In some embodiments of the present application, the enterprise where the user is located specifies that the daily lodging fee of each person is 100 yuan, but the user does not find a suitable lodging in the actual business trip, and therefore purchases an 80-yuan lodging in one day, in which case, there is no refund in the actual business trip, that is, there is no second refund amount, that is, the second refund amount is 0. The partial case is for this case.
In some embodiments of the present application, after the seventh date and the eighth date are determined, the difference may be determined based on the number of days between the seventh date and the eighth date, and the lodging type and the actual lodging fee, and specifically may be determined based on the following formula (2):

wherein Q is the difference between the business trip budget cost and the actual business trip cost; e is the planned accommodation end day; f is the actual lodging start day; and G is the actual business trip cost.
Note that, if the value of [ Min (E, C) -Max (a, F) ] is less than 0, 0 is assumed by default.
In the embodiment of the application, in the case that the accommodation project is changed and the second refund amount is empty, the earlier date between the planned accommodation end date and the actual accommodation end date may be determined as the seventh date, the later date between the planned accommodation start date and the actual accommodation start date may be determined as the eighth date, and the difference between the business trip budget fee and the actual business trip fee may be accurately determined based on the number of days between the seventh date and the eighth date, the accommodation type and the actual accommodation fee, so that the remaining budget of the business trip is reallocated based on the difference, and the purpose of accurately controlling the remaining budget of the business trip is achieved.
In some embodiments of the present application, it may also happen that the user purchases accommodation, but temporarily cancels it, so that a refund amount is generated, which may be the actual accommodation charge or a portion of the saved accommodation charge deducted.
In some embodiments of the present application, in the case that the accommodation item is changed and the second refund amount is not empty, step 240 may specifically include:
the difference is determined based on the number of days between the seventh date and the eighth date, and the lodging type and the second refund amount.
The second refund amount may be a charge for returning to the user's accommodation after the user purchases accommodation but temporarily cancels the accommodation.
In one example, the user submits business application information on 20/11/2021, applies 2021.12.1-2021.12.5 for business trip, the planned accommodation starting date is 12/1/12/5, and the user stays for 5 days later, but the user starts accommodation from 2/12/6/12/10/9 to the business trip after starting a day, that is, the user directly purchases accommodation from 2/12/6/12/2 to the business trip (the accommodation of one day is 100 yuan, and the total cost is 500 yuan), but the user is temporarily notified not to go for business trip, so the user cancels the just purchased accommodation on 2/12/2, and the accommodation returns the expense for the user to stay (i.e., the second refund amount).
In some embodiments of the present application, the difference may be determined based on the number of days between the seventh date and the eighth date, and the type of accommodation and the second refund amount, and may specifically be determined by the following equation (3):

wherein H is the second refund amount.
It should be noted that, when the value of [ Min (E, C) -Max (a, F) ] is less than 0, 0 is taken by default.
In the embodiment of the application, in the case that the accommodation project is changed and the second refund amount is not empty, the difference between the business trip budget cost and the actual business trip cost can be accurately determined based on the number of days between the seventh date and the eighth date, the accommodation type and the second refund amount, so that the residual budget of the business trip is reallocated based on the difference, and the purpose of accurately controlling the residual budget of the business trip is achieved.
Finally, step 250 is introduced to reallocate the bad residual budget based on the difference.
Wherein, the residual budget of the business trip can be the difference between the total budget of the business trip and the actual business trip cost generated by the business trip which has occurred.
In some embodiments of the present application, the total budget for the business trip may be a total budget for the business trip given within a predetermined time (which may be yearly, for example).
In some embodiments of the present application, the remaining budget of the business trip may be determined according to a difference between the business trip budget cost and the actual business trip cost, so that subsequent business trips may be reallocated based on the remaining budget of the business trip, thereby implementing management and control of the remaining budget of the business trip.
In some embodiments of the application, budget resources are released in time through calculating difference values under different conditions, pressure of budget preemption caused by insufficient budget resources for travelling is relieved, and the purpose of real-time control and traceability of the residual budget of the business trip is achieved through fine calculation of occupation and release of expenses for business trip under different conditions.
It should be noted that, in the data processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application, the execution main body may be a data processing apparatus, or a control module in the data processing apparatus for executing the data processing method.
Based on the same inventive concept as the data processing method, the application also provides a data processing device. The data processing apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present application is described in detail below with reference to fig. 3.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating a structure of a data processing apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment.
As shown in fig. 3, the data processing apparatus 300 may include:
the first determining module 310 is configured to determine, based on business trip application information of a business trip submitted by a user, a target budget item corresponding to the business trip;
a second determining module 320, configured to determine a business trip budget cost of the business trip based on the business trip application information and the target budget items;
an obtaining module 330, configured to obtain an actual business trip cost of the business trip;
a calculating module 340, configured to calculate a difference between the business trip budget cost and the actual business trip cost;
an allocation module 350, configured to reallocate the out-of-range residual budget based on the difference value; wherein the residual budget is the difference between the total budget of the business trip and the actual business trip cost generated by the business trip which has occurred.
In the embodiment of the application, a target budget item corresponding to a business trip is determined by a first determining module based on business trip application information of the business trip submitted by a user, business trip budget cost of the business trip can be determined according to the business trip application information and the target budget item by a second determining module, then a difference value between the business trip budget cost and the actual business trip cost is calculated by a calculating module according to the actual business trip cost of the business trip acquired by an acquiring module, and a residual budget of the business trip is redistributed by a distributing module according to the difference value, so that the difference value between the actual business trip budget cost and the actual business trip cost can be automatically determined, and the effect of controlling the residual budget of the business trip is realized.
In some embodiments of the present application, the target budget items include: lodging items; the business trip budget cost comprises an accommodation budget cost; in order to accurately determine the business trip budget cost of the business trip, the second determining module 320 is specifically configured to:
and determining the accommodation budget cost of the business trip based on the planned accommodation starting date and the planned accommodation ending date in the business trip application information and the daily accommodation budget cost corresponding to the accommodation project.
In some embodiments of the present application, the actual business trip costs include actual lodging costs; in order to improve the calculation efficiency of the actual accommodation cost, the data processing apparatus may further include:
and the third determination module is used for determining the actual accommodation cost of the business trip based on the actual accommodation starting date, the actual accommodation ending date and the accommodation type.
In some embodiments of the present application, for the purpose of further accurately controlling the remaining budget of the business trip, in a case that the actual lodging termination date is earlier than the actual initial lodging termination date, and the first refund amount is not empty, the third determining module may be specifically configured to:
determining the earlier date of the actual initial lodging termination date and the planned lodging initiation date as a first date;
determining a later date of the planned lodging termination date and the actual initial lodging termination date as a second date;
determining a later date of the planned lodging start date and the actual lodging end date as a third date;
determining an earlier date of the planned lodging start date and the actual lodging end date as a fourth date;
determining a fifth date from an earlier date of the first date and the second date;
determining a later date of the third date and the fourth date as a sixth date;
determining the actual lodging cost based on the number of days between the fifth date and the sixth date, as well as the lodging type and the first refund amount.
In some embodiments of the present application, in order to further achieve the purpose of accurately controlling the remaining budget of the business trip, when the accommodation item is changed and the refund amount is empty, the calculating module 340 may specifically be configured to:
determining the earlier date of the planned lodging termination date and the actual lodging termination date as a seventh date;
determining the later date of the planned lodging start date and the actual lodging start date as an eighth date;
determining the difference based on the number of days between the seventh date and the eighth date, and the type of accommodation and the actual accommodation cost.
In some embodiments of the present application, for the purpose of further implementing precise control over the remaining budget for the business trip, in the case where the accommodation item is changed and the second refund amount is not empty; the calculation module 340 may be specifically configured to:
the calculating the difference between the business trip budget cost and the actual business trip cost comprises:
determining the difference based on the number of days between the seventh date and the eighth date, and the lodging type and the second refund amount.
The data processing apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present application may be configured to execute the data processing method provided in each of the above method embodiments, and the implementation principle and the technical effect are similar, and for the sake of brevity, no further description is given here.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the application also provides the electronic equipment.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 4, the electronic device may include a processor 401 and a memory 402 storing computer programs or instructions.
Specifically, the processor 401 may include a Central Processing Unit (CPU), or an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or may be configured as one or more Integrated circuits implementing embodiments of the present invention.
Memory 402 may include mass storage for data or instructions. By way of example, and not limitation, memory 402 may include a Hard Disk Drive (HDD), floppy Disk Drive, flash memory, optical Disk, magneto-optical Disk, tape, or Universal Serial Bus (USB) Drive or a combination of two or more of these. Memory 402 may include removable or non-removable (or fixed) media, where appropriate. The memory 402 may be internal or external to the integrated gateway disaster recovery device, where appropriate. In a particular embodiment, the memory 402 is a non-volatile solid-state memory. The Memory may include Read Only Memory (ROM), Random Access Memory (RAM), magnetic disk storage media devices, optical storage media devices, flash Memory devices, electrical, optical, or other physical/tangible Memory storage devices. Thus, in general, the memory includes one or more tangible (non-transitory) computer-readable storage media (e.g., memory devices) encoded with software comprising computer-executable instructions and when the software is executed (e.g., by one or more processors), it is operable to perform the operations described for the data processing methods provided by the embodiments described above.
The processor 401 reads and executes the computer program instructions stored in the memory 402 to implement any of the data processing methods in the above embodiments.
In one example, the electronic device may also include a communication interface 403 and a bus 410. As shown in fig. 4, the processor 401, the memory 402, and the communication interface 403 are connected via a bus 410 to complete communication therebetween.
The communication interface 403 is mainly used for implementing communication between modules, devices, units and/or devices in the embodiment of the present invention.
Bus 410 includes hardware, software, or both to couple the components of the electronic device to each other. By way of example, and not limitation, a bus may include an Accelerated Graphics Port (AGP) or other graphics bus, an Enhanced Industry Standard Architecture (EISA) bus, a Front Side Bus (FSB), a Hypertransport (HT) interconnect, an Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, an infiniband interconnect, a Low Pin Count (LPC) bus, a memory bus, a Micro Channel Architecture (MCA) bus, a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, a PCI-Express (PCI-X) bus, a Serial Advanced Technology Attachment (SATA) bus, a video electronics standards association local (VLB) bus, or other suitable bus or a combination of two or more of these. Bus 410 may include one or more buses, where appropriate. Although specific buses have been described and shown in the embodiments of the invention, any suitable buses or interconnects are contemplated by the invention.
The electronic device may execute the data processing method in the embodiment of the present invention, so as to implement the data processing method described in fig. 2.
In addition, in combination with the data processing method in the foregoing embodiment, the embodiment of the present invention may be implemented by providing a readable storage medium. The readable storage medium having stored thereon program instructions; the program instructions, when executed by a processor, implement any of the data processing methods in the above embodiments.
It is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the specific arrangements and instrumentality described above and shown in the drawings. A detailed description of known methods is omitted herein for the sake of brevity. In the above embodiments, several specific steps are described and shown as examples. However, the method processes of the present invention are not limited to the specific steps described and illustrated, and those skilled in the art can make various changes, modifications and additions or change the order between the steps after comprehending the spirit of the present invention.
The functional blocks shown in the above-described structural block diagrams may be implemented as hardware, software, firmware, or a combination thereof. It should also be noted that the exemplary embodiments mentioned in this patent describe some methods or systems based on a series of steps or devices. However, the present invention is not limited to the order of the above-described steps, that is, the steps may be performed in the order mentioned in the embodiments, may be performed in an order different from the order in the embodiments, or may be performed simultaneously.

Claims (10)

1. A method of data processing, the method comprising:
determining a target budget project corresponding to a business trip based on business trip application information of the business trip submitted by a user;
determining the business trip budget cost of the business trip based on the business trip application information and the target budget items;
acquiring the actual business trip cost of the business trip;
calculating a difference between the business trip budget cost and the actual business trip cost;
reallocating the remaining budget for the business trip based on the difference; wherein the residual budget of the business trip is the difference between the total budget of the business trip and the actual business trip cost generated by the business trip which has occurred.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the target budget items comprise: lodging items; the business trip budget cost comprises an accommodation budget cost;
the determining the business trip budget cost of the business trip based on the business trip application information and the target budget items comprises:
and determining the accommodation budget cost of the business trip based on the planned accommodation starting date and the planned accommodation ending date in the business trip application information and the daily accommodation budget cost corresponding to the accommodation project.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the actual business trip costs comprise actual lodging costs;
before the obtaining the actual business trip cost of the business trip, the method further comprises:
determining an actual lodging cost for the business trip based on the actual lodging start date and the actual lodging end date, and the lodging type determination.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein in the event that the actual lodging termination date is earlier than the actual initial lodging termination date and the first refund amount is not empty, said determining the actual business trip cost for the business trip based on the actual lodging start date and actual lodging termination date, and the lodging type determination comprises:
determining the earlier date of the actual initial lodging termination date and the planned lodging initiation date as a first date;
determining a later date of the planned lodging termination date and the actual initial lodging termination date as a second date;
determining a later date of the planned lodging start date and the actual lodging end date as a third date;
determining an earlier date of the planned lodging start date and the actual lodging end date as a fourth date;
determining a fifth date from an earlier date of the first date and the second date;
determining a later date of the third date and the fourth date as a sixth date;
determining the actual lodging cost based on the number of days between the fifth date and the sixth date, as well as the lodging type and the first refund amount.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein in the event that the accommodation item changes and a second refund amount is empty, said calculating a difference between the differential budget fee and the actual differential fee comprises:
determining the earlier date of the planned lodging termination date and the actual lodging termination date as a seventh date;
determining the later date of the planned lodging start date and the actual lodging start date as an eighth date;
determining the difference based on the number of days between the seventh date and the eighth date, and the type of accommodation and the actual accommodation cost.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein in the event that the accommodation item changes and a second refund amount is not empty;
the calculating the difference between the business trip budget cost and the actual business trip cost comprises:
determining the difference based on the number of days between the seventh date and the eighth date, and the lodging type and the second refund amount.
7. A data processing apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the first determining module is used for determining a target budget project corresponding to the business trip based on business trip application information of the business trip submitted by a user;
a second determining module, configured to determine a business trip budget cost of the business trip based on the business trip application information and the target budget item;
the obtaining module is used for obtaining the actual business trip cost of the business trip;
the calculating module is used for calculating the difference value between the business trip budget cost and the actual business trip cost;
the allocation module is used for reallocating the out-of-business residual budget based on the difference value; wherein the residual budget is the difference between the total budget of the business trip and the actual business trip cost generated by the business trip which has occurred.
8. An electronic device comprising a processor, a memory and a program or instructions stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the program or instructions when executed by the processor implementing the steps of the data processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
9. A readable storage medium, on which a program or instructions are stored, which program or instructions, when executed by a processor, carry out the steps of the data processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
10. A computer program product, wherein instructions in the computer program product, when executed by a processor of an electronic device, enable the electronic device to perform the data processing method of any of claims 1-6.
