinyl chloride.
9. The efficient long-acting insect sex attractant core according to claim 8, wherein the thickness of the polyolefin carrier is 0.4-0.7 mm.
10. A method for preparing a high-efficiency long-acting insect sex attractant core according to any one of claims 1 to 9, which comprises the following steps: and injecting the sex attractant into the carrier, and sealing to obtain the lure core.
