Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sintering machine sealing, in particular to a steel ball and labyrinth structure sealing device for a belt sintering machine, and especially relates to a head and tail comprehensive sealing device for a sintering machine.
Background
In order to improve the sintering condition of the mineral powder, the sintering mixture needs to be ignited and sintered. The sintering process is generally finished by adopting a belt type sintering machine in China. The sintering process is air draft production, and a sealing device is required to be arranged on the sintering equipment in order to ensure that the air quantity passes through the material layer. At present, the air leakage rate of sintering equipment is generally higher, one reason is that the air leakage points of a sintering system are more, such as the positions of air boxes at the head and the tail of a sintering machine, side slideways of a trolley, air box branch pipes and the like, the quality of the sealing effect of the positions directly influences the quality and the yield of sintering ores, particularly, the air leakage rate at the positions of the air boxes at the head and the tail of the sintering machine is higher, and the air leakage rate of the whole sintering system is the highest, so the sealing effect at the positions is improved, and the air leakage rate of the system can be obviously reduced.
The existing sintering machine head and tail sealing devices are various, such as connecting rod type, spring type, flexible sealing, magnetized sealing devices and the like, and have good sealing effect when being initially used, but because the sealing devices are under the conditions of high temperature, negative pressure, friction and abrasion and the like for a long time, the sintering field environment is severe, after a certain working time, the sealing devices usually have the phenomena of sealing cover plate damage, inflexible device operation, increased air leakage rate and the like, the using effect of the sealing devices cannot meet the production requirements, and the sintering quality is seriously influenced.
In patent document ZL201910271468.7 in the prior art, a steel ball and strong magnet combined sealing device for a belt sintering machine is disclosed, and the steel ball and strong magnet combined sealing device mainly comprises a sealing ore groove, a steel ball, a high-strength magnet, a sealing beam and an adjusting base. The high-strength magnet is placed at the bottom of the sealed ore tank and fixed with the bottom of the sealed ore tank through self magnetism, the steel balls are placed inside the sealed ore tank and cover the high-strength magnet, and the sealing effect of the high-strength magnet is realized through a contact gap between the steel balls and a bottom beam of the trolley. However, gaps are always reserved between the steel balls, the sealing effect is not good, and the structure of the adjusting base is heavy. The fine motion adjustment of position is carried out to sealed ore deposit groove to the adjustment base, because adjustment base structure is complicated, and operational environment has many small granules, and the granule gets into the gap between each assembly part of adjustment base easily, leads to adjustment base activity dumb, can not move to the later stage nearly, has certain influence to production.
Disclosure of Invention
In light of the above technical problems, a comprehensive sealing device for the head and the tail of a sintering machine is provided.
The technical means adopted by the invention are as follows:

The steel balls and the trolley bottom beam are in rolling seal, but because gaps are formed among the steel balls, a small amount of wind can pass through the gaps. Meanwhile, a sealing plate is arranged at one end, close to the air box, of the straight-through labyrinth sealing plate, so that friction sealing is realized, and air inlet is reduced to the maximum extent. Because the sealing plates are easy to wear after being contacted for a long time, the sealing adopted by the invention is formed by combining a plurality of detachable sealing plates, the size of the detachable sealing plates is smaller, the detachable sealing plates can be detached and replaced, the production cannot be greatly influenced, and the production cost is greatly reduced. The sealing box is adopted to replace the original adjusting base, the first spring is adopted to connect the sealing cross beam, and the straight-through type labyrinth sealing plate can be driven to float up and down in the vertical direction so as to adjust the size of a gap between a steel ball in the sealing ore groove and the bottom beam of the trolley, thereby ensuring good sealing effect. And a water cooling system is arranged on the side wall of the seal box. Because the working environment of the sealing device is high temperature, in order to prolong the service life of the first spring and the like, a water cooling system is required to be added around the first spring to isolate the external temperature from the environment of the first spring, thereby reducing the influence of the high temperature on the first spring. Therefore, the sealing effect of the head and the tail of the sintering machine can be improved, the sintering quality and the sintering yield are improved, the sealing points are increased for the whole sintering suction system, the treatment effect is also improved, the air leakage of the sintering machine is reduced on the whole, partial electric energy is saved, and the production cost of enterprises is saved.
Preferably, the bottom of the sealing box has rollers and the outer wall of the sealing box is connected to the rigid structure by a second spring.
Preferably, the steel balls filled in the sealing ore groove have different outer diameters and comprise large-diameter steel balls and small-diameter steel balls, and the small-diameter steel balls fill gaps between four adjacent large-diameter steel balls.
Preferably, the straight-through labyrinth sealing plate has a cavity in the interior thereof opposite to the detachable sealing plate, the bolt is screwed with the detachable sealing plate through a screw hole in the top of the cavity, and the height of the cavity is higher than that of the bolt.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the invention adopts rolling steel balls to replace the traditional sealing plate to be in close contact with the bottom beam of the trolley, and also adopts a corresponding straight-through labyrinth structure. The labyrinth structure can change the movement track of wind, increase the movement resistance of wind to improve the leakproofness of device. When the trolley moves, the steel balls and the trolley bottom beam are in rolling contact to realize dynamic sealing, so that the sealing effect is more obvious, the requirements of sintering production and sealing working conditions are met, the traditional sealing plate is replaced by the steel balls, the sliding sealing state is changed into the rolling sealing state, the abrasion of the sealing device and the trolley bottom beam is effectively reduced, the sealing effect is improved, the service life of the sealing device is prolonged, and the long-term stable operation of equipment is ensured. In addition, because there is certain clearance also between the different steel balls, wind can not be prevented completely to get into, consequently added the minor detachable sealing plate of size at sealing device's afterbody, this detachable sealing plate can directly be dismantled on through labyrinth structure sealing plate, can change through dismantling when detachable sealing plate wearing and tearing are serious.
2. The first spring is adopted to support the straight-through type labyrinth sealing plate, the straight-through type labyrinth sealing plate can be driven by the sealing beam to float up and down in the vertical direction so as to adjust the size of a gap between a steel ball in the sealing ore groove and the bottom beam of the trolley, and further good sealing effect is ensured. Because the sealing device is in a high-temperature environment, the water cooling system is added, so that the first spring is not influenced by the high temperature during working and bad imagination is ensured.
3. According to the invention, the second spring is added on one side of the sealing box, the wheels are added at the bottom of the sealing box, when the trolley bottom beam is contacted with the detachable sealing plate, the whole sealing box can move due to the existence of friction force and larger than the elastic force of the second spring, when the trolley bottom beam leaves the detachable sealing plate, the sealing box can return to the initial position due to the elastic force of the second spring until the detachable sealing plate meets the next trolley bottom beam, and the actions are repeated, so that the sealing device can slightly move in parallel during working, and the service life of the detachable sealing plate is prolonged.
Based on the reasons, the invention can be widely popularized in the fields of sintering machine sealing and the like.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a head-tail integrated sealing device for a sintering machine comprises a sealing box, wherein a sealing beam 2 is connected to the upper part of the sealing box through a first spring 3, a straight-through labyrinth sealing plate 1 is fixed to the upper part of the sealing beam 2, the straight-through labyrinth sealing plate 1 comprises a plurality of protruding structures protruding upwards, a sealing ore groove 9 is formed in each protruding structure, a magnet 10 is adsorbed to the bottom of the sealing ore groove 9, a plurality of steel balls are filled in the sealing ore groove 9, the outer diameters of the steel balls are different and comprise large-diameter steel balls 7 and small-diameter steel balls 8, and the small-diameter steel balls 8 fill gaps between the four adjacent large-diameter steel balls 7. The straight-through labyrinth seal plate 1 realizes rolling seal through the rolling contact of steel balls and a trolley bottom beam, one end of the straight-through labyrinth seal plate 1, which is close to an air box, is provided with a seal plate, the seal plate is in close contact with the trolley bottom beam to realize friction seal, the seal plate is formed by combining a plurality of detachable seal plates 12, and the detachable seal plates 12 are detachably connected with the straight-through labyrinth seal plate 1. The straight-through labyrinth sealing plate 1 has a cavity in the interior opposite to the detachable sealing plate 12, the bolt 11 passes through a threaded hole in the top of the cavity to be in threaded connection with the detachable sealing plate 12 so as to realize detachable connection, and the height of the cavity is higher than that of the bolt 11. The bottom of the sealing box is provided with rollers 5, and the outer wall of the sealing box is connected with the rigid structure through second springs 6. The side wall of the sealing box is provided with a water cooling system 4.
The diameters of the large-diameter steel balls 7 and the small-diameter steel balls 8 can be adjusted according to the air draft power of the air bellow, and the diameters of the large-diameter steel balls 7 and the small-diameter steel balls 8 can be reduced when the air draft power of the air bellow is too large. In addition, the size of the detachable sealing plate 12 can be increased, and the contact area between the detachable sealing plate 12 and the bottom beam of the trolley is increased, so that the flow resistance of wind is increased, and the sealing performance of the sealing device is effectively improved. The steel balls and the bottom beam of the trolley are in rolling seal, but because gaps are formed among the steel balls, a small amount of wind can pass through the gap. Meanwhile, a sealing plate is arranged at one end, close to the air box, of the straight-through labyrinth sealing plate 1, so that friction sealing is realized, and air inlet is reduced to the maximum extent. Because the sealing plates are easy to wear after being contacted for a long time, the sealing adopted by the invention is formed by combining a plurality of detachable sealing plates 12, the detachable sealing plates 12 have smaller sizes and can be detached and replaced, the production cannot be greatly influenced, and the production cost is greatly reduced. The sealing box is adopted to replace the original adjusting base, the first spring 3 is adopted to be connected with the sealing beam 2, and the straight-through type labyrinth sealing plate 1 can be driven to float up and down in the vertical direction so as to adjust the size of a gap between a steel ball in the sealing ore groove 9 and a bottom beam of the trolley, and further good sealing effect is ensured. Because the working environment that sealing device is located is high temperature, in order to prolong the working life of first spring 3 etc, need add water cooling system 4 around first spring 3, isolate external temperature and the environment that first spring 3 is located to reduce the influence of high temperature to first spring 3. Therefore, the sealing effect of the head and the tail of the sintering machine can be improved, the sintering quality and the yield are improved, the sealing points are increased for the whole sintering suction system, the treatment effect is improved, the air leakage of the sintering machine is reduced on the whole, partial electric energy is saved, and the production cost of enterprises is saved. Because the platform truck floorbar takes place the plane contact with can dismantling closing plate 12 for a long time, consequently the phenomenon of serious wear can appear, in order to prolong the life-span of dismantling closing plate 12, add the second spring at the lateral wall of seal box, be equivalent to a cushioning effect, when the platform truck floorbar contacts with can dismantling closing plate 12, parallel fine motion can take place for whole seal box, realize the buffering, when the platform truck floorbar separates with can dismantling closing plate 12, whole seal box resumes initial position, up to can dismantling closing plate 12 and touch next platform truck floorbar, repeat above-mentioned action again.
