The third heat exchange device 7 is arranged in a passenger compartment 10 of the automobile, an inlet of the third heat exchange device 7 is connected with a second outlet of the three-way control valve 6, and an outlet of the third heat exchange device 7 is connected with an inlet of the automobile air conditioner 1.
An inlet of the third control valve 8 is connected with a second outlet of the three-way control valve 6, and an outlet of the third control valve 8 is connected with an inlet of the third heat exchanging device 7.
If the water temperature in the engine radiator is not greater than the preset first water temperature, the controller is used for controlling the automobile air conditioner 1 to be opened, the first control valve 3 to be closed, the second control valve 5 to be closed and the third control valve 8 to be opened according to the control instruction, so that the third heat exchange device 7 cools the automobile passenger compartment 10.
Specifically, if the heat dissipation capacity of the engine radiator can meet the heat dissipation requirement of the automobile engine compartment 9, the risk of heat damage does not exist, the automobile air conditioner 1 is closed for the function of cooling the automobile engine compartment 9, the automobile engine is independently cooled for the automobile passenger compartment 10, and the original function of the automobile air conditioner 1 is not affected.
Further, in an embodiment of the present invention, the second heat exchanging device 4 is disposed in a hood of an engine compartment 9 of an automobile. Not only can achieve good cooling effect, but also does not influence the overall arrangement in the automobile engine compartment 9.
Furthermore, in an embodiment of the present invention, the first heat exchanging device 2 and the second heat exchanging device 4 are both folded heat exchanging tubes, so that the heat exchanging effect is good.
Further, in an embodiment of the present invention, the first heat exchanging device 2 is provided in a cowl sound insulating mat 11 of an engine compartment 9 of an automobile. Not only can achieve good cooling effect, but also does not influence the whole arrangement in the automobile engine compartment 9. Referring to fig. 4, the first heat exchanging device 2 is in a folded heat exchanging tube arrangement form, and a refrigerant of the vehicle air conditioner 1 enters from an upper side and flows out from a lower side. This kind of arrangement form on the one hand increases heat radiating area as far as, and on the other hand refrigerant flows from top to bottom, and hot air current flows from bottom to top in automobile engine cabin 9, better promotion heat transfer cooling.

Claims (8)

1. A cooling system for an automotive engine compartment, the cooling system comprising:
an automotive air conditioner (1);
the first heat exchange device (2) is arranged in an automobile engine compartment (9), an inlet of the first heat exchange device (2) is connected with an outlet of the automobile air conditioner (1), and an outlet of the first heat exchange device (2) is connected with an inlet of the automobile air conditioner (1);
the inlet of the first control valve (3) is connected with the outlet of the automobile air conditioner (1), and the outlet of the first control valve (3) is connected with the inlet of the first heat exchange device (2);
a controller configured to:
if the water temperature in the engine radiator is higher than a preset first water temperature, the controller is used for controlling the automobile air conditioner (1) and the first control valve (3) to be opened so that the first heat exchange device (2) cools an automobile engine compartment (9);
the cooling system further comprises:
the second heat exchange device (4) is arranged in an automobile engine compartment (9), an inlet of the second heat exchange device (4) is connected with an outlet of the automobile air conditioner (1), and an outlet of the second heat exchange device (4) is connected with an inlet of the automobile air conditioner (1);
an inlet of the second control valve (5) is connected with an outlet of the automobile air conditioner (1), and an outlet of the second control valve (5) is connected with an inlet of the second heat exchange device (4);
if the water temperature in the engine radiator is higher than a preset second water temperature, the controller is used for controlling the automobile air conditioner (1), the first control valve (3) to be opened and the second control valve (5) to be opened so as to enable the first heat exchange device (2) and the second heat exchange device (4) to cool an automobile engine compartment (9); and the preset second water temperature is greater than the preset first water temperature.
2. The cooling system for an engine compartment of an automobile according to claim 1, further comprising:
the inlet of the three-way control valve (6) is connected with the outlet of the automobile air conditioner (1), and the first outlet of the three-way control valve (6) is connected with the inlets of the first control valve (3) and the second control valve (5);
the third heat exchange device (7) is arranged in a passenger cabin (10) of the automobile, an inlet of the third heat exchange device (7) is connected with a second outlet of the three-way control valve (6), and an outlet of the third heat exchange device (7) is connected with an inlet of the automobile air conditioner (1);
an inlet of the third control valve (8) is connected with a second outlet of the three-way control valve (6), and an outlet of the third control valve (8) is connected with an inlet of the third heat exchange device (7);
if the water temperature in the engine radiator is not larger than a preset first water temperature, the controller is used for controlling the automobile air conditioner (1) to be opened, the first control valve (3) to be closed, the second control valve (5) to be closed and the third control valve (8) to be opened according to a control instruction, so that the third heat exchange device (7) cools the automobile passenger compartment (10).
3. The cooling system for an engine compartment of an automobile according to claim 1, wherein: the second heat exchange device (4) is arranged in a hood of an automobile engine cabin (9).
4. The cooling system for an engine compartment of an automobile according to claim 1, wherein: the first heat exchange device (2) and the second heat exchange device (4) are both folded heat exchange tubes.
5. The cooling system for an engine compartment of an automobile according to claim 1, wherein: the first heat exchange device (2) is arranged in a front wall sound insulation pad (11) of an automobile engine compartment (9).
6. A method of using the cooling system for an automobile engine compartment of claim 1, the method comprising:
if the water temperature in the engine radiator is higher than a preset first water temperature, the automobile air conditioner (1) and the first control valve (3) are controlled to be opened, so that the first heat exchange device (2) cools an automobile engine compartment (9);
if the water temperature in the engine radiator is higher than a preset second water temperature, the automobile air conditioner (1), the first control valve (3) and the second control valve (5) are controlled to be opened, so that the second heat exchange device (4) cools an automobile engine compartment (9); wherein the preset second water temperature is greater than the preset first water temperature.
7. The method of using the cooling system for an automotive engine compartment of claim 6, further comprising:
if the water temperature in the engine radiator is not greater than the preset first water temperature, the automobile air conditioner (1) is controlled to be opened, the first control valve (3) is controlled to be closed, the second control valve (5) is controlled to be closed, and the third control valve (8) is controlled to be opened according to the control instruction, so that the first heat exchange device (2) and the second heat exchange device (4) cool the automobile passenger compartment (10).
8. An automobile, characterized by comprising the cooling system for an engine room of an automobile according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
