The judging unit 402 is configured to compare the to-be-processed picture with a preset picture, judge whether the first user is a young child according to the comparison result, execute the control unit 403 if the first user is not the young child, and execute the playing unit 404 if the first user is the young child, where the young child is a child whose age is within a preset age range.

And comparing the picture to be processed with a preset picture to judge whether the first user is a young child. And if the first user is not a young child, controlling the air conditioner to execute the control instruction. If the first user is a young child, the specific instruction information is played through voice, and whether the air conditioner is controlled to execute the control instruction is further judged according to the voice reply of the second user. Whether the air conditioner is controlled to execute the control instruction is determined through multiple judgments, so that the condition that the child triggers some function keys of the air conditioner remote controller by mistake is avoided, and the user experience is improved.

In a specific implementation, the processing module is configured to parse the image to be processed and determine, according to the parsing result, whether the first user is a young child, and is specifically configured to: analyzing the picture to be processed to obtain characteristic information of the first user, wherein the characteristic information at least comprises one or more of facial features, skin glossiness and metabolic rate; if the characteristic information accords with the preset child characteristic information, determining that the first user is a young child; if the characteristic information does not match the child characteristic information, it is determined that the first user is not a young child.

In summary, the embodiments of the present invention provide a method and a system for controlling an air conditioner, where when a control instruction sent by an air conditioner remote controller is received, a to-be-processed picture of a first user using the air conditioner remote controller is taken. And comparing the picture to be processed with a preset picture to judge whether the first user is a young child. And if the first user is not a young child, controlling the air conditioner to execute the control instruction. Claims (8)

1. An air conditioner control method, characterized in that the method comprises:
when a control instruction sent by a first user through an air conditioner remote controller is received, analyzing and obtaining the azimuth of the air conditioner remote controller when the control instruction is sent, and shooting and obtaining a picture to be processed, which at least comprises the head portrait of the first user, according to the azimuth of the air conditioner remote controller when the control instruction is sent; the azimuth represents the current position information of the air conditioner remote controller;
comparing the picture to be processed with a preset picture, and judging whether the first user is a young child or not according to a comparison result, wherein the young child is a child with the age within a preset age range; the preset picture comprises an image of a user family member;
if the first user is not a young child, controlling an air conditioner to execute the control instruction;
if the first user is a young child, specific instruction information corresponding to the control instruction is played through voice;
when receiving a voice reply of a second user aiming at the specific instruction information, judging whether the second user is an adult and/or a white list user according to the voice reply;
if the second user is an adult and/or a white list user, controlling the air conditioner to execute the control instruction;
if the second user is not an adult and is not a white list user, not executing the control instruction;
the comparing the to-be-processed picture with a preset picture, judging whether the first user is a young child according to the comparison result, and comprising the following steps:
matching the picture to be processed with each preset picture;
if the pictures to be processed are not successfully matched with all the preset pictures, analyzing the pictures to be processed and judging whether the first user is a young child according to an analysis result;
if the to-be-processed picture is matched with a target picture, if the time interval between the shooting time of the to-be-processed picture and the setting time of the target picture is larger than a time threshold, executing the steps of analyzing the to-be-processed picture and judging whether the first user is a young child or not according to an analysis result, wherein the target picture is any one of the preset pictures;
if the time interval between the shooting time of the picture to be processed and the setting time of the target picture is smaller than or equal to the time threshold, determining that the first user is a young child when the target picture is a first preset picture, and determining that the first user is not the young child when the target picture is a second preset picture.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the parsing the picture to be processed and determining whether the first user is a young child according to the parsing result includes:
analyzing the picture to be processed to obtain characteristic information of the first user, wherein the characteristic information at least comprises one or more of face characteristics, skin glossiness and metabolic rate;
if the characteristic information accords with preset child characteristic information, determining that the first user is a young child;
and if the characteristic information does not accord with the child characteristic information, determining that the first user is not a young child.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein said determining from the voice response whether the second user is an adult and/or a whitelisted user comprises:
analyzing the voice reply to obtain the sound characteristic of the second user;
if the sound characteristic of the second user meets the preset adult sound characteristic, determining that the second user is an adult;
and if the sound characteristics of the second user meet the sound characteristics of the preset white list user, determining that the second user is the white list user.
4. A method according to claim 3, wherein the sound characteristics of the second user comprise at least sound frequency and sound color.
5. An air conditioning control system, the system comprising:
the first processing unit is used for analyzing and obtaining the azimuth of the air conditioner remote controller when receiving a control instruction sent by a first user through the air conditioner remote controller, and shooting and obtaining a picture to be processed at least comprising the head portrait of the first user according to the azimuth of the air conditioner remote controller when sending the control instruction; the azimuth represents the current position information of the air conditioner remote controller;
the judging unit is used for comparing the picture to be processed with a preset picture, judging whether the first user is a young child or not according to the comparison result, executing the control unit if the first user is not the young child, and executing the playing unit if the first user is the young child, wherein the young child is a child with the age within a preset age range; the preset picture is an image of a user family member;
the control unit is used for controlling the air conditioner to execute the control instruction;
the playing unit is used for playing specific instruction information corresponding to the control instruction in a voice manner;
the second processing unit is used for judging whether the second user is an adult and/or a white list user according to the voice reply when the voice reply of the second user aiming at the specific instruction information is received, executing the control unit if the second user is the adult and/or the white list user, and not executing the control instruction if the second user is not the adult and is not the white list user;
wherein the judging unit includes:
the matching module is used for matching the picture to be processed with each preset picture;
the processing module is used for analyzing the picture to be processed and judging whether the first user is a young child according to the analysis result if the picture to be processed is not successfully matched with all the preset pictures; if the to-be-processed picture is matched with a target picture, if the time interval between the shooting time of the to-be-processed picture and the setting time of the target picture is larger than a time threshold, executing the steps of analyzing the to-be-processed picture and judging whether the first user is a young child or not according to an analysis result, wherein the target picture is any one of the preset pictures; if the time interval between the shooting time of the picture to be processed and the setting time of the target picture is smaller than or equal to the time threshold, determining that the first user is a young child when the target picture is a first preset picture, and determining that the first user is not the young child when the target picture is a second preset picture.

The system according to claim 5, wherein the processing module is configured to parse the picture to be processed and determine whether the first user is a young child according to the parsing result, and is specifically configured to: analyzing the picture to be processed to obtain characteristic information of the first user, wherein the characteristic information at least comprises one or more of face characteristics, skin glossiness and metabolic rate; if the characteristic information accords with preset child characteristic information, determining that the first user is a young child; and if the characteristic information does not accord with the child characteristic information, determining that the first user is not a young child.

The system according to claim 5, wherein the second processing unit for determining from the voice response whether the second user is an adult and/or a whitelisted user is specifically configured to: analyzing the voice reply to obtain the sound characteristic of the second user; if the sound characteristic of the second user meets the preset adult sound characteristic, determining that the second user is an adult; and if the sound characteristics of the second user meet the sound characteristics of the preset white list user, determining that the second user is the white list user.
8. The system of claim 7, wherein the second user's voice characteristics include at least voice frequency and voice color.
