The water sample detection has the requirements of various detection indexes, such as permanganate index, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus and total nitrogen, and the like, and meanwhile, different detection indexes have different pretreatment requirements on the collected water sample, for example, the pH value needs to be adjusted to be neutral in the ammonia nitrogen detection, the manual adjustment operation is complicated and easy to excessively adjust, and if the detection indexes exceed the upper detection limit of a standard method, the sample needs to be diluted, and the manual constant volume operation can generate artificial deviation. Therefore, how to replace manual operation, accurately quantify and effectively pretreat the water sample is a key point for solving the technology.
At present, the pretreatment of a water sample is manually realized, a traditional volumetric flask, a measuring cylinder or a pipette is used for quantitative opening and closing, sampling, diluting and quantifying, and after the constant volume is finished, a pH meter is used for controlling and adjusting the pH value to a target value. The disadvantages of this approach are:
