With the continuous development and progress of the internet of things technology, for example, the internet of things equipment application of intelligent home appliances is increasingly popular. The intelligent household appliances are household appliances formed by introducing a microprocessor, a sensor technology, a network communication technology and the like into household appliances, and common intelligent household appliances comprise lamps, air conditioners, refrigerators, sound equipment and the like.
In order to improve the control intelligence of various Internet of things devices, a user can control the state of the devices through voice. In general, various control scenes are set for each internet of things device, and when different control scenes are executed through user voice, the same device can be controlled to be in different working states, or different devices can be controlled.
Currently, in order to realize the control of equipment in different scenes, a voice keyword is generally set, and the control scene is obtained by identifying the identity of a user and the voice of the user, so that the control of the equipment is completed. The above voice control mode for the equipment can generally only complete the control of the equipment under the same scene aiming at the same user and the same voice keyword, and may not meet the actual user requirement, so that the control accuracy is lower.

Detailed Description
In order to facilitate understanding of the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present application, the following describes a method, an apparatus, and a system for determining a scene identifier provided by the embodiments of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings.
While exemplary embodiments of the present application are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present application may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Based on the embodiments herein, other embodiments that may be obtained by those skilled in the art without making any inventive contribution are within the scope of the application.
In the claims and specification of this application and in the drawings of the specification, the terms "comprise" and "have" and any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion.
In order to facilitate understanding of the technical solution provided by the embodiments of the present application, first, application scenarios common to the embodiments of the present application are described.
In order to improve the control intelligence of the devices of the Internet of things, a user can control the state of the devices through voice. For example, each internet of things device is typically one or more home devices. In general, one or more home devices are provided with various control scenarios, and when different control scenarios are executed through user voice, the same home device can be controlled to be in different working states, or different devices can be controlled.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an internet of things system provided in an embodiment of the present application, where an internet of things device may include a home device.
As shown in fig. 1, the internet of things system 100 includes an internet of things gateway device 101, and one or more internet of things devices. The control method is executed by the Internet of things equipment to control one or more pieces of Internet of things equipment.
In fig. 1, an internet of things system 100 includes an internet of things device 102, an internet of things device 103, and an internet of things device 104. In practical application, the internet of things system can further comprise one internet of things device, two internet of things devices, or more than three internet of things devices.
In order to realize the control of the equipment in different scenes, the prior art generally sets voice keywords, and the control scene is obtained by identifying the user identity and the user voice so as to complete the control of the equipment. The above voice control mode for the equipment can generally only complete the control of the equipment under the same scene aiming at the same user and the same voice keyword, and may not meet the actual user requirement, so that the control accuracy is lower.
Based on this, in the embodiment of the present application provided by the inventor, the identity of the target user in each control scenario is determined. Judging whether the role identification of the user exists in the target user in the control scene or not according to each control scene, wherein the role identification of the user is used for indicating the role of the user in a preset user set, and if so, determining the scene identification corresponding to the control scene according to the identity identification of the target user in the control scene and the role identification of the user in the control scene. And obtaining the scene identification corresponding to each control scene through the steps. And determining a target scene identifier according to the voice input, and controlling one or more pieces of Internet of things equipment in a control scene corresponding to the target scene identifier.
The identity of the target user can represent the identity of the user and is used for distinguishing different users, so that the user can distinguish which user controls the equipment when the user controls the equipment through voice. Since there is typically a need for multiple users to have control devices in situations where different users need to be distinguished, when there are multiple users (multiple users make up a user set), the users in the user set typically have a role, the role identification being used to represent the role of the user in the user set. The requirements of the target user for controlling the device, and the control requirements of the user corresponding to the character identity created by the target user, may be different. For example, there may be a difference in the need for the target user to control the device itself, and the need for the target user to control the device in a role; there may be a difference in the needs of the target user itself for controlling the device, and the control needs of other users to which the character identification corresponds. Therefore, in order to more accurately realize the control of the equipment, whether the target user has the character identifier created by the target user is judged, and if so, the basis of the scene identifier is determined, wherein the basis comprises the identity identifier of the target user and the character identifier of the user created by the target user. In sum, the accuracy of controlling the internet of things equipment can be improved.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a control method of an internet of things device according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the control method of the internet of things device in the embodiment of the present application includes steps S201 to S203.
S201, determining the identity of a target user in each control scene.
In S201, the identity belongs to the target user. The target user is a target user when executing the control scene. Executing the control scene can complete the control of the target user on the equipment through voice.
In some possible cases, determining the identity of the target user in each control scenario may be achieved by: for each control scene, acquiring biological characteristic data of a target user through equipment with a function of acquiring the biological characteristic data, and taking the biological characteristic information of the target user as an identity of the target user; the biological characteristic information and the user name can be corresponding, and the user name is used as the identity of the target user. For example, in order to realize that a user realizes control over a device through voice, the device for receiving the voice of the user is an intelligent device, and collection of biometric data of a target user can be completed through the intelligent device. The biometric information may include an image, iris, voiceprint, etc. of the target user. It will be appreciated that the above implementation is one implementation of the embodiments of the present application, and is not limited to the embodiments of the present application, and other implementations may also be included in the embodiments of the present application.
S202, judging whether a role identifier of a user created by a target user exists in the target user in each control scene, wherein the role identifier of the user is used for representing the role of the user in a preset user set.
In S202, a role identifier of a user is created by a target user, and is used to represent a role of the user in a preset user set.
It will be appreciated that the role identification of the user may be created by the target user and used to represent the target user's own role, or may be created by the target user and used to represent other users' roles.
The preset user set refers to a set including at least the target user, and one or more users are included in the set, that is, the target user is one of the user sets. The role of the target user in the preset user set refers to the role of the target user in the one or more users; the roles of the other users have similar meanings.
For example, the target user is an adult man. In order to distinguish between different users, the users are associated with identities. Suppose the identity of the adult man is "Zhangsan".
The set of preset users are members of the family in which the adult man is located. The adult men's role in the family is father, and the roles of the members in the family include father, mother, and child.
The adult man may create a character identification of the user.
In one possible scenario, the adult man may create his own character identity.
For example, it will be appreciated that the adult male and "father" roles are corresponding, i.e., that "father" can be identified as the adult male's role. The "father" herein is the character identification of the user created by the target user, where the user refers to the target user itself.
In the above case, the identity "Zhang Sano" and the character "father" represent the same person, both of which are the adult men.
By means of the character identification of the user, it is possible to distinguish between different control demands of the adult man in the "Zhang Sanj" identity and in the "father" character. When the adult men pass through the voice control device, the device control corresponding to Zhang Sanor father can be realized according to the requirements.
In one possible scenario, the adult man creates a character identity for the other user.
For example, the adult man creates a character identifier "child" for his child. "child" herein is a character identification of a user created by the target user, where user refers to the adult male child.
By means of the character identity of the user, it is possible to distinguish between the different control demands of the adult man in the "Zhang Sany" identity and the character identity of the adult man "child". When the adult men pass through the voice control device, the device control corresponding to Zhang Sanor child can be realized according to the requirements.
The foregoing is illustrative of the embodiments of the present application and is not to be construed as limiting thereof.
And S203, if yes, determining scene identifiers corresponding to the control scenes respectively according to the identity identifiers of the target users in the control scenes and the role identifiers of the users in the control scenes.
In S203, for each control scene, when there is a role identifier of the user, determining a scene identifier of the control scene according to the identity of the target user and the role identifier of the user.
The result obtained in S203 is the scene identification of each control scene. The scene identification and the control scene are corresponding.
For a certain control scenario, when there is no role identification of the user, the following implementation manner may be adopted: and determining the scene identification of the control scene according to the identification of the target user. At this time, the basis of the scene identification of the control scene may not include the character identification of the user.
S204, determining a target scene identifier according to voice input, and controlling one or more pieces of Internet of things equipment in a control scene corresponding to the target scene identifier.
In S204, the one or more internet of things devices in the control scenario refer to one or more internet of things devices whose working states are controlled when the control scenario is executed.
The target scene identification belongs to the scene identification obtained by S201-S204 and corresponds to the voice input.
In order to meet different requirements of users for controlling the devices, one or more internet of things devices in S204 are set in one or more control scenes. In some possible cases, the one or more internet of things devices may be home devices, such as air conditioners, lamps, fans, speakers, and the like.
Based on S201-S204, the identity of the target user is used for distinguishing different users, so that when the user controls the equipment through voice, the user can distinguish which user controls the equipment. By judging whether the character identification exists or not, the control requirement of the target user is distinguished from the control requirement of the character corresponding to the character identification, so that the voice of the same target user is controlled under different conditions, and the accuracy of equipment control is improved.
In one possible implementation manner, in order to further improve the use experience of the user, after determining, according to the location distribution, the scene identifier corresponding to each control scene respectively, the method may further include: and when receiving a modification instruction of a user for the scene identifier, modifying the scene identifier according to the modification instruction.
The user's instruction for modifying the scene identifier refers to an instruction issued by the user for modifying the scene identifier.
In order to make the voice control device more accurate, further improve the user experience, for determining the scene identifier of the control scene, the modification instruction sent by the user has higher priority. Thus, when the modification instruction is received, the modification is performed according to the modification instruction.
In some possible cases, the receiving of the modification instruction may be implemented by an application program (APP) of the intelligent terminal.
In one possible implementation manner, according to the identity of the target user in each control scene and the role identifier of the user in each control scene, determining the scene identifier corresponding to each control scene respectively may be implemented in the following manner:
determining the priority of the identity of the target user in the control scene and the priority of the role identifier of the user in the control scene;
and determining the scene identification of the control scene according to the priority of the identity identification of the target user and the priority of the role identification of the user.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart of a control method of an internet of things device according to another embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, the control method of the internet of things device in the embodiment of the present application includes S301-S304.
S301, determining the identity of a target user in each control scene.
S302, judging whether a role identifier of a user exists in a target user in each control scene, wherein the role identifier of the user is used for indicating the role of the target user in a preset user set.
S301 to S302 can achieve the same effects as those of S201 to S202 in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1, and are not repeated here.
S303, when the role identifier of the user exists in the target user in the control scene, determining the priority of the identity identifier of the target user in the control scene and the priority of the role identifier of the user in the control scene.
In S303, the identity of the target user corresponds to the target user, and the role identity of the user is created by the target user.
The priority can represent a priority level, and specifically refers to a priority level between the identity identifier and the role identifier for the target user for the control scenario. The priority of the identity mark of the target user and the priority of the role mark of the user respectively represent the control requirement of the target user and the control requirement of the role corresponding to the role mark.
S304, determining the scene identification of the control scene according to the priority of the identity identification of the target user and the priority of the role identification of the user.
In S304, for a control scenario, the basis of the scenario identifier of the control scenario is determined, including the priority of the identity identifier of the target user and the priority of the role identifier of the user.
In one possible implementation manner, regarding the step S303 in the foregoing embodiment of the present application, determining the priority of the identity identifier of the target user in the control scenario and the priority of the role identifier of the user in the control scenario may be implemented by the following manners including S401-S403:
s401, determining the number of control scenes corresponding to the identity of the target user and the number of control scenes corresponding to the role identity of the user;
in S401, the number of control scenarios corresponding to the identity of the target user refers to the number of specific control scenarios, where the specific control scenarios correspond to the identity of the target user. It will be appreciated that the identity of the same target user may correspond to one or more control scenarios.
In S401, the number of control scenes corresponding to the character identifications of the users refers to the number of specific control scenes, where the specific control scenes correspond to the character identifications of the users. It will be appreciated that the character identifiers of the same user may correspond to one or more control scenarios.
S402, comparing the number of control scenes respectively corresponding to the identity identification of the target user and the role identification of the user to obtain a comparison result;
in S402, the comparison objects are the results obtained in S401, that is, the number of control scenes corresponding to the identity of the target user and the number of control scenes corresponding to the character identification of the user, respectively.
S403, determining the priority of the identity of the target user and the priority of the role identifier of the user according to the comparison result.
Based on S401-S403, for each control scenario, the identity of the target user and the priority of the role identifier of the user are determined according to the number of control scenarios corresponding to the identity of the target user and the role identifier of the user, respectively. The control requirements of the target user itself are distinguished from those of the character corresponding to the character identification. Thereby improving the accuracy of the control.
In one possible implementation manner, regarding the step S303 in the foregoing embodiment of the present application, determining the priority of the identity of the target user in the control scenario and the priority of the role identifier of the user in the control scenario may also be implemented by the following manners including S501-S503:
s501, determining the executed quantity of control scenes corresponding to the identity of the target user and the executed quantity of control scenes corresponding to the role identity of the user;
in S501, the number of control scenarios corresponding to the identity of the target user refers to the number of specific control scenarios, where the specific control scenarios correspond to the identity of the target user. It will be appreciated that the identity of the same target user may correspond to one or more control scenarios.
In S501, the number of control scenes to which the character identifications of the users correspond refers to the number of specific control scenes, where the specific control scenes correspond to the character identifications of the users. It will be appreciated that the character identifiers of the same user may correspond to one or more control scenarios.
The result of S501 is the number of specific control scenarios executed here. It will be appreciated that, for example, when a particular control scenario herein is not being executed, that control scenario does not contribute to the number obtained at S501.
Here, for convenience of description, "the number of control scenes corresponding to the identity of the target user is executed" is denoted as the number one in S501, and "the number of control scenes corresponding to the character of the user is executed" is denoted as the number two in S501.
It should be understood that the above-mentioned amounts one and two are merely for convenience in explaining the embodiments of the present application, and are not limiting of the embodiments of the present application.
The following is an example of an implementation for determining the above-mentioned number one.
For example, the identity of the target user is "Zhang San", and the identity of the target user corresponds to four control scenes, namely, a control scene "A", a control scene "B", a control scene "C" and a control scene "D". If the control scenario "a" and the control scenario "B" are executed and the control scenario "C" and the control scenario "D" are not executed, the number one is 2, that is, the number of executed control scenarios corresponding to the identity of the target user is 2.
The following is an example of an implementation for determining the above-described number two.
For example, the role of the user is identified as "father". The role identifier of the user, namely a father, corresponds to three control scenes, namely a control scene E, a control scene F and a control scene G. If the control scene "E" is executed and the control scene "F" and the control scene "G" are not executed, the number two is 1, that is, the number of executed control scenes corresponding to the character identification of the user is 1.
In some possible cases, in S501, the number of executed control scenarios corresponding to the identity of the target user and the number of executed control scenarios corresponding to the role identity of the user are determined, where the number may be for a preset period of time. That is, S501 may be implemented by:
and determining the executed quantity of the control scenes corresponding to the identity marks of the target users in a preset period, and the executed quantity of the control scenes corresponding to the role marks of the users in the preset period.
To better meet the user's needs during a particular period, the first and second numbers may be the number of particular control scenarios executed during a preset period. The preset time period may include a certain time period of a day, a season, a quarter, a year, years, etc. It is understood that the above-mentioned period is merely an example of a preset period, and is not a limitation of the embodiments of the present application.
S502, comparing the executed quantity of control scenes respectively corresponding to the identity mark of the target user and the role mark of the user to obtain a comparison result;
for the same target user, when the device is controlled by voice, the device can be in a first case identified by the identity identifier or in a second case identified by the role identifier. In S502, the number one and the number two correspond to the target user being in the case one and in the case two, respectively.
For either case one or case two, the corresponding control scenario is executed more often, indicating that device control is being performed more frequently by voice in that case. Or more so, the target user is in this case when the device control is performed by voice. At this time, the situation may be determined as a more prioritized situation corresponding to the control scenario.
For example, when the number of control scenes executed is large in the case where the target user is in the case, it may mean that the target user controls the device by voice more frequently in the case than in the case two. Thus, the control scenario is more likely to be performed by the target user while in the situation.
For example, when the number of control scenes executed is large in the case two of the target user, it may mean that the target user controls the device by voice more frequently in the case two than in the case one. Thus, the control scenario is more likely to be performed by the target user while in case two.
S503, determining the priority of the identity of the target user in the control scene and the priority of the role identification of the user in the control scene according to the comparison result.
And the first quantity and the second quantity are compared to respectively determine the priorities of the identity identification of the target user and the role identification of the user, so that the scene identification of the control scene is determined, the requirements of the user are met, and the accuracy of equipment control is improved.
In some possible cases, with respect to S502-S503, the present application provides an example of a possible implementation manner of determining the priority of the identity according to the comparison result.
The identity identification and the role identification are compared and respectively correspond to the quantity of the control scenes, and the obtained comparison result is as follows: the number of the control scenes corresponding to the identity marks is larger than that of the control scenes corresponding to the role marks, and at the moment, the priority of the identity marks is determined to be high, and the priority of the role marks is determined to be low;
the number of the control scenes corresponding to the identity marks is smaller than that of the control scenes corresponding to the role marks, and at the moment, the priority of the identity marks is determined to be low, and the priority of the role marks is determined to be high;
the number of the control scenes corresponding to the identity marks is equal to the number of the control scenes corresponding to the role marks, and at the moment, the priority of the identity marks and the priority of the role marks are determined to be high.
It is to be understood that the above implementations are merely examples of implementations of embodiments of the present application and are not limiting of embodiments of the present application.
In some possible cases, determining the scene identifier of the control scene according to the priority of the identity identifier of the target user and the priority of the role identifier of the user may be implemented in the following manner:
determining the identification with high priority in the role identification of the user and the identification of the target user as the user identification of the target user;
and determining the scene identification of the control scene according to the user identification of the target user.
The control requirements of the target user and the control requirements of the roles corresponding to the role identifiers are distinguished through priorities. The identifier with high priority indicates that the control requirements corresponding to the identifier are more likely to be met under the control scene. Therefore, the scene identification of the control scene is determined according to the identification with high priority, so that the accuracy of control can be improved.
For example, determining the identifier with the higher priority in the identity identifier and the role identifier as the user identifier may include the following cases:
the priority of the identity is high, the priority of the role identity is low, and the user identity is determined to be the identity;
the identity mark has high priority and the character mark has low priority, and the character mark is determined to be the character mark.
It is to be understood that the foregoing is merely illustrative of the implementation of embodiments of the present application and is not intended to limit the embodiments of the present application.
In one possible case, determining the scene identifier of the control scene according to the priority of the identity identifier of the target user and the priority of the role identifier of the user may also be implemented in the following manner:
and when the priority of the identity of the target user is the same as the priority of the role identifier of the user, determining the identity of the target user and the role identifier of the user as scene identifiers of control scenes.
The control requirements of the target user and the control requirements of the roles corresponding to the role identifiers are distinguished through priorities. The priorities of the two identifiers are the same, which indicates that the probability of meeting the control requirements corresponding to the two identifiers is similar in the control scene. Therefore, the scene identification of the control scene is determined according to the two identifications, so that the accuracy of control can be improved.
In one possible case, determining the scene identifier of the control scene according to the priority of the identity identifier of the target user and the priority of the role identifier of the user may also be implemented in the following manner:
when the priority of the identity of the target user is the same as the priority of the role identity of the user, sending an instruction to the target user so that the target user can determine the user identity according to the identity of the target user and the role identity of the user;
and determining the scene identification of the control scene according to the user identification of the target user.
The control requirements of the target user and the control requirements of the roles corresponding to the role identifiers are distinguished through priorities. The priorities of the two identifiers are the same, which indicates that the probability of meeting the control requirements corresponding to the two identifiers is similar in the control scene. Therefore, an instruction is sent to the target user, so that the target can determine the user identification according to the two identifications, and determine the scene identification of the control scene according to the user identification, thereby improving the control accuracy.
