As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for managing expenses of an aged-care community, including the following steps:
s100: acquiring a newly added receipt in the current settlement period from a receipt management system;
for example, setting the settlement period to be one day, counting the newly added bills on the day when the day is close to finish, or setting the settlement period to be three days, counting the newly added bills on the day every three days, wherein the settlement period can be set as required, and compared with the prior art that bills are urged to be paid once a month, the timeliness is higher;
the invention relates to a collection form, which is a carrier for carrying consumption in a community, wherein one collection form can comprise one or more consumption details, one collection form can pay for a plurality of types, and the collection form is generated every day;
s200: acquiring account information and available money corresponding to the receipt from an account management system; the account information is basic information of residents in the endowment community corresponding to the account, and the account information comprises a plurality of attributes and corresponding attribute values;
s300: checking and canceling the collection bill according to the available amount of the corresponding account, and recording the unchecked expense as the receivable amount; if all the verification and cancellation are completed, the amount of receivable money does not need to be recorded;
s400: inputting the account information and the receivable amount corresponding to the account into a rule engine, wherein the rule engine is configured with a plurality of statistical rules, the rule engine is configured to perform classified statistics on the receivable amount according to the statistical rules, and each statistical rule comprises an attribute and an attribute value which meet the statistical conditions of the statistical rule;
s500: and acquiring the receivable amount statistical data corresponding to different statistical rules from the rule engine. The amount of money to be collected statistical data can be one or more of data such as the total amount, the human mean, the variance, the minimum value, the maximum value and the like of the amount of money to be collected corresponding to each statistical rule;
s600: and generating a corresponding display chart according to the corresponding relation between the preset statistical rules and the display chart types and the receivable amount statistical data corresponding to different statistical rules.

The bill management system in the invention refers to a system for automatically generating a charge bill and managing the charge bill according to the consumption condition of residents, and can be deployed in a server or a terminal, and the account management system refers to a system for managing account information and available amount information of residents, and can be deployed in a server and a terminal. The collection management system, the account management system and the expense management system for the endowment community, which are provided by the invention, can be intensively deployed on the same server or respectively deployed on different devices, and all belong to the protection scope of the invention.
According to the invention, the newly received collection bill is automatically counted in each expense settlement period through the step S100, and the expense is automatically checked and cancelled through the steps S200 and S300, so that the expense checking and cancelling efficiency is improved, the newly generated consumption expense can be checked and cancelled in time, and the working personnel can conveniently master the expense occurrence condition of each resident in time. Furthermore, in the invention, through the steps S400 and S500, the rule engine is adopted to carry out effective data screening and data statistics, and the corresponding chart is automatically generated through the step S600, so that the working personnel can check the state of the amount to be received under different attributes more conveniently, and the use experience of the working personnel is improved.
Specifically, the attribute may include a community name, an age, a gender, a school calendar, a living type (one-person living or two-person living), and the like of the senior community residents corresponding to the account. For example, if the statistical rule is to count the receivable amount in each community, the rule engine respectively counts the receivable amount data of all residents corresponding to each community name when calling the statistical rule, and for each count, the attribute value is the corresponding community name. Through the statistics to the amount of money that should be received of each community, can the arrearage condition of every community of automatic statistics, the operation condition of every community is analyzed in statistics, makes things convenient for the staff to seek careless mistakes of careless mistakes in community operation management. For another example, if the statistical rule is to count the receivable amount data of each age group, the attribute in the statistical condition is the age and the attribute value is a specific age group for each count, so that the arrearage situation of different age groups can be statistically analyzed. For another example, a statistical rule is to count the receivable amount data of different genders, so as to count and analyze the arrearages of residents of different genders.
In addition, two attributes and corresponding attribute values may be included in one statistical condition, for example, data of accounts receivable of residents living in the a-cell with female gender is counted, data of accounts receivable of residents with school calendar over 70 years old is counted, and the like. The statistical rules in the rule engine can be added, deleted or modified according to the needs, so as to meet different statistical requirements.
In this embodiment, in step S400, the inputting the account information and the receivable amount corresponding to the account into a rules engine, further includes inputting the account age corresponding to the receivable amount into the rules engine;
in step S500, the receivable amount statistical data corresponding to different statistical rules are obtained from the rule engine, and the receivable amount account statistical data corresponding to different statistical rules are obtained from the rule engine, where the receivable amount account statistical data may be one or more of data such as an average value, a minimum value, a maximum value, and a variance of the receivable amount account statistical data corresponding to each statistical rule.
The term "account age" herein refers to the length of the charge due for the receivable amount, i.e., the number of days required from the generation of the receivable amount to the completion of the verification.
According to the invention, through the step S600, the corresponding display chart can be automatically generated according to the receivable amount statistical data, so that the checking by the staff is convenient. For example, the statistical data of the receivable amount and the statistical data of the account age of the receivable amount obtained through statistics are presented in the form of an Excel table, a bar graph or a pie graph, so that the staff can feel more intuitively, the visual stimulation to the staff is improved, and the use experience of the staff is also improved.
In this embodiment, in the step S300, the verifying and canceling the receipt according to the available amount of the account corresponding to the receipt includes the following steps:
identifying the type of the bill of receipts, wherein the type of the bill of receipts can be various, and each type corresponds to a separate balance;
and acquiring the available amount of the type in the corresponding account according to the type of the bill, and verifying and canceling the bill according to the available amount.
FIG. 2 is a flow chart illustrating the verification of the receipt in one embodiment. In this example, the types of the receipt include a first type and a second type, wherein the second type is a house fee receipt, and the first type is a consumption type receipt other than the house fee receipt, such as an overtime shopping consumption in the community, a car washing consumption in the community, a clothes washing consumption in the community, and the like. The first type of statement corresponds to a first type of available amount, i.e., to pay a different type of amount than the house fee. The second type of statement corresponds to a second type of available amount, i.e., a frozen amount of the house fee, which is an amount previously frozen by the resident that can only be used to pay the house fee.
In the specific example, the daily morning endowment community cost management system can automatically generate daily house fee collection lists of all residents living in the day before and carry out verification and cancellation, generate verification and cancellation running water after verification and cancellation, judge whether the house fee collection lists which are not verified and cancelled exist or not, record the initial receivable amount if yes and generate an account age record; and if the bill is not checked and sold, updating the amount of money to be received by consumption, ending the previous account age record, and generating a new account age record of the residual amount which is not checked and sold.
As shown in fig. 2, the front-end page manually generates a receipt (such a receipt may be of any type, including consumer (including but not limited to buying living goods, asking for cleaning or maintenance personnel) and house fees), and if the payment method is a hanging account and is not adjusted to a previous bill, the receipt is not checked and sold, and the initial receivable amount is recorded, and a record of the account age is generated; if the bill is monotonous in collection, after the bill is checked and sold, whether the bill is checked and sold is judged, if the bill is not checked and sold, the initial receivable amount is recorded, and an account age record is generated.
The expense management system of the endowment community can further use a rule engine to perform data analysis according to the generated receivable amount data and the account age data, and count out the consumption defaults of residents and how long the defaults are.
In the existing endowment community cost management method, because the house fee has the frozen amount of money which is pre-paid in advance, when a bill is generated on a bill day, if the pre-paid amount of money is smaller than the amount of money which needs to be checked and sold in the bill, community personnel can urge to pay for residents, after the residents recharge the account, financial personnel can manually click a front-end interface button, the rear end judges whether the resident can be checked and sold according to the amount of money in the account, if the account amount of money is larger than the amount of money to be checked and sold, if the account amount of money is insufficient, the account is not checked and sold, and the function of partial check and sale is not realized.
In addition, in the prior art, the house fee is pre-paid for a certain amount of money and then is settled on a bill day, so that a worker can know whether the house fee of a resident is owed only on the bill day. In the invention, because the residents can charge money into the account at any time, the credit is checked once every day to ensure that the defaulting of the residents to the community is minimum and the accounting time is minimum.
Specifically, in this example, as shown in fig. 2, in the step S300, the step of verifying the bill according to the available amount includes the following steps:
s310: judging whether the type of the receipt is a first type or a second type;
if the bill is of a first type, referred to herein as a consumption bill, S320: judging whether the bill generated before is called in the bill, namely judging whether the bill comprises the identification information of the generated bill; when the staff enters the bill, the staff can manually add the association relationship between the bill and the bill, for example, fill the corresponding bill in the bill, so that the bill contains the identification information of the bill called by the staff, such as the bill ID;
if so, S330: adding the information of the bill to a corresponding bill, verifying all the current un-verified bill amounts of the account by adopting a first type of available amount, recording the un-verified expense as an account receivable, verifying the expense in the bill from far to near according to the consumption time of each amount in the bill, namely verifying the earliest generated expense amount at first, updating the first type of available amount, if all the expense of the whole bill amount of a resident is verified, not generating the account receivable, if part of the account amount of the resident is not verified, generating the corresponding account receivable and recording the account age, and recording the expense date of the un-verified expense as the period starting date of a newly-added account age record;
if not, S340: and judging whether the receipt is hung, if so, not checking and canceling the receipt, recording the expense of the receipt as the receivable amount and the account age, recording the consumption date of the receipt as the account period starting date of the newly added account age record, and if not, directly ending the current flow due to the fact that no debt exists.
If the bill is of the second type, referred to herein as a house fee bill, S350: adding the bill to a second type of unverified bill of account, namely an unverified house fee bill of account;
s360: checking and canceling the current unchecked bill of the second type of the account by adopting the available amount of the second type, namely checking and canceling the unchecked house fee bill of the account by adopting the frozen amount, and updating the frozen amount;
if all the house fee collection lists of a resident are checked and sold, no new receivable amount record is generated, and if a part of the house fee collection lists of a resident are not checked and sold, S370: recording the unchecked expense into the receivable amount, recording the account age, and recording the consumption date of the unchecked expense into the account period starting date of the newly added account age record.
The cost verification process in this embodiment is further described below with reference to a specific example.
When the settlement period of the day is finished, automatically running the expense management process of the endowment community to generate a house expense type bill of Mr. Liu in Beijing Yanyuan, wherein the hanging account amount is 200 yuan, and then checking and canceling the house expense type bill, but the frozen account amount in the account of the Mr. Liu is 150 yuan, so that only one part of the bill is checked and cancelled, a checking and canceling record is generated, the initial receivable amount of the house expense is recorded as 50 yuan, an account age record is generated, and the settlement period is 1; meanwhile, mr. Liu has 1000 yuan of consumed amount which is not checked and cancelled in the bill in the last period, the account period of the amount is 5 days, when the bill is checked and cancelled, the first type of available balance in the account of mr.
