Abstract
The application discloses an adhesive for a cushion body and a preparation method thereof, wherein the adhesive for the cushion body comprises raw materials including vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer and organic solvent, and the raw materials comprise the following components in percentage by mass: 20-40 parts of vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer; 50-90 parts of an organic solvent; the vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer resin is added into an organic solvent and then fully stirred to obtain the adhesive. The adhesive for the cushion body is suitable for bonding layers of the composite cushion body, has high bonding strength and prolongs the service life of the cushion body.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of foaming pads, in particular to an adhesive for a pad body.
Background
The adhesive is used for connecting the same or two or more than two homogeneous or heterogeneous products (or materials) together, and has an organic or inorganic, natural or synthetic substance with enough strength after being cured. The cushion body needs to be formed by compounding multiple layers for realizing specific functions or multiple functions, but the existing adhesive has poor bonding strength and is easy to degum after being used for a short time or meeting water.

3) dissolving the mixture
Adding the vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer into the stirred organic solvent from a feeding port of the stirring kettle, and continuously stirring until the vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer is completely dissolved to obtain an adhesive for the pad body;
4) and packaging for later use
The adhesive for the pad body is contained in a sealed tank body.
In the using process, the glue is smeared on the bonding surface of the composite pad body by using the existing equipment, and is kept stand or air-cooled until the glue is completely fixed, the pad body is made of PVC, the structure of the pad body is the same as that of the adhesive, the pad body is placed in water for soaking test, and the bonding time is at least prolonged by 20 times.
