Some embodiments of the present disclosure provide an intelligent scale-based item tracing method, and fig. 3 is a flowchart of some embodiments of the intelligent scale-based item tracing method according to the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 3, the method includes the following steps:
step 301, identifying goods placed on an intelligent scale to obtain identification information of the goods;
step 302, searching a place of origin corresponding to the goods according to the identification information of the goods, wherein the corresponding relation between the identification information of the goods and the place of origin of the goods is configured and stored in advance;
303, acquiring the weight and unit price of the goods on the intelligent scale, and calculating the price of the goods according to the weight and unit price of the goods;
step 304, generating a settlement list according to the price of the goods, wherein the settlement information in the settlement list comprises the price of the goods and the origin of the goods.
In this step, as an optional manner, the settlement information in the settlement ticket may further include: a weight of the good, a unit price of the good, and date information of the good; wherein the date information for the good includes at least: date of production of the good, shelf life of the good.
Through the steps, the origin information of the goods can be obtained when the goods are weighed, and the labels are used for identifying, so that convenience is provided for a consumer to find the origin of the goods.
There are many ways to generate the bill, and in this embodiment, the following two ways are provided, and it should be noted that the two ways may be used in combination or separately, and the following two ways are explained.
The first method is as follows: acquiring an electronic template of the settlement list; adding the price of the goods and the origin of the goods to corresponding positions of the electronic template; and printing the added electronic template, wherein the printed settlement list comprises the price of the goods and the origin of the goods.
The second method comprises the following steps: generating a statement of settlement based on the price of the good includes: acquiring a shopping list of the goods; adding the price of the good and the origin of the good to the location in the shopping list where the good is located; and generating the settlement list according to the added shopping list.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, in order to facilitate the use of the consumer, when the consumer uses software or uses shopping, the goods to be weighed are added to the shopping cart, the identification information of the goods is sent to the electronic scale, the origin corresponding to the identification information is obtained through the electronic scale, the origin returned by the electronic scale is received, and the origin is displayed by adding in the area for displaying the goods.
As another optional embodiment, origin information corresponding to a predetermined good configured by the consumer through the software or application may also be received, where the origin information corresponding to the predetermined good is used to indicate that the consumer wants to purchase the predetermined good of the origin corresponding to the origin information, or the consumer does not want to purchase the predetermined good of the origin corresponding to the origin information; and judging whether the origin of the goods added into the shopping cart by the consumer is not the expected origin of the consumer, and if so, displaying prompt information for prompting that the origin of the goods added into the shopping cart is different from the expected origin of the goods by the consumer.
In the step shown in fig. 3, after the origin of the goods on the smart scale is obtained, other goods from the origin may be searched according to the origin, and other goods of the same kind as the goods on the smart scale (for example, both of them are fruits) are selected from the other goods, and the price information of the selected other goods is written into the recommended product column in the shopping list for the consumer to select.
After the origin of the goods is obtained, if the origin corresponding to the goods is the origin representing the quality of the goods (for example, the apple in the XX region is a well-known apple), an image origin label is generated and carried in a settlement list. For example, capturing an image of a unique signature associated with the origin of the good, the unique signature may be a unique structure or pattern that the good has compared to like goods at other origins; the image with the unique signature and a photo obtained by photographing the goods on the intelligent scale are spliced together to form a complete picture, each pixel point in the complete picture is sequentially subjected to pixel value obtaining, and the obtained pixel values are taken as a whole to be subjected to Hash operation to obtain a verification code of the complete picture; and adding the complete picture and the verification code into the settlement list.
In step 302, the correspondence between the identification information of the goods and the origin of the goods is pre-configured and stored. The corresponding relationship between the identification information of the goods and the origin of the goods can be stored in several ways, and one or more of the ways can be selected and used according to actual needs.
The first method is as follows: for goods with packages, when the two-dimensional codes on the packages are scanned to identify the identification information of the goods, the packages are photographed, characters related to geographic information are identified from the photos, and the identified characters are stored as the origin information of the goods.
The second method comprises the following steps: for goods with RFID, when weighing, the information in the RFID is directly read by the intelligent scale, and if the read RFID information comprises the information of the origin, the corresponding relation between the identification information of the goods and the origin is stored by the intelligent scale. And if the information of the origin is not included in the RFID, acquiring the origin of the goods in a first mode.
The third method comprises the following steps: for scattered goods such as vegetables or fruits, a purchase order of the bulk goods is searched for according to identification information of the bulk goods, a supplier is searched for from the purchase order, information provided by the supplier is searched for according to the name of the supplier, and origin information is searched for from information provided by the supplier.
